Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. I would like to start by saying that I rarely post reviews, as you normally expect good service, but my experience was above and beyond and I had the urge to share my story. After 10 years of driving a 2008 Camry that would not die (sold it with 215K miles on it), I decided to upgrade to a new 2019 Rav4 Hybrid due to the amazing fuel economy coupled with AWD. Out of 5 dealerships, Sunshine Toyota had the best price for the trim I wanted and so I decided to lock in and purchase the car. I explained that I received an excellent offer from a buyer on my Camry that was too good to be true so and that I would be selling it in a week. Later that week I found out that Toyota issued a safety recall for the Rav4 (minor issue with the back-up-camera) and that I could not pick it up until it was resolved. Justin Etheridge was my sales consultant and offered a free loaner vehicle (2019 model) if my Camry sold before the Rav4 safety issue was resolved and said I could use it for as long as it took. Well...after the back up camera issue was resolved, Toyota issued another minor safety recall for the automatic braking and put another stop-sale on the Rav4 until it was repaired. Fast forward almost 2.5 months later (slight delay due to a credit fraud alert on my report from a stolen wallet incident in February) and I was finally at the dealership to pick up my car. The entire paperwork process was very streamlined and efficient, yet they explained all the steps. As I upgraded from an 11 year old car, another associate took me out to the vehicle to explain all of the safety features (lane assist, active braking, radar cruise control....etc). I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hrs driving home in my new Rav4!!!. During the entire paperwork process I had numerous people come up to me and genuinely apologize for the long wait I had in acquiring the Rav4, but I was just appreciative of the free loaner. Later that afternoon I was at the gym and saw a commercial for Sunshine Toyota stating they are #1 in customer service in the area, and normally I am skeptical of those, however, after going through the experience I did, I can honestly say that Sunshine Toyota (and the sales associate Justin Etheridge) is indeed the best dealership I have ever dealt with!!!

This is my first hybrid and is also my first Ford. In the past I've had many cars including an indestructible Honda Civic. This review will "compare" with the Civic because the Civic left the biggest impression on us for great reliability and cheap parts. The reason I gave the review 4 stars for reliability is because I had a minor coolant leak (a rusted hose clamp) and Ford charged me $250 to fix the hose clamp. I never had any problems with the Civic we used to have and if we did it was ultra cheap to fix it. Besides the minor problem the Ford C-Max has been great!!! I absolutely Love the high ceiling in the C-max. My head has plenty of room and I'm 6 feet tall. Much more room than the Civic. The Civic had 140hp and this Ford has 188hp, so its much faster than the civic! Also, The C-max costs me $35 in gas every TWO weeks!!! The last two cars I had I was spending $25-40 in gas in one week! So its faster, better gas mileage and more spacious and roomy than pretty much any car I've had lately. So far my experience with my first ford is very good. I like the style, the space inside and the comfort. I got the SE model instead of the Titanium so it doesn't have some bells and whistles. Overall I really enjoy the C-Max. I'm one of the very few people who thinks it looks cool. As for my future purchases... Ford is now on my radar!

Brought my jeep in for oil change and tire rotation. Service center area was clean and on time! No issues, very happy with the service!

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23

I have owned 5 of these cars, they are such a great car. Reliable, feul efficient and if yoh have the Vibe with the 2.4 liter notir, its quite pepi. I had a 2003 Vibe that went for 348,000 miles. Current 09 has 260,000 on it and still going strong. They dont make cars like this anymore, there all Junk!!

I bought my 2015 Nissan Versa Note in 2017 Certified Pre Owned with 35,000 miles on it. Now it has 80,000 trouble free miles on it. Aside from routine maintenance all I needed was sway bar links at 70,000 mi. Roomy, economical and comfortable. It may I interest everyone to know the transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles. It's $240 to have it done by the dealer. Small price to pay for reliability.

My husband and I are looking for a vehicle that will fit our growing family, be able to tow, and still look good at a good price. The Mitsubishi team CALLS me when there is a vihicle in they think will interest me. I test drove the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander over night and LOVE the vehicle. All of the improvements over the previous model are awesome. It feels more comfortable and homey inside and more luxurious at the same time. The new fold down back seat feature is so much easier and overall, it is more user friendly. The sales staff (Jerry and Norm) at VerHage are awesome! Never pushy but interested in meeting my needs. They listen and will be on the look out for exactly what I need. Very impressed with them all. Great experience.

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

I had heard about Paris Motors from word of mouth,and after researching their history and seeing all of the good reviews, I decided to go and see what they had for me. I found that they had many vehicles in my price range and I found the perfect one for me. The staff was helpful, but in no way pressuring. Love the Energi version; had a regular one before which was handed down to our daughter. Very comfortable, lots of usable and versatile space inside for a smallish car. Great economy (we get close to 49 MPG as a daily driver).

I have to dismiss all the bad jokes about used car salesmen. I met an extraordinary salesman, Joe Murphy, at Paris Motors, Inc., who proved the jokes wrong. I was in the market for a van and hoped on getting something affordable and soon for a trip out of town. Another dealer had one lined up, but it was sold before I could get to the shop - stuff happens. So back to Carfax and found one with less miles in Grand Rapids. I contacted Paris Motors and spoke with Mr. Murphy. The van was available. I went through credit approval, got it, then on to my AAA agent for insurance, got it, then made the one-hour drive to Grand Rapids and met with Joe. We talked, saw the van, gave a test drive, and my wife and I signed the paperwork. All this within 24 hours! Mr. Murphy was efficient, personable, and knowledgeable throughout the process. I have never before purchased a vehicle with such ease in my life (and I'm not young). WOW - I can highly recommend Paris Motors, Inc. as a dealer of care and quality, and kudos to Joe Murphy.

Bought used @ 8 yrs old. Very satisfied for retiree use and care. Great mileage. Some paint issues with rust on rear tire wells. It's Michigan winters & no garage.

I just purchased my fourth vehicle from Walt Sicard Car Co. and it certainly won't be the last. My family has been buying cars from Walt for more than 20 years and for good reason. I go there because I know I'm going to be dealing with friendly, professional people who take pride in their work and the quality of the vehicles on the lot. I've also worked with the people in the service department in the past and they do top notch work in a reasonable amount of time. Another sign of a good dealership is how you're treated when things don't go quite right with a vehicle, because sometimes they just don't. Walt goes to great lengths to fix problems and I've never hesitated to contact him or the service department about the few issues I've had. I feel extremely fortunate to have people I can trust just a simple phone call away whenever I have a question or need work done on my car or when I'm looking to make a change.

Really good car. Bought my focus 2 years ago, and it was amazing deal. Was by the far best deal on the lot. There was a Corolla on the lot, which was way older, had a higher mileage, and was $500 more. I said no way, stick it Toyota. I’m going American, and I am so glad I made that choice. My focus didn’t disappoint me at all, with a well designed well thought out interior design, and sporty exterior styling. Very comfortable and quiet ride. And impressive gas mileage. 37 MPG on the highway, and around town about 33. Awesome gas mileage, and it only costs me $50 a week for a full tank. Been pretty reliable, did have a few little transmission hiccups. But took it in and were soon fixed under warranty. Other than that, no other reliability problems to report in two years of ownership. Definitely recommend this car.
