wish the seats were of different colors or a better felling cloth ,the seats are scratchy and the seats are padded well so nice confortable seats the cloth is just not sporty ,or easy to sit on because of scratchy feel on skin ,but the car is easy to drive and for a small car it don't fell like a small car ,.just wish the dealership had keapt all there promise's and not messed me over

One of the well-constructed cars I owned. I owned seven Honda/ Acura cars never one disappointment. The six speeds can run up to 7k RPM. This is a small rocket when needed in R-Mode. Comfort mode is great when it comes to mpg gas.

GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.

I have owned this 2016 Golf R manual since December, 2015. My previous car was a 2008 Mazdaspeed 3, a great hot hatch in it's own right. Right away I knew I had to tune the Golf R to make it feel faster than the Speed 3. APR Stage 1 accomplished that in spades. Not satisfied, I went Stage 2 which made the car absolutely bonkers (I did have to upgrade the clutch to a Southbend Stage 3 racing clutch). I have had three years on the Stage 2 and have had zero problems with it. Unrelated issues have included rear differential oil leak, window switch modulation, and misfiring due to bad plugs and coils. All except the latter were fixed under warranty. There is also a problem with the backlighting of the speedo/tach/fuel/coolant temp gauge that hasn't been fixed but other displays are fine. The car at just under 54K miles remains a blast to drive and very easy to live with.

Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

I've owned my 2012 Panamera Turbo "S" for a few years now. There is no comparison. It's a freak of nature. This car absolutely hugs the road and still is just as fast as the new 911's. Other than oil changes its never spent one day in the shop.

They emphasized doing all research beforehand, getting an inspection, and making sure I was 100% confident before committing. 🔴 Salvage Title Considerations – Many of their vehicles have salvage titles, which means: Insurance rates will likely be higher, and some insurance companies won’t cover salvage vehicles at all—so check before buying. Resale and trade-in value will be lower, and some dealerships won’t take salvage vehicles. After living in a city and not owning a car for 10 years, this has been a pretty amazing car since my first ‘99 Mitsubishi Eclipse. I bought my 2018 Tesla S 75D used in April 2021 for $52k with about 35k miles on it. I saw similar models go for as high as 65k when used car prices went berzerk shortly after and now down to the 30s… But what I love about my car, that is a unique option for 2018, is having both the retractable sunroof and FSD capability. 2018, if my memory is correct, it is the last year a sunroof was available and the first year that the car had the hardware to handle FSD level software. And speaking of FSD, I do think calling it “Full Self Driving” is not really an appropriate description, it still gets a lot closer to autonomous than any other car brand out there currently (Jan 2024), and I don’t think it gets the credit it deserves. I can’t/shouldn’t lose focus of the road, but it does make longer drives a breeze. I don’t trust it completely and sometimes I intervene at times, but for the most part it takes a lot less mental energy out of driving and makes it that much more enjoyable. It’s as close to being a passenger while driving as I’ve gotten. As far as cons, I don’t have the long range battery and I live in the NYC area so when it is cold out especially, I might only get 3/4 of the estimated miles in actual miles. Fortunately it is garage kept at an apt building and probably doesn’t get below 50 degrees in there, and I lay $40/mo fixed to use the shared EV chargers in the building. There’s only few times I’m going on long enough drives to need to charge as long as I remember to charge it fully before going…. But looking back, I do think the longer range option would have been worthwhile. Some other highlights/things I like: - Premium sound option is great, has a small sub on the trunk and high quality mid/high end with a good EQ, so you tweak it to your liking and the quality will hold up all the way to level 11 (a Spinal Tap reference and one of many, many “easter eggs”). - This year was before the yolk steering wheel and pop out screen.. The screen in this year is gigantic, and the brightness adjustments and dark mode option make it less distracting than it sounds. - It’s FAST. I don’t have the ludacrous mode option but it’s still 0-60 in 4.2, and is oh so smooth and quiet on its way up. It also has a lot of “jerk” when you’re wanting to go from 40-60 or something like that too. (Fun math nerd fact- Jerk is the 2nd derivative of velocity and first derivative of acceleration. It’s how quickly acceleration accelerates.) - It’s a big car. The passenger space feels more like a 7 series BMW than a 5 series. And since it’s a hatchback style, it can haul a lot of stuff and some larger items more easily when you fold down the back row. Overall, I think it’s the best sedan on the market, and until another brand matches or surpasses Tesla’s “autopilot” capabilities, I’ll hold onto mine for as long as I can.

Absolutely love the car. The 2.5 is one of my favorite engines, I’m 6’2” and even in the two door it’s one of the comfiest cars I’ve ever driven. 6sp swapped it and threw it on track suspension and the car is an absolute weapon in the mountains. Once you play around in the engine bay a bunch you kinda lose the reliability but she’ll never blow.

Purchased a 2021 sedan premium plus turbo AWD in 2022 with 11,000 miles. THE BAD: At 17,000 miles I discovered the front end would wobble when I applied the brakes. I was told by the dealer that I needed front and rear rotors and that the cost would be $1,000. When I asked why I needed brakes at only 17K miles I was told it was because the rotors must have gotten wet when I drove through a puddle when they were hot. Really? He obviously thought I was an idiot. It ended up costing me $600 to have a local shop do the work including an upgrade on the quality of the original factory rotors and pads. At 29,000 miles the car left me stranded in a parking lot when the battery died. A replacement battery cost me $280. At 30,000 miles the original manufacturer tires were badly worn and needed to be replaced (and yes I rotate them in fact EVERY oil change as opposed to every other). I purchased 4 Michelin tires which cost me $1,200. Also at 30K miles a rock came up from the road and cracked my windshield causing me to spend my deductible to have it fixed ($500). Nobody's fault I understand, just one more expense with so few miles.I have also noticed that I often get a "safety and driver support systems temporarily disabled" notice. It seems to be random but is annoying nonetheless. Shouldn't be happening at 32K miles. At 29K miles I apparently hit a pothole and the front rim was badly bent. The cost to straighten the rim was $140. The lane departure safety feature is annoying. Every time I even begin to leave my lane it violently pulls me back. Even when I need to go around an object in the road it pulls me back. Also, the tone associated with lane departure only works when it fells like it which is probably a good thing. Another issue is that it takes forever for the interior to get warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The car needs to warm up for at least 15 minutes before the temperature gets where I need it to be. The problem with that is that when using the remote start through the Mazda App, it only allows the car to run for 10 minutes. Also, you can't make any adjustments to the temperature from the app. ... THE GOOD: This vehicle is a blast to drive! It sounds great and it has plenty of power and I am still in love with the exterior appearence. The interior is done so well and as YouTube car reviewers say, "it's a great place to be". It has every option I would every want except for wireless Apple car play. It handles great and the AWD seems to work really well in slippery conditions. Currently I am at a crossroads. Do I sell my Mazda3 while the value is still high and get something else or do I keep it and hope nothing else goes wrong? I really like the car but I want to love it. One issue is the fact that when I purchased it I got 2.9% financing. I would be lucky to get 6.9% with todays rates. Also, if I sold it what the xxxx would I buy that has all of these features, a turbo engine and AWD that wouldn't cost me $35-$45K?!

This car is meant to perform. With regular maintenance and wear an tear items the vehicle has been great and reliable. Been doing Volkswagens for over 20 years now. Even though I work on them myself and for many others in my area these cars are amazing and fit my personal needs for performance and style. As well as luxury.

I looked at the C43, M440i, this car, IMO, is the BEST value for the money! It is an absolute beast in the performance department, the options that come with this car for the price are unmatched and of course every single detail is perfectly executed!

The MRK 4 Golf 2.0 is a tank of a car that can run just fine on the worst of maintenance record it makes the rank of cockroach car. The exterior has aged well and looks good the interior is a VW from the 90s it's cheap and cheap to replace but it works although the drivers seats are garbage. The 5-Speed in the car makes it livable and somewhat entertaining to drive and the 2.0 is a crude 70s 4 banger that's a tank of a unit that I have gotten 30+ mpg. These motors also function well on little or lack of maintenance and greatly benefit from even the cheapest rock auto parts this is a 220,000 mile plus tank of a car
