A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

Very excellent experience with this dealership. Our salesman, Dane, was understanding and genuinely trying to get us the best deal possible. We knew there would be back and forth when it came to negotiations but not once was Dane pushy, aggressive, or agitated. The price for our trade in didn’t match what we were looking for however Dane made sure to find wiggle room within the overall price where it would even out. Please remember, the dealership will tack on additional features, some can be removed some can not. I’ve been buying cars for years, this was honestly my best experience. After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.

Bought 2017 Mazda3 Touring 6 Speed Manual new. It now has 180k miles. Fun to drive, great on fuel, great handling (Way better than Toyota Corolla), more than enough technology including Android Auto & Apple Car Play, easy on maintenance, very reliable (More reliable than Toyota in my opinion)

The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

In the past we owned a 2013 328. Loved that car. Purchased this 2019 430i a week ago. It’s basically the exact same car inside as it was in 2013. No real complaints, if it works it works I guess. Car still very comfortable and stylish looking. Handles very well, good power with the 2.0t. Look forward to having this car for years to come

We were looking for a new vehicle and decided to take a look at what was available. Found a certified used car that if I hadn’t been told that it was a 2017, I would have thought that it was new. Richard was awesome. No pressure, showed us a number of new and used vehicles and was very personable and easy to work with. We showed up late in the evening and Richard, Jeff and Marcos hung out with us after closing to get the deal done and out the door that night with our new (used) Highlander. Great service. This car is overall great to own. I have an XSE trim, and though I would've liked to have XSE Premium's features, those are minor gripes at worst. Daily commutes are a breeze. I have a bit of a light foot while driving but it's easy to merge into traffic even in EV mode (161hp compared to 220hp in hybrid mode). Steering feels grounded and relative to how much effort should be put into turning. The braking is also good; it feels linear without any jolts or sponginess. The engine can get noisy if the battery's low (less than 25%) but it's seldom been an issue for me. Changing the drive mode to Sport makes regenerative braking slightly stronger and steering slightly heavier. I average about 4.8mi/kWh (161.7MPGe) and 56MPG. Road trips are also great in this vehicle. The EPA estimate for this vehicle's trim is 39 electric miles and 50MPG. I get about 40 miles with cruise control on, and MPG in the mid-high 50s or low 60s with good weather. Ride quality is smooth and there's no shaking when going over small bumps. The seats are comfortable up front even over long periods of time. It's a bit low getting in (especially in the back). Rear seats are a little snug; I'm 5'10½" and can fit well enough with a tiny bit of room to stretch my legs. I can fit my hand between my head and the ceiling, so anyone who's taller or has larger hair should stick to the front. Visibility is good overall. I had to adjust the steering wheel column down some to clearly see the dashboard information but it isn't uncomfortable to me. Outward visibility great out of the front and sides, but the rear window is pretty small. I would've opted for XSE Premium's digital rearview mirror if I frequently hauled larger things around. Cargo space and storage is pretty decent for the class. I can fit two midsize suitcases in the back with the tonneau cover on. The front and rear cupholders can hold 20oz travel mugs and the bottle holders in the doors can hold a 22fl oz can. The center console can hold a good amount of small objects and the tray in the middle can be removed for more space. All in all, I'd recommend the Prius to anyone looking for a small vehicle. The regular one is better on gas and has a bit more cargo space, but if you're able to regularly plug in, i'd say go for the PHEV variant.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

I do not mind when I need to bring my Mini in to Stevens Creek Mini. The waiting room is comfortable, coffee and snacks are available and they keep you informed about your vehicle?s progress. Thanks to Roberto for prompt updates and complete information. They video from the mechanic was nice too. My only complaint was the 2% for using a credit card!

2016 e-Golf SEL bought use 2yr old for 16K with 28k mi. Now 10/2023 with 63k miles. Two tires an a bunch of wipers. Fun, handles well, cheap charging costs (4.2/kWh), 5.3 mi/kWh, practical layout. No updating the navigation, not the best visibility but great backup camera. Not thrilled about the defrost wires in the windshield but it is fast. One foot driving is great! Like a poor man's Model 3.

We were looking for a 2021 Honda Accord Touring and were able to find three for sale at Ocean Honda. Unfortunately, by the time we scheduled a trip to Santa Cruz only one car was left. We had received Emails from both Robert Estrada and Michael Livanos from Internet sales and we went down to visit their dealership. Years ago when they were in Capitola I received excellent service on an older Honda Accord which they fixed stating it was still under warranty. I was quite surprised that my Wife and I weren’t stormed by Sales People when we pulled up. We were able to walk around the lot without anyone coming out and starting a sales pitch. When we went in and asked to speak to Mr. Livanos who advised us that that last Touring car was sold, but he spent a couple of hours with us in looking at cars. Prior to leaving we had obtained a value on our trade in and had ordered a car. All the Staff were very helpful in assisting us during our visit. Plenty of parking and the Dealership was well laid out and clean.

This things fits EVERYTHING! I purchased this preowned back in 2021 with 48k miles on it. With 4 years of ownership and only 13k miles later, I’ve only ever had to keep up with maintenance including a set of new tires and one recall. Last summer I did notice some plastic paneling in the rear rattling that drove me nuts but haven’t heard it since so let’s hope it doesn’t start anew. With it being so cheap to maintain and the fact it sips gas, I have a hard time finding a justifiable reason to upgrade!
