No Saab is without it's quirks, and the same can be said for Saab buyers. I dealt with Richard and he was very patient, amiable, and straight forward. The few items the vehicle did need he made sure were completed in a manner that fit my schedule. Has knowledgeable Saab technician on staff to complete repairs in a professional manner.

I absolutely recommend this car if you need a workhorse to drive you back and forth and not to die on you. A couple things about this car --- 200k miles with multiple total-loss level accidents because my jobs at the time had me on the road most days. Still running strong. I just took it on an interstate road trip and it doesn't miss a beat. This car is hard to kill. I don't know how this thing was built by Toyota but it is seriously impressive value for the money. Worth literally every penny for what I've squeezed out of it so far. Cons: the disrespect you get is insane. I've driven other cars and the hate that this car receives in particular is laughable. Also the performance is ridiculously bad, which everyone knows. One way to sum this up, I had a friend of mine once say, "It's hard to look another man in the eye while getting out of a Prius."

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Since 2014 I have purchased FOUR Fiat 500L's. The first was an Easy Model. With manual transmission. As a base model I was suprised at how much fun it was to drive. I traded it in 14 months later for a 2015. This was a lounge. In 2017 I bought another for myself and my wife has the 2015. I bought another 500L Trekking. I then traded the 2017 in. With two 500L's in the driveway I have a manual for my wife and automatic for me. These cars are functional and fun to drive. The easy model lacked navigation and Sirus and auto temp. Often joke they are so ugly but cute. If Fiat still made the 500L I'd buy another. I do not like the 500X as the rear area was reduced in size. It's not often I can't load a oddball size item in them. Each car has been dependable and easy to maintain. At 71 years old I'm not easy to please. I hope this helps. When I bought the first consumer reports did not rate the car very kind. I then sent a strongly worded letter to them. I lost respect for them.

Bought the car from a private sale with over 200k km on it. Been pretty reliable for the most part with a few problems here and there (starter went back in November but was relatively cheap to fix) other then that the intake manifold needs to be replaced. Expect issues to arise down the line of owning this car (carbon buildup, timing chain tensioner, fuel pump, cam followers etc) but aslong as you keep up with maintenance and care for the car I don’t doubt it will the car will bring you anywhere without any issues. I have loved my Prius C. I have never had one complaint. Zero problems. Zero headaches. Comfortable, convenient, reliable. Every time. Not only that, but you cannot BEAT the fuel costs!

Nice sales person, helpful, easy to test drive. Agreed to fix a steering system problem before delivery. A downside is add a $700 LoJack to sale without option of omitting it. $600 document fee is also on high side.

I have a 2013 Prius. It has 129k on it. This is by far the most reliable & efficient vehicle. I had only had to change the oil & that is it. It regularly gets approximately 55/60 MPG. I absolutely love this vehicle & would not hesitate to get another Prius.

We use electric drive 100% of the time around town. It's nice to have no range anxiety on longer trips. Comfortable car for two average sized adults.

Great drivability! Great room! Unfortunately, not confident in expertise at service center for plug in hybrid issues. No one has seen enough issues to understand how they can malfunction... they are totally dependent on computer codes and what the manual says.... haven’t really studied the tecnology and engineering enough to be able to anticipate and or respond to technical questions and circumstances.... sales people are completely oblivious to the technology!!! Cannot answer simple engineering questions about car! Service department seems only modestly more experienced, and have no passion or desire to really know or understand.... so their ability to inform and guide the customer is basically non existent. They call “ experts” elsewhere in the country... don’t appear to care to become experts themselves. This means that the customer has little to no confidence that their car is actually going to be fixed properly because they are completely reliant on manual and mechanics located elsewhere to solve issues.... fully expect that any upcoming repairs will be “ out of the box” repairs.... computer says that EGR valve is malfunctioning, so it needs a new one! When all it needs is a vacuum hose reconnected.... or something down these lines. This is really bad that the customer will need to understand their own car better than dealership mechanics, and will mean that extremely expensive parts will be seen as the solution to “ fixing” the oroblem...eg, I won’t be surprised if we own the vehicle for 10 plus years, that a new computer control module will be found to be needed because the code said it was malfunctioning.... when a small gasket waterproofing the compartment has failed and causes it to work improperly when it wet outside... The customer is left feeling uncared about, or cared for... and that Toyota hires fundamentally unprofessional or lazy service mechanics, and dont properly expect expertise or mastery about their products...

One needs to be "ready" to drive an EV. Charging a car is different than filling it with gasoline. But with a little planning, it works great, and it is MUCH cheaper. The car is really fun to drive. It's quiet, with very little vibration, yet VERY responsive. It has lots of great safety features, as well. It is well-priced, and the $7,500 federal rebate was really helpful! It's a great car.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

They went out the way to provide good service for me and my final purchase from them worked out very well, and I’m quite pleased with my van. We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

I had this car for about 1 year. I purchased it as a lease return so it was well maintained. I used it for commuting to work only and was able to get to and from work on a single charge. So I've only used one tank of gas during the entire time I had it and just filled it up last week.

While looking iver the car throoughly, Dennis was there the whole time tk answer any questions I had as well. The test drive route Dennis knew was also a thorough route that really allowed me to get to know the car. The car itself was in fantastic condition and was reasonably priced, so you’re not going to pay too much for what you’re looking at. Lastly, when picking up the car and completing all the paperwork, it’s a straightforward process with no hidden or surprise fees, very simple. Overall, I’d highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in used European cars as they’re just a fantastic dealer to work with.

The engineering and design are outstanding . The driving experience is very special for this price range. It’s real fun to drive. It’s an icon. Let down by quality issues unknown to Japanese vehicles and ridiculous service and repair costs. I love the car but dread any encounter with the dealer in North Tampa.. I think their service charges are equal to BMW and Mercedes.

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

My carcwas accidentally sprayed with driveway sealcoat material. The day it happened I stopped into your detail center. The gentleman in the office assured me that Modern Auto Detailing center would do their best to clean up the mess. It was 3 weeks later when I was finally able yo get it done. The team at the detail center went above and beyond to clean my car. They were professional and polite. They explained and showed me the areas of the car they weren't able to clean . This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.
