Never made it to Hayes. Was in Sacramento and bought a car that day but before making it to Roseville. The car at Hayes is an LX and I really wanted an EX. The person I talked to there was very helpful.

The engineering and design are outstanding . The driving experience is very special for this price range. It’s real fun to drive. It’s an icon. Let down by quality issues unknown to Japanese vehicles and ridiculous service and repair costs. I love the car but dread any encounter with the dealer in North Tampa.. I think their service charges are equal to BMW and Mercedes.

Beautiful new facility. Was referred by friend and client who recently purchased from Audi Rocklin, to Joe. My inlaws had also purchased a vehicle from Audi Rocklin last September. Joe is very knowledgeable on all the features and benefits of several Audis we discussed and in specific the Audi I test drove and eventually purchased. The dealership staff other than Joe were polite and accommodating. Joe and management were very open to negotiations, comparing and contrasting similar vehicles for sale, and made that process as non-confrontational as possible. Finance process was also very smooth.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

The car looks great. We have enjoyed the feel of the car on the road and the ease of use of the controls and rear view camera.

Both of these guys were extremely knowledgable about the various options and features on the Q5. They made a very fair offer to purchase an Audi and to purchase my car in trade in. Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

i am a new buyer so i went there first because i heard very good things about carmax...they are excellent in the cars they sale...no dealing with the annoying cars sales men...there you go with an idea of a car and get it...well hopefully because they dont have a big inventory so before you go check the website...they littelly have all the cars they have so you dont waste time looking for one...bad thing :( when you have a car you want... dont hisatate...because before u know it its gone... i have lost about 5 cars for histateting...well i was looking at the car value in kelly blue book and when i was ready to buy it (with in one day) it was gone!!! so DONT HISATATE!!!

We purchased our Mitsubishi used a year ago and have been quite pleased darting around Los Angeles with this small car. As small as it is, it's quite comfortable, even roomy, inside. Runs well. Highly recommend for older folks like us who don't do a lot of long-range driving.

We were given advice and mentored throughout the entire process, in our first big purchase, never once feeling overwhelmed, taken advantage of, or unheard. Our salesman Bill Dameri was helpful through the entire process, he responded to my emails and texts, even before they officially were open. He went above and beyond for us, and made this a very positive experience. The salesman was very nice and helpful on the information of the different cars that I was interested in. It took very little time to pick the car I wanted, and I got through all the paperwork quickly and had the sale completed in less than 2 hours.

This car has never let me down, it is excellent to drive with regards to both comfort and handling. The only thing I would change is the styling of the hood, it should meet the grill.

I love this Kia Soul. It is my first vehicle to give me better vision from being higher up. I love that. The vehicle rides smoothly and is a joy. My Soul is a metallic gray. I love the brake lights! The bright red lights look awesome against my gray vehicle. All in all, since I leased this car, I will lease another one when I turn this one in.

The car has been nothing short of amazing for me, great mpg, no issues with reliability has been a good city commuter and I'll most likely consider a new one when I'm in need of a new car.
