He answered all of my questions and we arranged a time on a Saturday for me to come out and see and test drive the Ridgeline. I liked it and he and I sat down and negotiated a fair price for it. Bought the car from a private sale with over 200k km on it. Been pretty reliable for the most part with a few problems here and there (starter went back in November but was relatively cheap to fix) other then that the intake manifold needs to be replaced. Expect issues to arise down the line of owning this car (carbon buildup, timing chain tensioner, fuel pump, cam followers etc) but aslong as you keep up with maintenance and care for the car I don’t doubt it will the car will bring you anywhere without any issues. I've owned my Mustang LX 5.0l L Coupe since new and have recently put a turbo into it and it now makes almost 600 RWHP and as a road course race vehicle, it's been amazing for the money that I paid for it! I absolutely love this car and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fast car with little braking and terrible steering as well, if you want to compete well, you'll be having to work aggressively to make it to that point of winning races, but if you want to just create, then you don't need to do much!;

Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

After living in a city and not owning a car for 10 years, this has been a pretty amazing car since my first ‘99 Mitsubishi Eclipse. I bought my 2018 Tesla S 75D used in April 2021 for $52k with about 35k miles on it. I saw similar models go for as high as 65k when used car prices went berzerk shortly after and now down to the 30s… But what I love about my car, that is a unique option for 2018, is having both the retractable sunroof and FSD capability. 2018, if my memory is correct, it is the last year a sunroof was available and the first year that the car had the hardware to handle FSD level software. And speaking of FSD, I do think calling it “Full Self Driving” is not really an appropriate description, it still gets a lot closer to autonomous than any other car brand out there currently (Jan 2024), and I don’t think it gets the credit it deserves. I can’t/shouldn’t lose focus of the road, but it does make longer drives a breeze. I don’t trust it completely and sometimes I intervene at times, but for the most part it takes a lot less mental energy out of driving and makes it that much more enjoyable. It’s as close to being a passenger while driving as I’ve gotten. As far as cons, I don’t have the long range battery and I live in the NYC area so when it is cold out especially, I might only get 3/4 of the estimated miles in actual miles. Fortunately it is garage kept at an apt building and probably doesn’t get below 50 degrees in there, and I lay $40/mo fixed to use the shared EV chargers in the building. There’s only few times I’m going on long enough drives to need to charge as long as I remember to charge it fully before going…. But looking back, I do think the longer range option would have been worthwhile. Some other highlights/things I like: - Premium sound option is great, has a small sub on the trunk and high quality mid/high end with a good EQ, so you tweak it to your liking and the quality will hold up all the way to level 11 (a Spinal Tap reference and one of many, many “easter eggs”). - This year was before the yolk steering wheel and pop out screen.. The screen in this year is gigantic, and the brightness adjustments and dark mode option make it less distracting than it sounds. - It’s FAST. I don’t have the ludacrous mode option but it’s still 0-60 in 4.2, and is oh so smooth and quiet on its way up. It also has a lot of “jerk” when you’re wanting to go from 40-60 or something like that too. (Fun math nerd fact- Jerk is the 2nd derivative of velocity and first derivative of acceleration. It’s how quickly acceleration accelerates.) - It’s a big car. The passenger space feels more like a 7 series BMW than a 5 series. And since it’s a hatchback style, it can haul a lot of stuff and some larger items more easily when you fold down the back row. Overall, I think it’s the best sedan on the market, and until another brand matches or surpasses Tesla’s “autopilot” capabilities, I’ll hold onto mine for as long as I can.

Bought this car in 2003 and it is still going strong in 2025 after more than 180000 miles. Lots of interior space. Outstanding reliability, never let me down in 20+ years. Needed some replacements of consumable parts: shocks, exhaust, radiator. Above all, it is still a pleasure to drive!

This car feels very neutral and smooth in corners at any speed. Sometimes, it feels like it's too easy to go too fast in this because the grip is so confidence-inspiring. I have the non-turbocharged model, which has plenty of giddy up to it. I'm not sure if I regret choosing it over a turbocharged variant but there's plenty of power for my needs. The gearing is pretty tall and you need to plant your foot to let it rev out and find the right gear, but doing so is rewarded with a very responsive and surprisingly smooth engine for being a 4 cylinder. I was feathery on the gas at first, so it was underwhelming but I adjusted to the inputs. The car feels plenty sporty and the grip makes cornering feel amazing. The rear suspension is torsion beam and you will notice it on very poor roads, but everyday driving on decent roads feels super refined, quiet and grip is not affected by this suspension arrangement. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm 6'3" and fit pretty comfortably in the car even with the sunroof right above me. I've been in cars with more front legroom and have been less comfortable than I am in this car. Seat bolstering could be an issue for those with wider shoulders. I'm someone who loves a low driving position, so this car is a godsend in a world of soulless, blobby SUVs. I think this is the best all-around compact car you can get.

They helped me decide on the direction I wanted to go with a vehicle and figured out all of the options I wanted. We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

We have a 1.6T. It has all of the performance we need but turns into a 40+ mpg car on long trips. It is the ultimate GT car.

We purchased our Mitsubishi used a year ago and have been quite pleased darting around Los Angeles with this small car. As small as it is, it's quite comfortable, even roomy, inside. Runs well. Highly recommend for older folks like us who don't do a lot of long-range driving.

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

I've had my 2021 kia rio hatchback since October '21. It is a solid reliable subcompact. It performs fine, and has enough power for its size. Wireless connectivity is a plus. Nice sound system. My only disappointment is no telescoping steering wheel (I'm tall) but you adjust, Very happy with this car!
