After a disappointing shopping experience with a dealership based at Commack in Long Island, I stumbled upon Koeppel for a certified 2022 Subaru with the premium package and 14,000 miles that was advertised online. Upon my arrival - in person - the advertised price was what I got with no additional hidden or “mandated” fees. The test drive was immediately followed by a handshake that sealed the deal. I have nothing but praise for the gentleman that guided me through the whole buying process. The vehicle is being prepped as I write this review. They were very professional. They didn't overwhelm me with excessive emails and text like some other dealers do. They were great to deal with even though I didn't end up buying from them.

I was going to update my Ford escape to Lexus. Salesman Derek Massio, was helping me get a good deal. He was answering my questions and I going few times for testing out and checking the car. They offered me to purchase extra warranty and protection, but it’s optional. Overall have a good experience with the dealer. Before I go there I have a text message and email.
