An amazing experience with the service department and collision center at this dealership after my car was damaged by a fallen tree. The process right from the beginning was flawless. I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

We previously owned a Cadillac, so there was quite a difference in size and fuel consumption. We use it as a motorized shopping cart, and for what we need, it performs well. Only observation against it is the instrument panel. Very hard to see, without the lights on. Overall a great little car.

I have a 2015 Hyundai Veloster Turbo 6 speed manual. Bought brand new and still own as of this review in 2025. I love the way the car looks. It actually has a design and doesn't just look like a wedge ( like a lot of hatchbacks do ). I currently have 97,000 miles on it with no problems to report. Just routine maintenance. Best advice is to replace the standard Hankook tires for some Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S. It is a day and night difference. Really wakes up the car in the handling department. I would highly recommend this model.

Dealt with a gentlemen named Ernie, he was very professional and non-aggressive The whole transaction was clean, prompt, and worry-free. The 2015 Honda pilot I purchased had its blemishes which was too be expected, and all Ernie would say when I pointed something out was “Oh. no problem we will take care of that!” Not that I haven’t heard this before but they did take care of EVERYTHING, This vehicle looked brand new when they were done with it! Purchased this car used in 2023. Right from the start had issues with the A/C compressor. It went out and I had it replaced with a used one to save a bit and it immediately went out again after a week. Mistakenly, I had an another used compressor put in and it proceeded to essentially blow up and damage my battery and belts. I guess there is an issue with the part for this model year. Otherwise I have not had any crazy issues other than regular maintenance costs. I absolutely love this car for its storage ability. It's small enough to handle city driving and small parking spots, but large enough to fit everything you need to carry. I fit all of my furniture and belongings in this car when moving. As for comfort, the heated seats are a great feature, however, I do find the seats gets quite uncomfortable after driving for more than a few hours. I drive this car back and forth to work daily and have no problem with its performance. Gets pretty good gas mileage for mostly city trips (24mpg). You can feel each and every bump that this car goes over, but it's not anything unbearable.

So I got 2012 Kia Forte EX, 2.0L, for an amazing price! How much and why, you ask? High mileage and cracked windshield, and wasn't cleaned up by the dealership yet. I just happened to see it right after the dealership took it. The window doesn't affect my sight. The high miles are because it was used for a work car. Where I live you travel an hour 1 way for most people. Didn't care about the miles. It was taken care of properly and I have been to. The only thing that drives me crazy if the timing click.i looked up how to fix it. It's a free fix. I've had to learn how to work on my own car since I don't have my husband here. Y'all I'm a 44 year old woman with DISABILITIES! I can work on this car without being totally confused and lost. I've learned to do my own brakes, which takes me longer to get the dang tire off than replacing the brackets and brake pads. I've learned to do a few other things too. I'm learning how to change my alternator this weekend. With a mechanic by my side telling me what to do every step of the way. I now have 250k miles on Batman, my kid's named the car, and I know he'll run another 250k as long as I keep up.on regular maintenance. You know oil changes, tune ups, and getting to know your car's every feel and sound. knowing if my car sounds funny or not acting right is important to me since I'm not able to run out and buy a new car or afford a shop to take it too. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my Kia Forte EX. I can truly and honestly say the ONLY thing I hate on Batman is that he has a sealed system, meaning you can't check nor add transmission fluid. You can but you gotta be smart enough and brave enough to figure it out. It's possible for a non-mechanic to do this but I highly do not recommend you try it of you don't know what your doing. Overall this has been an amazing car and I'm never getting rid of it. It's amazing on gas, 28 miles per gallon still, in town! I'm moving 1500 miles away in another 5 weeks and I'm excited to see what kind of mileage I'll get. I recommend this car for someone getting their 1st car, or wants 1 to travel for work, a small family car, or just plain wants a cute car. I've always been a big Dodge and Ford fan, Kia's are now on my list of favorite vehicles. I'll definitely be crying when I give this car to my son in 2 more years when he starts driving.

I can't say enough about this place. I drive past it every day on my way home from work. I have been looking around for a new car for a while and after looking at their website, I decided to go in and look at the car I had picked. Hugo and Matt were very accommodating and friendly. An hour after walking in the door, I was told that I am the owner of my chosen car, thanks to Joe, who handles the finance aspect. Buying a car has never been so easy and stress-free. I will be going back to them when it is time for another new car and highly recommend this place.

This is my first hybrid and is also my first Ford. In the past I've had many cars including an indestructible Honda Civic. This review will "compare" with the Civic because the Civic left the biggest impression on us for great reliability and cheap parts. The reason I gave the review 4 stars for reliability is because I had a minor coolant leak (a rusted hose clamp) and Ford charged me $250 to fix the hose clamp. I never had any problems with the Civic we used to have and if we did it was ultra cheap to fix it. Besides the minor problem the Ford C-Max has been great!!! I absolutely Love the high ceiling in the C-max. My head has plenty of room and I'm 6 feet tall. Much more room than the Civic. The Civic had 140hp and this Ford has 188hp, so its much faster than the civic! Also, The C-max costs me $35 in gas every TWO weeks!!! The last two cars I had I was spending $25-40 in gas in one week! So its faster, better gas mileage and more spacious and roomy than pretty much any car I've had lately. So far my experience with my first ford is very good. I like the style, the space inside and the comfort. I got the SE model instead of the Titanium so it doesn't have some bells and whistles. Overall I really enjoy the C-Max. I'm one of the very few people who thinks it looks cool. As for my future purchases... Ford is now on my radar!

I had wanted Golf my whole life and now that I have it-it does not disappoint! It is SO much fun to drive and I have an automatic transmission! For being a smaller vehicle you can stuff a lot of things in it when needed.

After owning many Nissan LEAFs over the years (Canadians kept buying them from me), the newer body style in 2018 release was a total winner. Better looking and the ride is definitely more refined, and our 2022 is flawless. These cars are the best kept secret in motoring. They are a HUGE value, and would be a great only car, but in almost all instances, the PERFECT second vehicle. They cost almost nothing to drive and maintain, and the insurance is also very reasonable.

Rick was awesome, had the truck I wanted to look at ready to go when I arrived for my appointment. He was friendly and knowledge and made the buying process way less painless than a large dealership does. Highly recommend them if your looking for a quality used car.

Bought one with 200k on it..drives smooth solid trNs , suspension and acceleration ..nice 1.5 liter engine no oil leaks ..just needed tune up ..spark plugs and o,e cylinder coil ...glad to have it for my gas buster budget. 40 mpg on highway ..seems like it'll go another 100k. Good in snow fwd helps alot

Haven't had the car very long, but love it. I like the exterior styling and the interior dash and radio display are nice, just keep in mind it's 4 years old so not as fancy as a brand new car - but pretty good sized touch screen. Engine has more power than I thought it would. With 3 adults, I got up to 60mph within the on-ramp for the highway and merged without issue.

I wanted a used small car that was reasonable priced with under 70,000 miles. I found this small hatch back hybrid in excellent condition. The interior is very sport and I love the hatchback to get packages in and out of the car easily. It will be very economical for commuting to work.

I bought this car used with about 50,000 miles on it from a car rental company. I needed an economical car with great fuel economy, too. I didn’t plan to keep it very long but, it’s now been seven years and it has 140,000 miles on it… We are still going strong! All I have replaced is a couple of belts, which was recommended by the mechanic, but had not broken yet and the front struts, because I got a pothole so big it bent the rim of my wheel. This car is a wallet friendly trooper!

Our sons ‘04 Tahoe was a great first vehicle and gave him over 300k, but when it came abruptly to its end of life, we were scrambling trying to find him something safe and reasonably priced. Don't buy a standard 5Series - buy the GT. The GT is really a 7Series (extended wheel base and built on 7Series platform) so it is more roomy and comfortable, and gives you the great handling of a 5Series but in the body of a 7Series.
