I buy Toyota vehicles because this dealership's service department is great. They let me know what has to be done and what can wait. Their costs are reasonable for all services and cheaper than many (e.g., oil change here is cheaper than at Jiffy Lube). I have confidence that what they tell me is needed, is what is needed. I love this dealership.

It's a fantastic vehicle, both inside and out. I get about 30-50 electric miles depending on whether I do freeway or side-street driving, what the outdoor temperature is, if I have AC on, etc. I get 50-60 mpg when the engine turns on. It gets to freeway speeds really fast in sport mode, but I normally stay on eco/normal mode - normal mode has more than enough power for my needs. Interior features lack the extra toys from the XSE and Premium trims, but I can live without them. Trunk space is adequate with the folding cover attached and only slightly better without it due to the sloped rear exterior. But I've never had a problem with trunk space since folding down the seats grants more than enough room for my needs. Cabin space is decent. No one in my family and friend group is over 182 cm tall so all of them can fit with ample head and leg room. I have no complaints with the handling, even at higher speeds. It's smooth, but outside noise does get a bit loud especially when the engine turns on. Charging is a tad over nine hours if using a standard 110v/120v L1 charger, and half that with a 220v/240v L2 charger. The Prius Prime is not built to handle DC charging, so don't bother with that. EV mode is good for up to 55 mph or so, and HV mode is good for speeds beyond that. The sweet spot speed for HV mode seems to be around 65-72 mph. Beyond that and efficiency takes a nosedive. The Prius Prime, or any plug-in hybrid (PHEV), isn't for everyone. It's the best of both worlds, but it's also the worst of both worlds. During EV mode, a PHEV is a less efficient battery electric vehicle (BEV) since it's carrying a heavy internal combustion engine (ICE) that isn't being used, along with all the other ICE components. It also has all the maintenance requirements of the standard HEV variant, unlike a true BEV. When the battery is depleted, a PHEV is a worse hybrid since it's carrying a big battery that isn't being used. Despite a PHEV's versatility between gasoline and electric usage, it isn't for everyone. It can run on gasoline only without ever charging the battery, but then you lose all the benefits of EV driving. You paid extra for the EV experience, so you might as well charge the battery. Final thoughts: the Prius Prime is a very good car, but only If you can charge at home. If not, then get the standard Prius since that one is an even more efficient hybrid.

The initial day we went to look, we were very happy leaving. We found something we loved, and Deb was amazing! We went back to do paperwork a few days later with Roger, who was also great to work with, and were told we could pick it up 24-48 hrs later. Friday came and there was a slight mix-up, but Eric and Deb took full responsibility for this mix-up and worked with us to fix it. Deb came in on her day off and we drove our car home the next day. I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.

Last week I called and talk to a girl named Bianca she was so nice, and friendly to me I wanted to bring my car in for a oil change that day at 3:30 after i got out of work well everything was booked for that day so Bianca told me if I could be there for 3:30 then she would squeeze me in for that day. she was so helpful, and accommodating that this made my night even better. thank you Bianca for helping me .

I purchased my 2018 Prius Prime Advanced back in March of 2018 and have never had a problem with the vehicle. I work only 7 miles from my home and usually go 3 months on a tank of gas and average 165-175 mpg. I will say I use non ethanol gas in the vehicle since it sits in the tank for an extend period of time. I did change the tires after 50K only because of the tire noise but other than that I do the oil changes every 10k since the gas engine doesn't come on that often. People say what about your electric bill ? I charge on off peak times and can't tell a difference in our power bill.

I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

The car is awesome and fun to drive! The only downfall is that the car would be even better if the mileage would be at 300 per charge. I would buy this car again if I was to buy another vehicle. This is my first EV and as a result I am impressed as i have driven a Rivian and Tesla before. Those are fun EVs as well but the Polestar 2 hugged me with supreme fit. I am 6'2", 215 lbs and I had no issues with getting in and out of the Polestar front seats. The backseats, not so fitting. :-) All in all i would recommend this Polestar 2 EV!

This is my first hybrid and is also my first Ford. In the past I've had many cars including an indestructible Honda Civic. This review will "compare" with the Civic because the Civic left the biggest impression on us for great reliability and cheap parts. The reason I gave the review 4 stars for reliability is because I had a minor coolant leak (a rusted hose clamp) and Ford charged me $250 to fix the hose clamp. I never had any problems with the Civic we used to have and if we did it was ultra cheap to fix it. Besides the minor problem the Ford C-Max has been great!!! I absolutely Love the high ceiling in the C-max. My head has plenty of room and I'm 6 feet tall. Much more room than the Civic. The Civic had 140hp and this Ford has 188hp, so its much faster than the civic! Also, The C-max costs me $35 in gas every TWO weeks!!! The last two cars I had I was spending $25-40 in gas in one week! So its faster, better gas mileage and more spacious and roomy than pretty much any car I've had lately. So far my experience with my first ford is very good. I like the style, the space inside and the comfort. I got the SE model instead of the Titanium so it doesn't have some bells and whistles. Overall I really enjoy the C-Max. I'm one of the very few people who thinks it looks cool. As for my future purchases... Ford is now on my radar!

I rented the polestar 2 for about a month while my car was getting fix wow mind blowing of all the furures and also visted the dealer as well and did some test driving and learning of thr car and pricing of the 2023 I will purchase one very soon. Only flaw is the electricity of the amount of money spent yes I did ran it hard a few times its a classic in a class by itself love it honestly.💯

I had my Tesla S for about four months now. Its a great car. Have a Nemi 14-50 outlet in the garage for 40 amps. It charges faster than what the appl. says. Autopilot is about 80% self driving and is great in traffic. I don't think the extra $200 for FSD is worth it. It quiet and powerful. I go 150 to 175 miles between charges on a longer trip. Plenty of charge stations around

I bought a '17 Toyota Tacoma from Brian Olson back in November. In the past I have always had awful experiences with car dealers and sales people. They had taken advantage of my fiance and I , talking about prices and payments before we even saw the car physically. Then we had gone to route 44 Toyota and dealt with Brian. First thing he did was show us our options before talking about money. He took us on a test drive and was just all around awesome and informative. I trusted what he was telling us. He was amazing and I will never buy another car from anyone else. We left the lot feeling good about our decision. Rather than line his pockets with commission he got us the best possible deal. I purchased this 2010 TOYOTA Yaris with a five speed manual transmission in 2010 with 7 miles on it. It is now 2025 my Yaris had it's 15th birthday back in April. Tires, brakes changed at 50k. Water pump and serpentine belt (preventive maintenance) at 90k. Tires, brakes changed @ 100k. Clutch replacement @ 110k. If you are cognizant of your driving habits you can obtain over 40 mpg easily. I am looking forward to obtaining at least 5 to 10 more years of driving pleasure seeing how I have only 123k original miles on the vehicle.
