wish the seats were of different colors or a better felling cloth ,the seats are scratchy and the seats are padded well so nice confortable seats the cloth is just not sporty ,or easy to sit on because of scratchy feel on skin ,but the car is easy to drive and for a small car it don't fell like a small car ,.just wish the dealership had keapt all there promise's and not messed me over

Bought a used 2021 as I was getting bored of driving a Toyota minivan for work after a lot of research. I got the SE with auto. It’s small fun and surprisingly comfortable. I needed a compromise between comfort reliability efficiency and performance and this was it. Not the fastest to 60 but power available with no hesitation. 10 air bags and safety features are welcome as well.

This car has more features that some I never used. The navigation system is defendant plus but the best feature is extremely low. My average cost is $20 per month.

The service department receives high volumes of customers, but James is always ready to give his customers great service and honest assessments and results. While convenience is also a reason I take my vehicle to Koons, pricing is also competitive and I prefer using OEM parts for my vehicle.

I was blown away at its performance and ability to pick up and go. The interior is whisper quiet on the freeway in heavy traffic. The comfort level is a 15 out of 10. All the electronic do-dads ... Mind blowing (for me anyway 😝) Couldn't be happier!

It didnt pass inspection here due to the car having modifications. I have notified Prime. I am waiting to see how this plays out.

The Nissan Versa Note has been one of my great automobiles I have driven. Has air bags front, passenger, and side. Nice slick design. Has great amenities on the steering wheel for radio Bluetooth, how many miles until empty, Sirius XM, etc. Has more than plenty of room. You have to see it to believe it.

I had a great experience with David Williams at Ourisman Kia Bethesda recently when buying a used Ioniq. He was extremely straightforward, helpful, and great to work with. Highly recommend. There was none of the usual (lousy) back and forth, playing games; everything was straightforward with no surprises, no hidden fees, no bait and switch like I've seen at other dealers. I greatly value that. I started on their website looking at one particular vehicle and David answered on chat when I indicated an interest. Before I got too invested he volunteered that there was minor damage on the vehicle that didn't show on pictures. Other dealers would have not said anything and let me come in (a decent drive away) to try to sell me on something else, but David didn't do that bait and switch so I really appreciated that. He had other similar vehicles in stock so I decided to come on in anyways. When I arrived, the vehicle was not only already ready to go, they had put it through their detailing process right before I arrived. David encouraged me to take a longer test drive, and I was able to get a feel for the vehicle in a low pressure situation. He drove with me on my request and was very patient in answering my questions about the car and the dealership. We worked together to find a good deal that benefited both of us and I walked away very happy; I hope David and Ourisman did too. I really appreciate that when we finally started talking numbers, there wasn't that constant back and forth "let me bring it to my manager" dance. It was a very fast turnaround on price negotiation and I'm glad we didn't have any wasted time. Finalizing the deal went smoothly without problems. I bought my 2015 Nissan Versa Note in 2017 Certified Pre Owned with 35,000 miles on it. Now it has 80,000 trouble free miles on it. Aside from routine maintenance all I needed was sway bar links at 70,000 mi. Roomy, economical and comfortable. It may I interest everyone to know the transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles. It's $240 to have it done by the dealer. Small price to pay for reliability.

Love my new car. The price was great and much cheaper than others for the same vehicle. I have been wanting a Jeep for years and so happy I found one that I love. And it’s a 2022. Yay! The process was easy and quick. Farhan was super friendly, very responsive and very patient. I emailed him every few days for 3 weeks while I was making my decision and he always responds quickly and did not rush or pressure me into buying anything. When I finally visited the process was quick, we were in and out within 30 minutes. Which is something that I asked about ahead of time because this location is 2 hours away from me. Worth the drive. Just got my MD state inspection and the vehicle passed and is in great condition. So happy with my purchase.

We have had our 2015 B Class Electric Drive for over two years now, and it is a great car! New it cost over $42,000, but we bought it off-lease in February 2019 for $18,000. This car is smooth, quiet, very quick, and beautifully made: the German engineering shines, as well as their attention to detail during construction! We have had not one problem with this car. Maintenance has been limited to new tires, wiper blades, wheel alignment: in other words, practically nothing. No oil changes, transmission servicing, etc. We replaced the original run-flat tires with standard radials, and the ride improved dramatically.

I purchased a Honda from this dealership in October. Based on my experience with 1st Choice Auto, I'd rate their communication 5/5 and the condition of the vehicle that I purchased from them 3.5/5, for a total of 4/5 stars. The pros: they answer calls promptly and courteously. They work with out-of-state buyers (i.e., I was permitted to send a mobile mechanic to check out the vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection, and I was allowed to put down a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve the vehicle). They provided an itemized list and total of all costs over the phone and by email, and offered to handle the DMV/MVA paperwork for me. The mechanic noted that the windshield wipers needed to be replaced, and the dealership took care of that for me at my request. The cons: their listings claim that, "All safety recalls performed prior to vehicle pickup." That was not, in fact, the case with my vehicle. I arrived at the dealership more than three business days after placing my deposit. They offered to take it to a Honda dealership for me to get the recall resolved, but it was too late and inconvenient at that stage to do so (an acquaintance drove me a bit under 2 hours to reach the dealership as I did not have my own car, and I didn't want to impose on them any further by returning at a later date). Furthermore, while the car did pass both Virginia's state inspection and my home state's inspection, I ended up paying an additional $600+ for repairs. My advice is to mentally tack on an additional 10% to 15% to the total purchase price to land at a realistic amount you'll end up paying, and don't expect the vehicle to be 100% as you drive off the lot with it. If you find yourself considering a vehicle at the upper end of your budget, be sure to inspect the vehicle first and revise your offer accordingly.

Great used car. A little cramped for the driver. Wish the seat had adjustment for height. Otherwise I love the reliability and MPG (average combined 36-38 with a stick). Very practical and can haul a decent amount of gear. Bought mine in 2020 with 89K and now have 122k only needing snow tires for the New England winter.

The car has a lot more pep than I though it would. Even though it doesn't have ALL the bells and whistles, it has a lot more than I'm accustomed to! I like the amount of cargo space the car has, and the different configurations available to take advantage of that space. It rides smooth. It's comfortable. It's nice car; a real nice car!

Absolutely love the car. The 2.5 is one of my favorite engines, I’m 6’2” and even in the two door it’s one of the comfiest cars I’ve ever driven. 6sp swapped it and threw it on track suspension and the car is an absolute weapon in the mountains. Once you play around in the engine bay a bunch you kinda lose the reliability but she’ll never blow.

When I first got it it ran great but after running over a crub,it doesn't run the same way anymore.it overheats and check engine activates.
