Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

We previously owned a Cadillac, so there was quite a difference in size and fuel consumption. We use it as a motorized shopping cart, and for what we need, it performs well. Only observation against it is the instrument panel. Very hard to see, without the lights on. Overall a great little car.

The most reliable car that I have ever own it has 109000k miles and runs perfect, never had a mechanical problems, is rummy inside for fitting things and also has leg and head room. The sits folds giving you lots of space. Is just a GREAT car.

I have the 5 speed manual and am extremely happy with it. Super reliable never a single problem with it. If I had to nit-pick I'd say road noise maybe not the greatest above 65 mph. Great gas mileage. Seems to be built like a tank. Highly recommended....

My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

3 hundred thousand miles on this car and just doing fine, take care of your car ...and your car will take care of you! it's never had one thing go wrong! ( just an unbelievable car) outside of comon Maintaince, like oil & filter changes, tires, battery, alternator, air filter, cabin filter, spark plugs. Even the bulbs are original and all working, it needs a paint job,-maybe.But I bet i get 5 hundred thousand miles out of this one! No wonder taxi cab company's use these kind of cars.(they are cheep to keep).(word to your mother. Ya Hear-!).

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

Based on a recommendation from a long time friend, I decided to contact Union Auto Sales when it came time for me to trade in my car. I informed the gentleman, over the phone, of what kind of car I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend. He advised me to come to the lot and take a look at a few cars, and also told me that he would give me a price for my trade in. It might have just been good luck, but the day I went to the dealership, the owner had the newer version of the Honda Civic that I had been driving for the past 10 years and offered me a decent price for the trade in of my old car as well. Purchased for my wife's 80 + mile daily commute. She drove it daily for over 10 and a half years. All maintenance done by the Honda Dealer in Saratoga Springs, NY Great service, by the way. A very trouble free car. She decided to purchase a new CRV earlier this year. I now drive the Insight for my daily 40 mile commute. I average 58MPG, as I drive it very easy and avoid the interstate. It now has 228,000 miles and still going strong! I highly recommend this if you don't mind its lower performance but it pays back in great gas mileage. I fill up every 14 to 16 days for less than $18.00. Can't say enough about how good of a car this is. My son is turning 16, in a few months. This will be his 1 car. I am looking for another one for myself.

Thoroughly reliable diesel automobile. Steady fwy driving will get you 45 mpg. Nice not to have to change spark plugs. Likely not a great choice in subzero weather.

Bought new in 2012 with 2.0L 5 speed manual. This car has been exceptional in every way. Never quits! Never stalled! 272,000 miles, 4 spark plugs, original clutch, just normal Maintenance using FOMOCO recommended oil & filters every 5,000 miles (synthetic-blend). It still gets 35-36 commuting and 38-39 Hwy. Incredible little car! Sad I can’t buy a new one!

This car is very economical. Great gas mileage and very easy to maintain. Be certain to change the oil and filter. Rotate tires and check the brakes every 10K miles. Realize what this car is all about - it is not a high performance car but for transportation inexpensive cost per mile it is SUPER.

The one weak point is that there is a design defect. The exhaust manifold leading to cylinders tends to get clogged up. Must be cleaned every 60 k miles (200 dollar job) to avoid head gasket replacement. Otherwise should run forever. 250 k miles and doesn't use drop of oil. 2014 is known to be vintage year, with all kinks worked out of generation 3 - except for aforementioned. Besides being ultra reliable, the car is simply the best use of space and readily available fuel possible. Enormous cargo space with back seats down. Up, passengers have room almost equivalent to full-size sedan. Simply best car ever made. Just look out for traction battery expense. But even that can be mitigated using rebuilt batteries and independent shops.

I own the 2011 Impreza Outback Sport. Can't say enough great things about this car. Over the past 10 years I have put 155,000 miles on it and it's still my every day vehicle. The biggest issue I've ever had with it was I had to replace the fuel pump around 120k. It's great in the snow, it handles very well overall, and I know it's safe to drive thanks to Subaru's 5 star crash rating.

Gas mileage 50 mpg. So easy to drive especially at night. Bright lights could be brighter though. Excellent speakers. Hard to see screen when sun is shining on it. But perfect at night.
