Buying a car from North end Subaru is like visiting with friends. This is our 3rd Subaru purchased there. They are always friendly, honest and trustworthy. Working with Mike Pinto, who sold us our first car was friendly and professional. Our salesman was Greg Nuorimo who sold us our second and third cars was patient, flexible. He makes you feel comfortable, he won’t pressure you, which is why he gets repeat customers. Mike Sparks in financing was incredibly helpful. Customer service and prices are hard to beat. Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

A few years back I had a Suburban and hated coming upon hybrids. When the time came for a new car I first was thinking Corolla since it was my first new car decades ago. Then I figured why not a Prius? I have the XLE model that has most anything you could want in a new car. I usually only go 5mph over speed limits but I'm always passing all the cars when going uphill. I get looks from other drivers I pass wondering why I'm passing them in a Prius. Great handling too and so far I've taken it up to 114mph. I could've kept going but there was traffic ahead so it'll wait for another stretch of road. If I ever buy a Ferrari, I'll get a license plate frame that says, "My other car is a Prius"!

We love the prius after owning a 2007 model. The 2015 is a step up and we got it at a good price for low mileage to hold us until plug-in mile range improves.

I bought my 2018 essence in January 2020. It was a rental car with 24,000 miles when I bought it. 34k new, I got it for $17,600. It now has 102,000 miles and I hope to have it for at least 5 more years. Runs and feels brand new. Hard to believe. I still feel happy just getting behind the wheel. So comfortable and fun to drive. Only change the oil and new tires. Not one mechanical issue. I'm afraid I'll never have another car like this one.

My Sorento ended up at Wagner Kia after the engine blew on Highway 90 while returning home from a vacation up north. We were still over 200 mi. From home. The vehicle was towed there in our abscence and everything was dealt with by emails and phone call between me and my service rep. MikeRodenbaugh. I knew it would take time but asked to please just giv me good communication.he totally did. Two months later the car is almost like new. Took a while to get the parts but once they were in the repair was made within the week. mike was super communicative and reassuring and I could not be happier with the work done. Also had some other repairs done while there and the prices were very reasonable. My car drove home like a dream, all 220 miles in one shot! Everyone at the dealership was very nice and friendly and my pickup was quick and pleasant experience. Highly recommend , wish they could be my regular dealership!

I have a 2017 EV and it I staying to turn off the car and check the brakes but the brakes are fine. It's seems there is no way to turn of this warning or drive the car. The car has been down and even the dealer doesn't know what it is... electric cars make it harder to isolate the problem.

Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

I LOVE this car! People have actually approached me for my opinion on it, and a couple have actually offered to buy it from me! No way! I will keep it as long as I can. I have every bell and whistle and leather interior, alloy rims,GPS, blind spot mirrors, commands located on my steering wheel, heated seats and steering wheel, adjustable lumbar support, my back seat folds down for extra loading space.

My car has decent gas mileage— about 40 mpg with a bit less when driving predominantly in town. It fits my petite frame very well but my husband, who is larger, says he is comfortable driving it as well and actually owns his own fit. The car has good visibility and is responsive on the road. It takes curves well, and the acceleration is more than sufficient for entering the freeway and it responds well when a quick maneuver is needed. I love this car more than any other car I have had.

After finding a used car listed on cars.com I ran right over to the Littleton dealership to check it out. The car had just been received at the dealership and needed to go through the Toyota check. I met with two salesmen during the course of a week, Jon M and Richard G. Both went over and above when assisting me with the vehicle even at closing time. 7 years old and I've never had a single mechanical issue. Just maintain it per factory specs. Great gas mileage. Not a car to pick up chicks with.:0)==-)
