We called Lindsay to purchase our sixth Acura - five of which came from Lindsay. Our regular salesman had moved over to the Honda lot (Shannon Dailey) so we were recommended to a new salesman, Thad Beaver. We live in the WV/KY/OH Tri-State area, which is almost three hours from Columbus so we wanted to do as much work as possible over the phone. Thad is remarkable! If I could give him ten stars, he deserves it. He found the perfect vehicle for us and met my husband in Chillicothe to deliver it, saving him a few hours of time in getting the new MDX. We are loyal Lindsay customers because of the service that is offered at this dealership. We bought our first Acura locally but found that the deals, service, and personal attention that we have received three hours north in Columbus keeps us coming back.

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

We went to several dealerships but Dusty T was hands down the best sales person. Helpful, not pushy, knowledgeable, and there to answer any and all questions whether in person or by email. Very fast response. I highly recommend Columbus Automall if you want a clean used car.

It's unfortunate the previous owners of the recent reviews had terrible ownership experiences . I have used this car for nearly four years without a single problem. Fun to drive, very spirited, great gas mileage, and outstanding handling at highway speeds. At 95,000 miles, no squeaks, wind noise, or rattles. its still very solid. Would highly recommend if you find a well cared for one. My only complaint is you would be hard pressed to fit four ave. size people at one time. But on the plus side it can fit in small spaces.

Zack (owner/sales mgr) is easy to deal with. Zero pressure and easy to talk to. Found the car I needed here and the whole transaction concluded well within 1hr of me arriving at the store. The lot seems to have a wide selection of import vehicles to choose from. I would definitely return for my next vehicle purchase, even-though it is a bit of a drive from my home.

Really good car. Bought my focus 2 years ago, and it was amazing deal. Was by the far best deal on the lot. There was a Corolla on the lot, which was way older, had a higher mileage, and was $500 more. I said no way, stick it Toyota. I’m going American, and I am so glad I made that choice. My focus didn’t disappoint me at all, with a well designed well thought out interior design, and sporty exterior styling. Very comfortable and quiet ride. And impressive gas mileage. 37 MPG on the highway, and around town about 33. Awesome gas mileage, and it only costs me $50 a week for a full tank. Been pretty reliable, did have a few little transmission hiccups. But took it in and were soon fixed under warranty. Other than that, no other reliability problems to report in two years of ownership. Definitely recommend this car.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

I purchased 2019 Honda Civic Sedan. I was very pleased with the knowledge that Mikale Long provided for me. He went above and beyond to answer any and all questions that I asked. It was very windy and cold on March 14, 2023. Mikale Long brought several vehicles inside that I had questions on so that I could see and them for my self. That's where the above and beyond come in. He braved the cold so that I would not have to. I greatly appreciated his courtesy, knowledge, manners and respect he showed towards me. This is the 5th car I bought at Lindsay Honda and he is by far the best representative I've had. Never pressured me one bit. Give him a promotion which is well deserved. Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

Last year I purchased a HR-V. Dwight All red was the person, who helped me with the purchase of my car. He did a wonderful job, selling the vehicle to me. He is very respectful, listen to what I wanted. I had traded my Honda Fit in for the HR-V. I'm very happy with my purchased. I recommend him to purchase a vehicle from.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

When I first got this car, it was amazing and it was very smooth while driving. I got the touring version which has the Bose 12 speakers. This car drives like a SUV, which is comfortable and nice on the road and the highway and it is also very quiet not that much road noise. I would highly recommend this car! this car will never disappoint you, it will give you the satisfaction a regular high-end SUV would.

This car meets and exceeds all needs. It is small but much more roomy than expected on the inside. It comfortably seats 4 people and the heated seats are a huge bonus.

They are so personable , knowledgeable, super caring about you, your safety, the issue with the car and how timely they can get it fixed in your schedule. Thomas ALWAYS takes and makes the time to one on one Actively listen and be the resolve to the cars problem. He almost always finds a coupon for me on any work over $200 if my wild card coupon has expired. Who else and where else would do this??? Once car is fixed, I get a complete thorough explanation of what was wrong, parts needed to fix it, and how it’s running great again. Thomas (They) easily earned my Trust which had to be earned in their words = deeds , hand shake and car fixed right. Our experience was very unique. I started inquiring about the car through the internet. I received a call from Gary Hilton, who is the nicest person you will ever meet. During the process, my wife’s father became very ILL and ultimately passed away. Gary went out of his way to help us. We live over 75 miles away and Gary delivered the car to us. He was professional, showed a very caring side and even prayed with us. BTW, that is a first for me, but really can’t say enough about Gary and Lindsay Acura. The car is great and experience was five star perfect.

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

I traded a bmw 330 for this. I am very happy. The bmw was unreliable and a joy to drive. The integra is reliable an almost as fun, and much cheaper and more confortable. I wish i had considered the integra before.
