I come to Penske Honda for all of my service needs- so when I recently traded in my old vehicle for a newer Honda those service records on the Carfax were gold for proving consistent reliable maintenance to get top $ on the trade- and I did! I just came in to do my first oil change since trading. Antonio noticed I traded from my records (I literally traded a ridgeline black edition for a ridgeline black edition so people usually don’t notice I traded). His team did a thorough inspection for leaks and and even sent me a video of the undercarriage and parts I can’t see without me even asking, which is so awesome to have as a baseline/ for future reference as I wear and tear on the vehicle over time. 2016 e-Golf SEL bought use 2yr old for 16K with 28k mi. Now 10/2023 with 63k miles. Two tires an a bunch of wipers. Fun, handles well, cheap charging costs (4.2/kWh), 5.3 mi/kWh, practical layout. No updating the navigation, not the best visibility but great backup camera. Not thrilled about the defrost wires in the windshield but it is fast. One foot driving is great! Like a poor man's Model 3.

Vehicle was exactly as advertised, no pressure sale. Zach Harper took great care of us and addressed our questions effectively. They offered all the extras in an easy to understand format explaining the pros and cons then let us make the decisions that worked best for us. 10/10

Had this car the moment it was released in 2018 because I really liked the European “N” version. Had no issues except for a couple of sensors and a rubber engine mount going bad. Recently had the spark plugs changed to keep up the performance. No issues even after being modified either. Great car and probably going to be my “Forever car”.

I began financing this vehicle November of 2021, and it’s been going ever since. The only issue I had with it so far was an engine misfire, new spark plug and coil and I was back on the road. This car is also very fuel efficient and I rarely have to fill up twice in the same week. I don’t recommend using eco mode as I found it ate up more fuel than it was suppose to. The interior is comfortable and spacious, making it easy to load in large grocery runs with the back seats down. The front seats are the most comfortable but are not the worse. I love the sleek look of the exterior and the front grill. Overall this vehicle has been very reliable and worth the money! As a first time Korean car owner (my last car being a Lexus) I will definitely be sticking with Hyundai for the long haul!

Overall I had a really good experience here. I was not looking forward to car shopping because I know either you don’t get the price you want and or the dealer gets too pushy and you walk out with a little regret. That was not my experience here. I worked with a salesman named Luis and he was cool. I recommend this dealership.

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

I own a 2022 Model S Plaid and all I can say is it is the best car I have ever owned in my life. This includes everything from Luxury sedans to my once beloved 911 Cab. It is fast, attractive and seats 5 :-)

purchased used with 2,200 miles. At first, I hated it, I've never had an all-electric car and the batter was dead. Luckily they sent someone to jump it. I was still thinking it was a mistake, until I actually drove it and got to know it and learn it. Drives totally different than my corvette. Now I like the Tesla better than my 650hp corvette. It hugs the road like nothing, takes off like a bat out of xxxx. I felt safe and comfortable hitting the pedal to the floor and feeling the rush of this thing taking off and just hanging on to that jet style steering wheel.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Bought used, cant really tell by the looks of it, 35,400 miles. I commute daily in it, charge it nightly and it’s ready to go in the morning, nice and warm. Car is pretty much a regular Golf other than the eMotor and the battery. Handles real nice due to very low center of gravity. Surprisingly good acceleration. 3 modes of power, normal, eco and eco+. Regenerative braking dumps power back into battery, If you drive carefully and leave plenty of room between your car and the one in front of you, you can almost use no braking and really extend your range. Very intuitive electronics, just took me a couple of days to get used to it. If you get the chance test drive one, you won’t regret it. Come December I’ll be charging from my Solar Array, so I won’t be paying for electricity.

There’s some issues / delays happening when it comes to releasing the vehicle. But all well is done and everything is taking care of. Thats how “Jonny Alcantar” Sales representatives he is. He make sure that his customers have 100% very satisfied and very happy. He’s very understanding, patience, and he’s absolutely gave his time to reply all the calls and text messages too. In the past we owned a 2013 328. Loved that car. Purchased this 2019 430i a week ago. It’s basically the exact same car inside as it was in 2013. No real complaints, if it works it works I guess. Car still very comfortable and stylish looking. Handles very well, good power with the 2.0t. Look forward to having this car for years to come
