The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Great staff, comfortable waiting room and the wait time is better than any other dealer in the area. Everyone is very friendly, and they take the time to explain your repairs to you and answer any questions that you have.

First, let me say that I don’t necessarily enjoy reading long online reviews when considering a major purchase, but I really can’t explain my experiences at Reedman Toll Subaru in one or two sentences. If you want an honest description of what it was like to buy a used vehicle from this dealership, here it is. I’ve been around the block and have purchased many used vehicles. As a former auto mechanic who has worked on my own vehicles for over 40 years, I’ve rarely purchased a used vehicle from a new car dealer. We own a 2014 Acura and really like it, so when we saw a 2013 Acura at a local dealership (Davis Acura) we decided to check it out. The price was a bit high, and apparently we were taking the salesperson away from an important TV show or card game, as it was quite obvious he wasn’t especially interested in selling us a car on that particular day. The next day we saw a very similar vehicle online (at a much better price) at Reedman Toll Subaru. Although they’re over an hour from our home, I had the day off and we decided to go see it. Our salesperson, Matt T., didn’t know we were coming but was asked by the online sales representative we’d spoken with to show us the car. The car was nice but had several small dents in the fender, which looked like an amateur repair job (and may well have been), and it definitely detracted from this seemingly well-maintained vehicle. As a result we were quite hesitant to pay full price for the vehicle. Matt apparently spoke with his manager (Shawn S.) and then came to us a few minutes later and asked if we would consider buying the car if they could fix the dents. We told him we would certainly consider it, but we weren’t going to pay more, and we weren’t going to commit to purchasing the vehicle until we saw the repairs. Matt said fair enough, and they took the car to their body shop to remove the dents and repaint the fender. As this process would take several hours, we really didn’t want to have to drive over an hour to get home and then come back again later to see the repairs. Matt said, “How about if we bring the car to you? If you approve of the work you can buy it, if you don’t there’s no obligation.” This was more than fair, so they completed the work and brought the car to my wife’s workplace. The work was well done so we completed the purchase. We were certainly satisfied so far…but then the brakes started squealing loudly a few days later. I took the car to my mechanic and he discovered that the rear brakes were worn down to almost nothing and the car was not drivable. I knew the vehicle had just been inspected before we bought it (not by Reedman Toll Subaru), so I called Reedman Toll and spoke with manager Shawn S. He asked if I could send him an estimate of the necessary repairs (over $400). I did so and he approved the work that day. The car was repaired by my mechanic and I received reimbursement from Reedman Toll about a week later. Matt and Shawn were in communication with us during the entire sales process, answering questions and addressing any and all issues that came up with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. It became quite obvious to us that these two gentlemen stand behind their products and are extremely customer service-oriented and responsive, even well after the sale. I would not hesitate to drive over an hour to Reedman Toll Subaru and ask for Matt if I was in the market for another car.

First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

Best car buying experience we’ve ever had! We traveled out from the Philly suburbs and couldn’t have been happier with our vehicle and experience with Dan and the Z motors team. They are A+ with transparency, friendliness and customer service. Dan specifically was incredible to work with and went the extra mile to make our experience pleasant and easy! Highly recommend working with Dan and the Z Motors team. Next time we are in the market for a vehicle, they will be the first place we call!

I absolutely recommend this car if you need a workhorse to drive you back and forth and not to die on you. A couple things about this car --- 200k miles with multiple total-loss level accidents because my jobs at the time had me on the road most days. Still running strong. I just took it on an interstate road trip and it doesn't miss a beat. This car is hard to kill. I don't know how this thing was built by Toyota but it is seriously impressive value for the money. Worth literally every penny for what I've squeezed out of it so far. Cons: the disrespect you get is insane. I've driven other cars and the hate that this car receives in particular is laughable. Also the performance is ridiculously bad, which everyone knows. One way to sum this up, I had a friend of mine once say, "It's hard to look another man in the eye while getting out of a Prius."

John's work ethics exceeded my expectations. I drove 1 hour and 8 minutes to purchase my vehicle. He kept his word by holding the vehicle until I got there. He believes in treating people the way he would want to be treated. He wasn't pushy (I don't like that). He was very patient. He worked the numbers and I purchased the vehicle on 3/11/2024. I really like him! If you're looking for an honest, reliable salesman, I would strongly suggest/refer anyone to him!

This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

I bought my Black 2008 Saturn Astra XR about a year and a half ago.... With 74,000 miles!.. I threw some 18 staggered wheels....With that being said... Since then I've gone down hill financially... And as a result... I haven't been able to keep up the maintenance... And even though I've driven it over 20,000 miles WITHOUT a tune up... NEVER A PROBLEM! Although it's not running it's best... Not the car's fault... LOVE the performance (Although it could use more power) I LOVE MY SATURN XR

I bought my 2015 Nissan Versa Note in 2017 Certified Pre Owned with 35,000 miles on it. Now it has 80,000 trouble free miles on it. Aside from routine maintenance all I needed was sway bar links at 70,000 mi. Roomy, economical and comfortable. It may I interest everyone to know the transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles. It's $240 to have it done by the dealer. Small price to pay for reliability.

The driving is immaculate and very fun. I’m not a big car buff but this car made driving very enjoyable. The dashboard features were great and intuitive. The only weak part was the poor sound quality of the speakers.

I've only had the car for a week, but gets great gas mileage. If you can believe the mileage on the dash I'm getting 38.8 mpg. It isn't a speed demon but has good pickup for a 4 cyl car. I do notice hesitation when shifting into drive but it I attribute that to lack of power. It does fine getting me where I need to go.

I had a car shipped from Michigan to PA for $250. Which I think is cheap. After buying the car I found one a few days later I liked better. They took the car back no questions asked. No high pressure sales. And their Internet rep Tom was great. Kept me advised every step of the way. Their extended warranty is in house and legit as opposed to third party warranty providers. I've known the 2013 Ford Fiesta SE for the last 10 years, got it new back in 2013, it's at 168,300+ miles at the moment. Not fancy by any means, but the seating isn't bad if you're under 6 feet tall, for example I'm 5'5" and I have decent leg room and headroom, no one else but the driver gets an armrest, for entertainment it has Bluetooth and the speakers are nice, it gets the job done of going from A to B safely without costing an arm and a leg. Small eco cars of course may not favor well in accidents but that's countered by the cheap value, which is great for safe drivers who may not have deep pockets. 35MPG with 12 gallon tank gets you roughly 400 miles full at the 15K price range these days while being fairly reliable, can't really be beat. Only thing I've had to do is change out an electrical board piece, the caliper belt, brakes, battery and the tires, but that's just what it takes to keep a vehicle going long term. One thing I have noticed though is that the transmission has a tough time changing gears when you're at a stop and trying to accelerate out of the first gear, but after that it's smooth sailing. It's been doing that no worse or better for at least a year now, just a quirk at this point. Don't wanna waste any big money on a big part like that if it only happens in low speed conditions where it's safe to be quirky.

My first Tesla. The car is a great luxury car with hypercar performance. I love it. It took a day or two to figure out the basics, but the settings and features and FSD have spoiled me. Unless I want to drive, I simply tell the car to take me somewhere and off I go. FSD is not perfect yet, but I’m thoroughly impressed. I’m looking forward to the approaching day I can choose to simply ride rather than drive. On top of all that, the utility of the large hatch area is almost as large as our Durango. Finally, I am extremely pleased with the value proposition even if the purchase process had some bumps along the way. Buying a 20 month old car saved me boatloads over purchasing new. Count me a happy camper.

Zack Myers is more of guide than a salesperson, although he did close the sale with us. From our first phone conversations to our in person meeting on the day, we ultimately purchased the vehicle. Zack was a calm confidence builder in the business we were dealing with and the vehicle we ultimately purchased. We drove two hours to purchase this vehicle from Zack and we had never purchased a used car before, but his calm demeanor in fact based responses or a real confidence builder for us. I got a 2013 Abarth as my first car at 18 years old. I drove it for 8 years until it was finally killed by a deer with over 223,000 miles on it and it was still going strong. It was always reliable and so much fun to drive. I drove it like any 18 year old kid would and it had no complaints. It made long commutes tolerable. It is also shockingly good in the snow. I only ever did routine maintenance to it and that’s all it needed. There were couple small things that started to go bad on it, such as the passenger window regulator, but nothing major ever broke. I would highly recommend this car to anyone who’s considering getting one. I would happily buy another one.
