Just had my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced at Castlevand Kim was my service consultant. She was vey helpful, service completed when promised and she covered the services and that my car was washed and ready!

All good and the interior cargo capacity is great. The big issue is that the seatbelts get stuck at any given point, locking the passenger into position and not allowing you to readjust the belt. You have to release the belt lock and rewind it or it won’t let you move. This seems incredibly dangerous. Why hasn’t the model (Fit 2013) been recalled for this issue?

I absolutely recommend this car if you need a workhorse to drive you back and forth and not to die on you. A couple things about this car --- 200k miles with multiple total-loss level accidents because my jobs at the time had me on the road most days. Still running strong. I just took it on an interstate road trip and it doesn't miss a beat. This car is hard to kill. I don't know how this thing was built by Toyota but it is seriously impressive value for the money. Worth literally every penny for what I've squeezed out of it so far. Cons: the disrespect you get is insane. I've driven other cars and the hate that this car receives in particular is laughable. Also the performance is ridiculously bad, which everyone knows. One way to sum this up, I had a friend of mine once say, "It's hard to look another man in the eye while getting out of a Prius."

This car is amazing to drive the way it looks beautiful I would recommend this vehicle to anybody. I love the look before the modern facelift hope Audi keeps the stalling for this car. Just beautiful timeless.

this is the third prius we have bought new. '01, '06 and '16. each time the car was a little larger, engine a little more powerful and better fuel economy each time. each has been very dependable - none have never left us broken down on roadside after total of around 410,000 miles of driving them. original tires are low rolling resistance, so make sure you get low rolling resistance tires when replacing the tires as they make big difference in mpg. my truck is more comfortable, but it weighs over 6000 lbs and gets 10 mpg, so only use it when necessary. have taken the prius on 5000 mile trips with no discomforts to speak of. (i am 6-1, 250#) another car i have has much better performance, but it passes everything but gas stations. all in all, even though i have 7 cars, the prius is my daily driver and the '16 has averaged about 55 mpg overall. just wish it was available in a convertible :)

After few years of usage, the car hard start. It gives electrical issue that affect the car performance. The car usually failed to start when hot due to such impact. The car wiper sometimes work on it own. Lastly, the car consume more fuel as it aged due to usage.

Still shopping and may yet purchase from this dealer. They are an impressively large dealership. Yet, I felt welcomed and comfortable there.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

We have been here a lot in the past few months. There are some decent people here that helped through some issues we had. It seems as if we dealt with everyone in the building and each of the managers. Simply put, they were there for us and made sure we were happy. Roy was my dealer (and middleman). I bought my 2015 Nissan Versa Note in 2017 Certified Pre Owned with 35,000 miles on it. Now it has 80,000 trouble free miles on it. Aside from routine maintenance all I needed was sway bar links at 70,000 mi. Roomy, economical and comfortable. It may I interest everyone to know the transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles. It's $240 to have it done by the dealer. Small price to pay for reliability.

I have a 2021 Prius AWD with 233,000 km. Not one issue. Starts even at -40 degrees and everything works as it should. No rattles or lose pieces. Just a solid car. I have driven through muddy roads and a foot of snow and the front air dam xxxxxxsnow and keeps going. Who needs an SUV when you’re driving one of these.

Just wanted to mention that I had a great experience buying my F-Pace from Patrick Jaguar of Naperville. I've owned my 2012 Panamera Turbo "S" for a few years now. There is no comparison. It's a freak of nature. This car absolutely hugs the road and still is just as fast as the new 911's. Other than oil changes its never spent one day in the shop.
