I recently brought my SQ7 to check a warning light. I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience . From the moment I arrived, my service advisor, Nick was friendly, professional and attentive. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained the repair process in detail. The service team diagnosed the issue and provided a clear estimate before starting any work. Throughout the repair, Nick kept me updated on the progress and was always available to answer any questions. The repair was completed in a timely fashion, and the warning light is now gone. Overall, I highly recommend Audi Natick for repairs for their cars. Be sure to ask for Nick at the service desk.

Granted I was considering a vintage car so a perfect car was not expected. He answered all of my questions regarding the car and even offered limited information on the previous owner which helped give me a sense of continuity with the history of the car.
