This is my first hybrid and is also my first Ford. In the past I've had many cars including an indestructible Honda Civic. This review will "compare" with the Civic because the Civic left the biggest impression on us for great reliability and cheap parts. The reason I gave the review 4 stars for reliability is because I had a minor coolant leak (a rusted hose clamp) and Ford charged me $250 to fix the hose clamp. I never had any problems with the Civic we used to have and if we did it was ultra cheap to fix it. Besides the minor problem the Ford C-Max has been great!!! I absolutely Love the high ceiling in the C-max. My head has plenty of room and I'm 6 feet tall. Much more room than the Civic. The Civic had 140hp and this Ford has 188hp, so its much faster than the civic! Also, The C-max costs me $35 in gas every TWO weeks!!! The last two cars I had I was spending $25-40 in gas in one week! So its faster, better gas mileage and more spacious and roomy than pretty much any car I've had lately. So far my experience with my first ford is very good. I like the style, the space inside and the comfort. I got the SE model instead of the Titanium so it doesn't have some bells and whistles. Overall I really enjoy the C-Max. I'm one of the very few people who thinks it looks cool. As for my future purchases... Ford is now on my radar!

K. Miller was polite, knowledgeable of Ford models, and was very clear with his communication. It was a nice dealership with relatively cheap dealer fees (around $300 for my car). Process was easy, and they even held the car for me for a week without a deposit.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. THAT WAS FINE WITH ME. THE NEXT DAY…MIKE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THE CAR WAS READY…I WANTED HIM TO CALL ME BEFORE I CAME DOWN BECAUSE I LIVE 60 MILES AWAY… WHEN I GOT THERE THE NEXT DAY…IT TURNED OUT THAT ONE OF THIER MECHANICS…CHRIS…WHO WORKED ON MY CAR THE PREVIOUS DAY… HAD A FEW EXTRA MINUTES ON HIS HANDS…SO HE TOOK ME ASIDE AND TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT HE DID TO THE CAR FOR ME…AND SHOWED ME PICTURES…ON HIS CELL PHONE… OF WHAT MY MECHANICS COULD NOT SEE…THE NOT VISIBLE PARTS THAT CAUSED THE PROBLEMS THAT MY MECHANICS COULD SEE…THE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES…SO TO SPEAK… I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THAT… IF THAT WAS NOT “BEING TRANSPARENT,” THEN I DON’T UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF THE PHRASE. Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

I bought this car brand new in 2012. Paid 17k. Worth every penny. It has 63k miles onit right now. Have never done anything other than change the oil and filter. It runs like it is expected. Slow and easy. You won't win no races with it. But it gets my wife to work with no issues. { 5 miles} Rain or snow. We have taken it on several road trips. Including a couple 1000 plus mile trips. Running wide open the whole way. It has no problem. I am a big guy. Very un comfy in most cars. But this I fall right into it and am able to climb back out with ease. The interior is cloth. Its starting to fade. But still no tears or wear marks. Theres nothing fancy about this car. But my wife loves it.

I own a 2014 Hyundai Veloster R-Spec. This car worked great for me in college, I maintained the car regularly and never had any engine issues. The car carried everything I needed for groceries and provided a great amount of space in the hatchback for such a small car. The car is fun and has great acceleration. I own the manual version of this car and I have never had any issues with the gears slipping or thumping. The best part of this car is the unique 3 door design that started a lot of cool conversations in college with my friends. It's the best of both worlds allowing people to get in the back without folding the seat down and not compromising in weight or style of this zippy little sports coupe.

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

While the original car I was searching for was on a test drive when I got there they happily found me another within the price range and body style I was looking for, while it was older then I was searching it ended up being great and they were working with my grandfather and I quickly and efficiently, doing the paperwork and detailing the car at the same time. Only downsides were accidental miscommunication about when to get the tags and then u can tell the detailing was rushed as the inside of the glove box still was dirty (not bad but like tiny leaves and stuff) and when folding down the back seat in that crack.

wish the seats were of different colors or a better felling cloth ,the seats are scratchy and the seats are padded well so nice confortable seats the cloth is just not sporty ,or easy to sit on because of scratchy feel on skin ,but the car is easy to drive and for a small car it don't fell like a small car ,.just wish the dealership had keapt all there promise's and not messed me over

This car is meant to perform. With regular maintenance and wear an tear items the vehicle has been great and reliable. Been doing Volkswagens for over 20 years now. Even though I work on them myself and for many others in my area these cars are amazing and fit my personal needs for performance and style. As well as luxury.

I just recently purchased my second car from 83 Autos within a year timespan. The first car was a Honda Accord. It was a very clean, reliable car. I had no mechanical issues or any issues for that matter up until it was totaled hitting a deer. Had this car the moment it was released in 2018 because I really liked the European “N” version. Had no issues except for a couple of sensors and a rubber engine mount going bad. Recently had the spark plugs changed to keep up the performance. No issues even after being modified either. Great car and probably going to be my “Forever car”.

I bought my first car here and got a great deal. The communication was timely. They were courteous and friendly and gave me space and time to make my own decision about the jeep I wanted. I had to get my own insurance for the first time and Mike was patient and helpful in assisting me. He also sent a driver to take the car to my house (an hour and a half drive) so that my dad could look it over before I made my final decision. Overall, great experience. They value their customers and deal with integrity. 10/10 would recommend.

This is both a driver's car, and a family car. You can switch from the two by simply simply short shifting and stepping on the gas. This car is a blast to drive, and it remains economical as well. After driving it for years, I have nothing bad to say about it, or Mazda as a company.

I bought this 15K miles base model (Electric engine only) for 10K. A steal. Pros: 3 Driving modes for different conditions. Free public ev charging stations, usually charges 26 miles per hour or more, and that means free rides. Easy connectivity Stylish look (people actually have that what heck is that look) Nice cargo space once back seats are down. Cons: Inconsistent mile range readings. Range anxiety. Original Charger is a joke. 40 miles highway travel takes 12+ to recharge. 2-3 miles per hour recovery. Bmw either thinks people will bleed 50k (originally) for a substitute car, or people will always have 12-16 hours time to move between errands. Doors design is unusual. Still not as ridiculous as a coupe door design. Cargo space is so tiny with backseats up. Carseats for infants are difficult to place without sacrificing significant space for either the driver or the front passenger. My final verdict. If you purchase a 24amp or a more capable charger than you can manage. If you're soccer mom, or switch your hats often, this base model may not be for you. Still, if you really really a planner it may work out beautifully. If you're purchasing this as second car for the family, then you can save tons in cost. If you spot a free ev charging station you can literally run your range to close to empty then leave it at the charging station and picked it up after couple of hours.

I wanted a used small car that was reasonable priced with under 70,000 miles. I found this small hatch back hybrid in excellent condition. The interior is very sport and I love the hatchback to get packages in and out of the car easily. It will be very economical for commuting to work.

It's unfortunate the previous owners of the recent reviews had terrible ownership experiences . I have used this car for nearly four years without a single problem. Fun to drive, very spirited, great gas mileage, and outstanding handling at highway speeds. At 95,000 miles, no squeaks, wind noise, or rattles. its still very solid. Would highly recommend if you find a well cared for one. My only complaint is you would be hard pressed to fit four ave. size people at one time. But on the plus side it can fit in small spaces.

At a time when I was moving around two dogs and a cat, this car was an absolute must. It was a great value to start and even more so now that I use it as a second vehicle. The only maintenance I've done is the routine oil changes, etc. I expect to own it for another 10 years
