He was upfront about interest rates he’s seen recently and worked with me on the cost of the extended warranty because it’s a product he genuinely believes in. After I made the 45-minute drive to see the car, Mike made everything easy. Since I’m not familiar with the area, he suggested a good test drive route and encouraged me to install my son’s car seat—never making me feel bad about car shopping with my wild child. Braxton Motor Company even had some table games and plenty of snacks to keep my son entertained while we worked through the paperwork, which was a huge help. purchased used with 2,200 miles. At first, I hated it, I've never had an all-electric car and the batter was dead. Luckily they sent someone to jump it. I was still thinking it was a mistake, until I actually drove it and got to know it and learn it. Drives totally different than my corvette. Now I like the Tesla better than my 650hp corvette. It hugs the road like nothing, takes off like a bat out of xxxx. I felt safe and comfortable hitting the pedal to the floor and feeling the rush of this thing taking off and just hanging on to that jet style steering wheel.

This is my 3rd Prius. For a couple years, we owned 2 Priuses (Prii?) at one time: a Green 2007 Base model with cloth seats and then added a Red 2009 Touring model with leather seats. I started driving for Uber/Lyft in the '09 Prius in Jan of 2015. The Chicago Uber/Lyft mileage rates were pretty low, so having a car that averaged 50 mpg was a plus. Then, after selling the '07, we traded in the '09 for the 2012 PPI. Bought it in Nov of 2018 at a Chicago Warehouse Dealer. It was in perfect shape and had tinted windows. Then in 2022 we moved from Chicago to Florida and bought a house with Solar Panels. I added Instacart to my Gig work and most of the time, my deliveries are on electric only miles. Even doing Gig work....I average only about $25 a week in Gas costs. In all 3 Prii....I've never needed any major repairs. I change the oil every 5k miles and have never needed new brakes yet on any of them since I do my best to use the coasting/regeneration method of braking.....which I believe extends the life of the brakes. Only regret is: the car has HEATED seats.....which was great in Chicago, but now here in Florida....wish they were Air Conditioned seats instead! I already have my eyes set on the new 2023 Prius Plug in (Prime?)....but will wait for them to come on the used car market. My current 2012 PPI will be too old for rideshare in 2027....so I have a good 3 more years to do research.

Really good car. Bought my focus 2 years ago, and it was amazing deal. Was by the far best deal on the lot. There was a Corolla on the lot, which was way older, had a higher mileage, and was $500 more. I said no way, stick it Toyota. I’m going American, and I am so glad I made that choice. My focus didn’t disappoint me at all, with a well designed well thought out interior design, and sporty exterior styling. Very comfortable and quiet ride. And impressive gas mileage. 37 MPG on the highway, and around town about 33. Awesome gas mileage, and it only costs me $50 a week for a full tank. Been pretty reliable, did have a few little transmission hiccups. But took it in and were soon fixed under warranty. Other than that, no other reliability problems to report in two years of ownership. Definitely recommend this car.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

I bought my Black 2008 Saturn Astra XR about a year and a half ago.... With 74,000 miles!.. I threw some 18 staggered wheels....With that being said... Since then I've gone down hill financially... And as a result... I haven't been able to keep up the maintenance... And even though I've driven it over 20,000 miles WITHOUT a tune up... NEVER A PROBLEM! Although it's not running it's best... Not the car's fault... LOVE the performance (Although it could use more power) I LOVE MY SATURN XR

Discovered my "next" car on the Autohaus website - 5 1/2 hours away from home. Reached out to inquire about its availability and Hernan Diaz-Egg responded quickly. Hernan then work with me over the phone, primarily via text, to finalize the deal. They took my deposit while I was on route to the dealership. I explained to Hernan that I would like to be in and out of the dealership quickly as we had a long ride back home. He immediately began working with the Finance Manager, Laurie Pearson and when I arrived 97% of all that had to be done was done. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. This was an excellent experience and Hernan and Laurie providing an outstanding customer oriented process.

I have owned this 2016 Golf R manual since December, 2015. My previous car was a 2008 Mazdaspeed 3, a great hot hatch in it's own right. Right away I knew I had to tune the Golf R to make it feel faster than the Speed 3. APR Stage 1 accomplished that in spades. Not satisfied, I went Stage 2 which made the car absolutely bonkers (I did have to upgrade the clutch to a Southbend Stage 3 racing clutch). I have had three years on the Stage 2 and have had zero problems with it. Unrelated issues have included rear differential oil leak, window switch modulation, and misfiring due to bad plugs and coils. All except the latter were fixed under warranty. There is also a problem with the backlighting of the speedo/tach/fuel/coolant temp gauge that hasn't been fixed but other displays are fine. The car at just under 54K miles remains a blast to drive and very easy to live with.

Zack Myers is more of guide than a salesperson, although he did close the sale with us. From our first phone conversations to our in person meeting on the day, we ultimately purchased the vehicle. Zack was a calm confidence builder in the business we were dealing with and the vehicle we ultimately purchased. We drove two hours to purchase this vehicle from Zack and we had never purchased a used car before, but his calm demeanor in fact based responses or a real confidence builder for us. I purchased my 2013 Mazda 3i Grand Touring Hatchback (manual transmission) in 2014 and the previous owner had put 30K miles on it. I've now got 140K and still love the car. Outside of recommended maintenance, the only repair expense I've had was I decided to replace the clutch. It hadn't failed but it was starting to show some slippage. I haven't even had to replace the brake pads yet! As for likes and dislikes that someone checking out this car might not notice just from looking, here are some negatives: 1) The 1-2 shift is always a bit notchy but others are smooth. 2) The 2.0L doesn't have a lot of power in the lower revs but 3000-4000 rpms it's pretty spirited (assuming you don't have four large adults in the car) 3) I ended up replacing the OEM headunit (the BOSE with Navigation) with an Eonon. I had issues getting the Eonon working early on but after a couple updates, it's been a huge improvement. 4) The biggest negative is that at some point, I'll have to let it go. On the positive side: 1) It handles great, 2) It carries a decent amount for its size 3) It gets good gas mileage (I used to average 35mpg but in recent years my driving in this car has been more around town and it's fallen back to 31-32.) 4) It's been extremely reliable. 5) The front seats are very comfortable (I'm 5'7" and the car fits me great. I imagine taller people would not be as comfortable.)

I bought the 2016 Mazda 3 with manual transmission brand new. Since then I've driven 280,000 miles through new York City traffic . I've just change my original clutch at 278000 . Most reliable car ever owned!

The Golf R is really a very unique and individualistic car - 'hot hatch' does not really fit as a descriptor as the 'R' is a much more mature and capable car. The car's ultra-high performance is complimented by excellent road handling thanks to AWD and the torque vectoring rear axle (A system only available in the much more expensive Audi RS3). Some commentators have griped at the price approx. 45K (Without Dealer 'Premiums') - however, as stated, this is a much more mature package that contains almost every option know to man! Head Up Display, Napa leather heated and cooled front seats/heated rear seats, Harman Kardon sound system, Automatically operating IQ lights, etc. etc. The true beauty of the R is that it can be driven as an extremely civilized everyday commuter, or you can unleash its inner demons with fantastically satisfying results! Some critics have commented negatively about the infotainment system and the lack of knobs - I am 66 and have found the system incredibly intuitive and intelligent to use - a little patience never goes amiss! Ultimately, this is a superb performance car that delivers in so many ways - it is mature, precise and measured - an amazing car! No, its not a hot hatch in the traditional sense - it is a car that is far more than that!

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.
