Bought it new. Hard to tell that it's almost 8yrs old. Third Mini, first automatic. Very nimble and good acceleration. Love the heads up display and love love the power folding mirrors and side driver visor. Seats are very comfortable and have an extension for longer legs available. Haven't been able to figure out how to delete older phones from the bluetooth or unwanted addresses from the nav system tho. Biggest drawback for me is that the nearest dealer is 1.5 hrs away. But they do offer a valet service to pick up the car if scheduled in advance. It's not the most inexpensive to repair but what vehicle is nowadays.

Staff were professional but friendly. They listened to my concerns and kept me informed of what was occurring with my car.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. So before he even got his license and had only added 400 miles to the car I took it back. Eliot got me a deal on a Mitsibushi with 19,000 miles. The trade in came back at $14,000. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax. After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

I have had three Honda Civics, and plan to buy another in the spring. They are the best vehicles I have owned during my 84 years.

We visited NTX Auto to look at several Audi’s That they had listed on cars.com. Azmat and the manager (I don’t immediately recall his name) We’re very attentive and helpful during our visit… with no high pressure sales tactics. While there, we also had the opportunity to look at a number of other vehicles that had not yet listed on cars.com. While there, we also had an opportunity to see the level of work that they perform in setting cars up for maintenance and addressing anything needed prior to the car being listed for sale. Although the car we came to see, did not have all of the options that we were looking for, prices were VERY reasonable, and they had a good selection of vehicles. Even though they didn’t have the ideal vehicle in stock, they were more than willing to bring in one that would work, even from out of state, to help us find the right vehicle. We were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy during our visit and, even though we found the ideal vehicle elsewhere, the level of respect was unparalleled compared to other dealers and dealerships that we visited. Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

I got this Civic Touring 2018 from my son as a gift. To my surprise, it’s quite comfortable inside, not tight at all. The ride is comfortable and road noises not pronounced, but wind noise increases when the speed goes beyond 60 mph. I just got this car less than 3 months so I didn’t spend much time in dashboard functions and buttons. Those on the steering wheel need my study too. The GPS is not good compared with Google’s even after new updates from Honda (Garmin). I always use gps on cellphone. Will come back after having enough experiences.

Very easy to get appointment. My Service Advisor was great, kept advised to my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle it was washed and clean. They did a great job for me. This is a great dealership and I would higly reccommend this dealership.

Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

This is no luxury car but if you are looking for a smaller car with great reliabilty and lower maintenance costs this is a great option. I am a petite female and the car is quite comfortable for me. I drive 18 miles one way into Minneapolis and the ride is enjoyable enough. This is my 2nd Mazda 3, ironically same color as my previous only because of availabilty. This model year all wheel drive was available and served me well in our Minnesota winters. Standard safety features are appreciated. I don't need all the bells and whistles but I do like connecting my phone to my car.

The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

The new civic rides rough and even rougher in sport mode a lot of road noise but very stylish looking exterior, sound system a little weak. Wish it came with a leather interior, cloth gets dirty quick

Bought 2017 Mazda3 Touring 6 Speed Manual new. It now has 180k miles. Fun to drive, great on fuel, great handling (Way better than Toyota Corolla), more than enough technology including Android Auto & Apple Car Play, easy on maintenance, very reliable (More reliable than Toyota in my opinion)

The best purchase of my life. Bought this while in college as a basic sedan that I always liked the look of, and it was the most pleasant surprise of my life! So affordable, fun, peppy, responsive, and easy to maintain. It’s one of those cars that becomes your identity and a part of your personality. Maintained the car in my early 20s while going to school and had zero issues funding this car. Gas is cheap and my most major issue was the suspension needed to be redone when I hit 200k miles and because of harsh winters, I decided to put that repair money into a new AWD car. I miss the Mazda though!!! Recommend this vehicle to anyone and everyone!

i purchased a 2022 Honda civic sport touring hatchback in the beautiful sonic gray pearl. it is everything the professional car experts said it was and more. it rides great with crisp handling and the power from the 1.5 liter turbo is so much fun. i love the styling and the Led lights are very bright and safe. I'm getting 31 mpg in the city and 37 on hwy. I love the Honda brand and i love my civic. great job Honda.
