Our experience with Deluxe Auto Dealer was 5 star, beginning with first contact the after our purchase. Carlos was genuine, transparent and professional, we never felt rushed or pressured. Deluxe matched the interest rate, we were prequalified for by our credit union at home. My wife has the 2011 Versa S hatchback. She had had it since 2012, it is now 2024 and she has 135,000 miles on it. It has been very solid overall with basically the regular type maintenance things: brakes, oil changes, tires. It does however go through mufflers every 3 years about. And they did one engine mount that was worn out. She does have the check engine light on currently but its probably due for spark plugs. Now the engine is a bit slower to respond to hills or when trying to pass thanbit was 12 years ago, but overall it still has enough zip. Being the S it has The auto door locks on the key fob and there is auto windows inside. Fold down the rear seats and it easliy can hold whatever we pick up from the hardware store. It has a smooth ride and most of the bumps in the road are absorbed by the suspension. Some of the paint has been peeling around the trunk and the passenger sun visor broke off, but these are minor trivialities. I have confidence she can get to 150,000 miles and at least another 3 years our of it.

After few years of usage, the car hard start. It gives electrical issue that affect the car performance. The car usually failed to start when hot due to such impact. The car wiper sometimes work on it own. Lastly, the car consume more fuel as it aged due to usage.

We love the prius after owning a 2007 model. The 2015 is a step up and we got it at a good price for low mileage to hold us until plug-in mile range improves.

I purchased my 2018 Prius Prime Advanced back in March of 2018 and have never had a problem with the vehicle. I work only 7 miles from my home and usually go 3 months on a tank of gas and average 165-175 mpg. I will say I use non ethanol gas in the vehicle since it sits in the tank for an extend period of time. I did change the tires after 50K only because of the tire noise but other than that I do the oil changes every 10k since the gas engine doesn't come on that often. People say what about your electric bill ? I charge on off peak times and can't tell a difference in our power bill.

Andrew Beifus is fantastic! I was a first time car buyer and he was so kind, generous with his time, carefully walked me through all the features of the car I was interested in, had the car prepped for me to drive, inclusive of having it say my name on the dashboard screen to welcome me when I got in the car. Andrew was available through each step of my car search and was patient with all my questions. He is a seasoned and experienced professional who understands the meaning of the client experience and made me feel like I was his priority and I came first and was there to fully support me in a momentous life occasion. I did not however enjoy my experience with the other individuals I interacted with. I found Andrew's colleagues to be condescending, demeaning and full of gender, race and age bias. In particular the finance manager was the most unpleasant individual to interact with. He openly tried to demean Andrew in front of his clients, then proceeded to try and educate me on what to do with my money (because I didn't want to finance my car and buy in cash) and I found that when interacting with me, he spoke/looked at my white female friend when talking vs looking at me when speaking, an Asian female who was actually buying the car. He then told me buying a car outright is the dumbest thing I could do. The entire time he explained the packages I should consider, I was so put off by his tone and definitely felt like there was not a single word I could trust coming out of his mouth. When I then asked when I would get my plates (I bought in NJ and live in NY), he then explained that the plates would come to the dealer and that I could come to the dealer to pick them up or they could ship to me. He suggested I come to the dealer bc as a girl with nails, I probably wouldn't know how to put the plates on myself (well I did put the plates on myself with no problem despite being a girl with nails). There was another manager who I believe was a general manager and was on Andrew to speed things along with me, when I explained that Andrew was providing me the service level I wanted, he backed off and adjusted his tone. I also did share to this manager that I did not appreciate the finance manager telling me what to do with my money, and he did agree that this was not appropriate. After I bought my car, my iphone noticed that there was an air tag in my car and when I called the dealer, this general manager was very responsive and did his best to calm my nerves that there was an unknown air tag tracking me. (I went to the BMW of Brooklyn service shop and they were so great in helping me find the air tag). Overall, Andrew was exactly the sales professional I needed in my car buying experience. I did not enjoy any other element of my experience at this dealer. And I do wonder if I was not given any financial breaks or scare tactic sold into things because they felt like they could take advantage of me as a first-time diverse female buyer. Given this was my first experience buying a used car, I can't say if this was an above or under par experience. But I can confidently say, Andrew is a pro and the finance manager needs bias training and held accountable for his words and behavior.

Great car. I drive about 30 miles a day round trip. Great in city and on the freeway. Stylish great features. Comfortable ride even as a bigger dude.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

although I didn't purchase the vehicle I inquired about, they made you feel like family and home.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

I've had EVs since 2012. First was a Nissan Leaf, then a VW eGolf, then an Audi A3 etron. Those were all outstanding cars, but compared to all of those the i4 eDrive40 is in a different class. It's very responsive and quick. It feels extremely high-tech and plays Hans Zimmer iconic sounds. When we've gone on longer trips, consistently gets 280-300mi / 100% charge. Unless we're on a trip, I only charge it to 80% and it gets about 220-240mi on a charge. It's amazingly smooth and solid, and the interior is top notch. The M-Sport Pro package with custom color and leather made it at the top of the price range, so from a value perspective it seems excessive.

My husband and I traveled from Syracuse, NY to this dealership to look at a Toyota 4 runner that was at Darcars Lexus in Mt. Kisco. Our sales person was Matt who was very knowledgeable and friendly from the minute we walked into the dealership. Both Matt Dillman and Ed Bartoli made our purchase pleasurable. Some items with the car needed to be taken care of and Matt made sure that happened. Purchasing a car at this dealership was amazing. All the employees seemed happy, friendly, and professional . After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I had a 2009 Hyundai Accent hatchback . I loved it . Yes I bought it used . In Ontario Canada in June we had a terrible storm come through and A tree was up rooted and fell on my car . I had $ 183.134 km on it . I cried my car was in mint condition.no rust it looked new . Even the insurance company said it was was in really great shape. Sure I had to replace a few parts .I sure did miss my baby .I’m looking for another car just like this one put having a hard time finding one in great shape

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

Never had a single problem with my car in the 6 years I have had it! Extremely reliable every month of the year. Great car.

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

This car has been excellent with all the safety features available. Purchasing it was also easy with the help of Paul at AutoNation Toyota in Corpus Christi, TX. Would recommend anyone looking for a car to go there.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year
