After a long journey of shopping for a vehicle, my journey came to an end where it all started; at Walker Acura. I initially was serviced by Joe Loyacano, but ventured to other dealerships for about a month and a half and ended back in the services of Mr. Loyacano. The particular vehicle I was searching for was extremely hard to find, so when I reached back out to Joe at Walker Acura, I expressed my deepest desire to have that Ram Truck, and he made his personal responsibility to get me in it. In a situation where the odds were definitely low and against me, Joe worked endlessly, even on his off days, to give me all the help he possibly could. Thankfully, at the end of the situation, we got the green light! I truly feel that if I was dealing with another salesman at any other dealership, even at this dealership, I would have been still car shopping. Also, the finance manager, David Ovalle, is an exceptional guy and is also good help as well. I’ve only had the truck a few weeks now, but so far so great. Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

Then after that my salesperson, Leon called me shortly afterwards to make sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions. I set my appointment and when I came in the vehicle I was interested in WAS BACKED UP FRONT, RUNNING, CLEAN, WARMED UP AND WAITING FOR ME! The whole staff from sales to service make you feel like you are the most important thing in the dealership. One of the most impressive things to me was how they LISTEN and take the time to make sure that all my needs were satisfied. The best way I could say it is that they try to help you purchase a vehicle, they don’t try to sell you a vehicle. This 2013 c-max hybrid has absolutely stood the test of time , unexpectedly driving excessive miles daily for years without having any mechanical problems, we did replace worn tires and always kept up with the recommended sevice maintenance by Ford. I am really impressed by this lil car. Now being sold to continue driving a hybrid car. I defiantly would recommend the c-max.
