He wasn’t pushy at all and was quite patient with me as I worked through all my questions. And while I did have to bring the vehicle back upon realizing that the door jambs had not been properly cleaned before I was given the keys, I am loving my new Palisade! Overall, from the person who greeted us when we first walked in, to the first time I drove it off the lot, the staff at Gregory Hyundai made this a smooth car-buying experience. We drove our 2019 SEL from CA to OH and back in July 2021. It was a perfect ride. Our cat even got to like it. The Ionic performed better than any advertisement we saw. The sticker indicates mpg @ 57. At best we got 57.6! We didn’t get 57 the whole trip, but our 5100 mile averaged was 54. I stopped leasing after 3 cars to buy this one. Best car I’ve bought in 40 years.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. I bought my 2016 Cmax energi SEL in 2021 with 40k on it. After a year, I now have 60 k driven over the Rockies 3x and Cascades x2 and use it locally for drives from 40 to 70 km average. I use a 220 volt charger. The best mileage comes when the weather is between 15-20C. when I averaged 3.6L/100km. This is not the most fuel efficient hybrid, nor is it the worst, but bang for buck and enjoyable ride ...it's great! Driving in the city is best on electrical mode, sometimes I get +50 km on a charge, but mostly around 35 km. A tank of fuel, (55l) can last 800-1000 km of driving. Driving is fun! Very easy to pass other vehicles on the highway without worrying. Hard to tell when the vehicle shifts between electric and ICE. Lots of headroom and space for back seat passangers. I can pack the back with lots of stuff....yes..the battery takes up room, but I always get stuff in. Build quality is okay, noticed a few glitches in parts fitting together and I did have the AC wire harness fall apart. Bottom line....I love this car and it saved me tons of money in fuel costs

Wide selection and no haggle are a plus over other dealerships. I like being able to see how many different makes and models. CarMax is the only place I will shop

I had wanted Golf my whole life and now that I have it-it does not disappoint! It is SO much fun to drive and I have an automatic transmission! For being a smaller vehicle you can stuff a lot of things in it when needed.

I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I bought this car used with about 50,000 miles on it from a car rental company. I needed an economical car with great fuel economy, too. I didn’t plan to keep it very long but, it’s now been seven years and it has 140,000 miles on it… We are still going strong! All I have replaced is a couple of belts, which was recommended by the mechanic, but had not broken yet and the front struts, because I got a pothole so big it bent the rim of my wheel. This car is a wallet friendly trooper!

Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

I had this car for the 4 months now. The acceleration is amazing on Sport Mode. It becomes a sports car, not a Prius. I caught up easily to a Tesla Model 3 on the freeway. The gas engine and the electric engine team up and creates a lot of torque when you are full throttle. The overall design of the 2015 Lexus CT200h is truly a timeless design. Very aerodynamic, aggressive and yet a classy design. Today's Hyundai and Kia car designs looks like they are trying too hard, and it comes across cheap and doesn't look good. The Lexus team did a great job for the 2015 Lexus CT 200h- "CT" stands for Creative Touring. Sporty and Luxury!

We previously owned a Cadillac, so there was quite a difference in size and fuel consumption. We use it as a motorized shopping cart, and for what we need, it performs well. Only observation against it is the instrument panel. Very hard to see, without the lights on. Overall a great little car.

They found me a 2024 Cadillac XT4 and I love it. I was blown away at its performance and ability to pick up and go. The interior is whisper quiet on the freeway in heavy traffic. The comfort level is a 15 out of 10. All the electronic do-dads ... Mind blowing (for me anyway 😝) Couldn't be happier!

This car is absolutely solid! It gets great gas mileage and handles well when doing light off-roading. I packed it to the brim with camping gear and drove three hours to my spot. It has Mazda genes, so it handles like a dream. The front is spacious—I’m about 6 feet tall with plenty of foot and headroom to spare. Everything about this car feels intentional, from the infotainment system to the stock wheels. The engine is well put together and hasn’t given me any trouble. Doing maintenance by myself for the first time felt like a breeze. The fogs lights are nice and it handles well in the rain. It only has 106 horse power but can get up to 60-85 and beyond without an issue. Overall it’s a great compact car. I’d take this without question over a Mitsubishi Mirage, Kia Rio or a Nissan Versa. This is the undisputed king of compact cars!

I purchased this 2010 TOYOTA Yaris with a five speed manual transmission in 2010 with 7 miles on it. It is now 2025 my Yaris had it's 15th birthday back in April. Tires, brakes changed at 50k. Water pump and serpentine belt (preventive maintenance) at 90k. Tires, brakes changed @ 100k. Clutch replacement @ 110k. If you are cognizant of your driving habits you can obtain over 40 mpg easily. I am looking forward to obtaining at least 5 to 10 more years of driving pleasure seeing how I have only 123k original miles on the vehicle.

I had a 2008 Yaris, 2011 Yaris and just recently the 2014 Yaris. I love this car so much. Super responsive handling, tight turning radius, touchy brakes and accelerator (which I like), zippy! Has protected me in what could've been a horrific car accident in which the car was severely totaled. Zero maintenance, reliable... never had to take them in to a mechanic for anything other than maintenance.

This car is a SLEEPER, despite the seemingly “Low” 150 horsepower, this car takes off like a rocket from a stand-still, it accelerates briefly quick. Bought this car at around 120k miles. All the stories and rumors you’ve heard about German cars or volkswagen being unreliable, this car certainly proved me wrong and brought me comfort. Even though it is not MY car, my brother owns the 07 6 speed automatic (with tiptronic transmission) and it is quite amazing. The throttle response is unbelievable in the tiptronic mode (+ and -). Although if you’re worried about not shifting at the right time, it will automatically upshift/downshift for you, the computer overrides as a safety feature. I will be honest, i drive my brother’s rabbit A LOT, and the sports mode is pretty DECENT at high speeds, there’s no major improvement besides higher RPM so it will shift later (brings more power out of each gear before automatically going into the next one) . It just makes the engine roar but everyone’s experience is different! Just sharing mine. The handling is an absolute 10/10 and when given enough gas from a stand still, the wheels will spin a little bit even with traction control on. Another Pro that i think people overlook but is very important, One day i was in a rush to get to work on time and i was going a little fast and had to (safely) cut someone off to get in the far left lane so i was going too fast considering i needed to come to a stop, i slammed on the brakes and the car DID NOT skid or lose control, the brakes surprised me and i thought i was going to crash but it stopped just in time. The braking distance is quite amazing on this car. Now this is not a CON but a little bit of a concern. Considering it only has 150hp, it is relatively QUICK, in all aspects just like its origin name ‘Rabbit’. Though i did notice it struggles A LITTLE BIT around the 80-100mph mark. So if you need to pass someone make sure you have good tires and your tires are rated for 90+ mph. AND DO NOT BE SCARED TO USE FULL THROTTLE, IT IS BETTER TO GET PULLED OVER THAN TO LOSE/TAKE A LIFE. Another really good pro, is the kick-down function, the pedal rests on the floor, so when you press it down ALL THE WAY you will feel a little click, like there’s a second step for the pedal, that’s the kick down function and when you use it for whatever reason it may be like passing someone in front of you or in an emergency. Depending on how fast you’re going (i will provide example below) it will always drop 2 gears and take off just as quick as a rabbit does. When you are in a 60mph zone and the person in front of you isn’t going fast enough for your liking or you just want to pass them, you mash the gas down all the way and you’ll maybe drop 1 gear (it will downshift into 5th gear) but if you push it all the way down to the floor you’ll feel that click and it will downshift from 6th to 4th gear and you will speed up very quickly reaching around 100mph in a matter of 5-8 seconds. It is very useful if the cars in oncoming lane is coming your way faster than you anticipated. This little car may not be fast (top speed) but it sure is QUICK. I got pulled over (just a warning) for going faster than i thought because of how quick and responsive this car is. SIDE NOTE: HEATED SEATS WITH UP TO 5 LEVELS IS AMAZING!!! it also has heated mirrors for all my people who get cold weather like ice and snow in the morning! All in all, This car is very reliable and worth purchasing. Just take care of it and i promise it will take care of you. 10/10 i recommend.

After few years of usage, the car hard start. It gives electrical issue that affect the car performance. The car usually failed to start when hot due to such impact. The car wiper sometimes work on it own. Lastly, the car consume more fuel as it aged due to usage.
