The courtesy and knowledge Dylan provided ultimately made me choose purchasing from this Kia location & with him specifically. He is not your average “pushy” car salesman - very respectful and straight forward which I appreciated as a young female car purchaser. He was reasonable to work with as far as budget goes and ensured I got exactly what I wanted (car model/color/trim). He was also communicative throughout the entire ordering process (which can take quite a bit of time), and even went the extra mile to help suggest a safe hotel location/etc as I was traveling from out of state to purchase the car. Volkswagen did a great job refining the MK8 GTI. Key points -One of the best handling FWD cars mainly due to the LSD, XDS and suspension refinement. -Very smooth power deliver almost 0 turbo lag. - 40th anniversary has to be the best value purchase as it comes standard with DCC and IQ lightings which are only available on the highest trim. The negatives include: -The infotainment can be improved wireless android and apple car play need to be standard. Can't set your phone properly on the wireless charger when the phone is attached to the wire. - Compared to the MK7 the coin holder and the sliding storage below the driver sear is missing. -Unable to disable auto start and stop feature permanently as restores to default on every time you start the vehicle.

This is a fuel efficient and modest car. It achieves 98hp has a 9 gallon tank and an automatic transmission. The LS has crank windows and old fashioned key-lock doors. You can haul a reasonable load in the back seat and hatch or even three other people, though it might be somewhat cramped. It appears to be designed for urban commuters, but I've driven it some decent distances and in all seasons now and it seems to up the challenge of all weather and (paved) terrains. The onboard technology (radio, backup camera, and internet connectivity--with Apple Play and Android Auto) is surprisingly good. Its small size makes it fit easily into small spaces. It was discontinued in 2022, so there should be parts for awhile and prices are coming down. If you need a second car, give this one some consideration.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

My overall experience with Neil Huffman has been OK. They haven't done anything to make them stand above the rest nor any worse. One gripe that I have with all dealerships though is the time it takes to complete the sale. It took over 2 hours from the time we agreed on the price for the new vehicle until we started signing the paperwork. Again that's pretty common with buying a car but still excessive. My daughter also had already bought a used VW from Neil Huffman and had an issue with it on day one. The issue was that the Engine Oil level low light came on. They told her that the sensor needed to be reset and everything was OK. Shortly after leaving the dealership the light returned. I checked the oil level and found that it was in fact low (has the light indicated). The car was serviced and she has not had an issue since. I have a few maintenance visits for the car that I bought so I'll see how it goes, but for now I'm not to impressed with them from that prospective.

I sure tire of the "free energy" postings. You honestly think your utility company comps you for the extra kilowatt usage? These are great little cars, even took mine on a Minnesota to Texas and back road trip with decent comfort at full highway speeds and no, it didn't look as if I was lead car in a funeral procession either. You can honestly cruise all day at 80 should you wish to do so. Reliability? If this Prius is like my 2008 then I can expect to get a trouble free 218,000+ miles out of it and then see its current owner still tooling about the area. Take a look and see where these are made. In a country that still values quality of performance and strives for perfection.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

Stopped by this dealership to test drive a SUV. Adis was very patient and willing to work with me through all aspects of the sale. He was honest and fair throughout. He addressed my concerns about the tires and a sensor light. When I brought the vehicle in later that week as we had scheduled, he discovered that the brake pads needed to be replaced and did so, free of charge. I absolutely love my Porsche Cayenne. Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.
