We had originally test driven the car at another dealership, but the experience there was terrible. We felt extremely pressured, and they even tried to charge us $7,000 over MSRP. She gave us a no-nonsense, fair offer — no pressure, no games — and we instantly knew this was the dealership we wanted to work with. Deanna went above and beyond to help us, even while she was out of town. She connected us with Guillermo, who met us at the dealership to finalize everything.
