I love my Mini Cooper! 2013 base although base model very similar S same engine Dual sunroof on border diagnostics keyless entry 100 hundred secrets ! I’ve found most.! I haven’t up graded much I don’t buy rims. I don’t like silver. I Don’t like it doesn’t have hot cold gadge oh, you can check it on your diagnostics while driving. It does have child safety locks. Someone says it doesn’t it does as a matter fact you can set the exactly the way you want

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

Bought my 2015 last fall looks great drives great alot of fun . Faster than it looks . Not a extreme cold weather car . Handles great on snowy roads . I'm a bigger guy plenty of room . Would not want to sit behind me . I'd buy another

This my second Cooper S Countryman ALL4. My first I had for only two months, a 2013. I was T-boned in an intersection by a BMW X2 Hit with such force that both vehicles were non repairable. I walked away from what could have been a disaster. I absolutely love my 2017 Countryman S it is yards above the 2013 in every category. I am perplexed about the lack of satellite radio and other electronic features but I still love this car. Great build quality and styling for the used price of a 4 year old Hyundai or Kia. I'm glad I purchased again.

It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

I purchased my Spark new, June 2019. I love this car! It is now, one month before 6 yrs of owning my Spark. It has less than 10,900 miles on it. This car has great maneuverability, gets great gas mileage, and I love the Hot Red body color. The only thing I've had to replace, in almost 6 yrs, is the battery. And that was just a few months ago during freezing weather. It gets regular oil changes and maintenance checks. The 2019 Chevy Spark is one great little car for the money.

Excellent, Great economical vehicle over 40 mpg All highway use.It's move's a little on a windy day,but still over 40mpg @68-70mph. It works great for me as i commute 155miles per day.

At a time when I was moving around two dogs and a cat, this car was an absolute must. It was a great value to start and even more so now that I use it as a second vehicle. The only maintenance I've done is the routine oil changes, etc. I expect to own it for another 10 years

Negotiation was smooth in the end I paid what I thought was a fair price and got a powertrain warranty thrown in. They delivered car promptly inspected and filled gas tank. Great drivability! Great room! Unfortunately, not confident in expertise at service center for plug in hybrid issues. No one has seen enough issues to understand how they can malfunction... they are totally dependent on computer codes and what the manual says.... haven’t really studied the tecnology and engineering enough to be able to anticipate and or respond to technical questions and circumstances.... sales people are completely oblivious to the technology!!! Cannot answer simple engineering questions about car! Service department seems only modestly more experienced, and have no passion or desire to really know or understand.... so their ability to inform and guide the customer is basically non existent. They call “ experts” elsewhere in the country... don’t appear to care to become experts themselves. This means that the customer has little to no confidence that their car is actually going to be fixed properly because they are completely reliant on manual and mechanics located elsewhere to solve issues.... fully expect that any upcoming repairs will be “ out of the box” repairs.... computer says that EGR valve is malfunctioning, so it needs a new one! When all it needs is a vacuum hose reconnected.... or something down these lines. This is really bad that the customer will need to understand their own car better than dealership mechanics, and will mean that extremely expensive parts will be seen as the solution to “ fixing” the oroblem...eg, I won’t be surprised if we own the vehicle for 10 plus years, that a new computer control module will be found to be needed because the code said it was malfunctioning.... when a small gasket waterproofing the compartment has failed and causes it to work improperly when it wet outside... The customer is left feeling uncared about, or cared for... and that Toyota hires fundamentally unprofessional or lazy service mechanics, and dont properly expect expertise or mastery about their products...

My Sorento ended up at Wagner Kia after the engine blew on Highway 90 while returning home from a vacation up north. We were still over 200 mi. From home. The vehicle was towed there in our abscence and everything was dealt with by emails and phone call between me and my service rep. MikeRodenbaugh. I knew it would take time but asked to please just giv me good communication.he totally did. Two months later the car is almost like new. Took a while to get the parts but once they were in the repair was made within the week. mike was super communicative and reassuring and I could not be happier with the work done. Also had some other repairs done while there and the prices were very reasonable. My car drove home like a dream, all 220 miles in one shot! Everyone at the dealership was very nice and friendly and my pickup was quick and pleasant experience. Highly recommend , wish they could be my regular dealership!

I have a 2017 EV and it I staying to turn off the car and check the brakes but the brakes are fine. It's seems there is no way to turn of this warning or drive the car. The car has been down and even the dealer doesn't know what it is... electric cars make it harder to isolate the problem.

After finding a used car listed on cars.com I ran right over to the Littleton dealership to check it out. The car had just been received at the dealership and needed to go through the Toyota check. I met with two salesmen during the course of a week, Jon M and Richard G. Both went over and above when assisting me with the vehicle even at closing time. I would recommend them for your car purchasing needs.

The one weak point is that there is a design defect. The exhaust manifold leading to cylinders tends to get clogged up. Must be cleaned every 60 k miles (200 dollar job) to avoid head gasket replacement. Otherwise should run forever. 250 k miles and doesn't use drop of oil. 2014 is known to be vintage year, with all kinks worked out of generation 3 - except for aforementioned. Besides being ultra reliable, the car is simply the best use of space and readily available fuel possible. Enormous cargo space with back seats down. Up, passengers have room almost equivalent to full-size sedan. Simply best car ever made. Just look out for traction battery expense. But even that can be mitigated using rebuilt batteries and independent shops.

Love it everything we expected the drive and handling is perfect we love how it looks and works. We highly recommend this vehicle wished had purchased sooner.

My MINI has been a life saver while living in LA county. I can find parking for it pretty much everywhere and it is really good on gas. Drives well, the stock audio system is loud and has a good bass to it. I can't complain! Also, I really loved owning one with a checkered hood. I don't see them on the road in that style all that often so it felt like a score to find one like this :)

The 2017 Panamera Turbo is phenomenal: It is the perfect blend of sports car (0-60 in 3.0 seconds… Entering traffic or accelerating to pass is exhilarating at 550 hp/567 lb/ft torque) & luxury vehicle (4 door, plenty of room for back seat passengers, plus plenty of storage room with hatch back & rear seats can fold down for more space. Beautiful interior, appointments & super sound system). This vehicle is very impressive, drives/corners like a dream (these tires just Grip the road on turns) and people commented on it regularly. This is a beast of a sports car that also happens to carry four people comfortably!

Love my zero emission EV. Only gripe not enough charging stations in my area I live in Elizabeth City ,NC. Other than that Love my car.

my experience here was great. my sales person Matt Waters could not have been better. He made the entire experience efficient. The finance team was ok even though I had to go back in to sign the paperwork but it was still a great experience overall. I love my MDX.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

Was looking for a possible vehicle and had a very good experience with Bill Morrisey at the dealership. Walked me through a number of different cars and due to my circumstances changing I decided not to buy a car at this time. But I would feel very comfortable using Harbro in the future.

Bought it new. Taken several road trips with and no problems ever. I still own and drive it . Love the gas milage. I get 32 mpg around my town and upto 40mpg on open road. Cargo space is tricky. Only drawback is back seats will not flatten in order to extend cargo space.

This car has been fantastic at getting me around. Totally dependable, great handling and fantastic gas mileage (1 tank of gas costing roughly $30.00 gets me 420 miles down the road! Great car!!!
