My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

The customer service received rivaled and surpassed any that you would receive at any Big brand luxury Dealership. Our purchase was reasonable and at fair market value. All of the cars are in pristine condition, so the search for one vehicle could have you challenged in selecting just one. We purchased a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 4 Matic that had just been received and had several inquiries already. The experience with Murad was wonderful, a true salesman who put us at ease with his cheerful and comical personality. To note every person we encountered here was a true professional and made us feel like a long time customer and a friend of the business. I've had EVs since 2012. First was a Nissan Leaf, then a VW eGolf, then an Audi A3 etron. Those were all outstanding cars, but compared to all of those the i4 eDrive40 is in a different class. It's very responsive and quick. It feels extremely high-tech and plays Hans Zimmer iconic sounds. When we've gone on longer trips, consistently gets 280-300mi / 100% charge. Unless we're on a trip, I only charge it to 80% and it gets about 220-240mi on a charge. It's amazingly smooth and solid, and the interior is top notch. The M-Sport Pro package with custom color and leather made it at the top of the price range, so from a value perspective it seems excessive.

I have the M50 version of the iV. I love the independence and drive of the electric car. It has super power, sometimes surprising do. It accelerates instantly and with tons of power. I also love the hatch back; lots of room in the trunk space. My issue with the car is primarily the fact that it really is a sorts car: quite low to the ground, which isn't the easiest at my age (71) to get into. Because of the demand for the car when I bought it, I had to make a decision without really test driving it. The i5 wasn't yet available, and I wanted electric but not the huge iX, so the iV was my only option for an electric at the time. The tires on the car are mounted on 19" rims, so the tire face is thin. This means that the tires puncture or tear quite easily, like just gently scraping a curb. I just bought a set of snow tires with 17" rims but all-season tires are not yet available (hope they will be soon!). This had added a significant unforeseen cost to the annual maintenance if the car. Good car if you aren't troubled by these issues but maybe pass on the iV of you are and head to the i5 or another manufacturers EV.

I drive for Uber, and this is the perfect car for ride-share drivers. I did previously drove an Acura MDX which was more comfortable and luxurious, but at 21 mpg it just didn't make since. The dealer was surprised and asked if I was trading it for the Prius, I assured him I knew what I was doing. Turns out it is the smartest car I have ever owned and for me was a very smart purchase. Do not give it a 2nd thought if you are on the fence. I can get Luggage into the back that surprises people with the amount of space, way more that a sedan with a regular trunk, and the ride is surprisingly comfortable. I am averaging 54 mpg which is just phenomenal. As a bonus the maintenance and tires are way cheaper to maintain and replace too. These are built in Japan and it shows quality wise.

I lived my experience at sheehy Honda my sale member was Nicolas his is a great sales man he was kind polite and very respectful I had almost all my kids with me they were very active to say and he helped me with them he gave them papers to draw on and was very patient with me he answered all my questions and helped me with my car he sold me a very nice 2014 Honda odyssey with 66,000 miles I really like my car!!! Also all the staff was very kind and patient with me and the children over all it was a great experience I drove down from Baltimore Md and I was able to take the new car home and leave the car I came with and pick It up the next day they are very helpful as of now I have brought it there for maintenance that process as been great so far thank you sheehy Honda for my new Honda odyssey and Nicolas for such a great experience!!

Bought it new in 2017 because I wanted a small car that didn’t crumple in an accident. Well it didn’t. Had a major accident and it was totaled. Hit by a much larger truck combined front and driver side collision, went airborne over 2/3 lanes, knocked down utility poles and stopped. I crawled out the drivers door with only bumps and bruises. I am 76ers old. Nothing in the car touched me, except the airbags. The medics didn’t believe me. (I am an RN). I am so grateful that it did it’s job by saving my life. So, I Bought another FIT. The driver’s seat is uncomfortable on a long trip and it takes a few seconds to get in gear. That’s all I have for negatives.
