Haven't had such a smooth experience with a car dealership in a long time! We're over an hour away on Long Island and was concerned about getting a deal done out of state, but everything went smooth. Joe S. was our salesman and we also worked with Elena from the internet department, Ashish in finance and Tony who showed us the car before we left. Everything was worked out in advance, Joe came up with numbers, submitted the credit app via email and when everything was said and done, we scheduled an appointment to pick up the car and turn in our current Q7, which we leased from a local dealer. Arrived on Saturday and the process was super quick. We were in and out. We were in the market for a GMC earlier this year and this Audi and had contact with many dealerships. Other than one GMC dealer on Long Island (who unfortunate didn't have a vehicle that matched our options list) and this great experience with DCH, every dealer was a nightmare to work with. So glad that DCH had a vehicle in stock that matched what we wanted and that we were able to work with Joe. Despite the drive, everything was great and we'd definitely be willing to work with them again when this lease comes due.

Was looking for a new car for my son and found the service and sales approach was top notch, not only for myself, but for my son too. They had honest and straight forward conversations with my kiddo and took the time to explain everything so that he knew all aspects of the sale and the contract. This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I was helped throughout with all the required paperwork, all my questions were answered, and they even alerted me when a stray USB thumb drive was found in my trade-in (A collection of Old Time Radio shows). I've been to the dealer before to service my 2017 Subaru, and they accepted it as a trade-in for a 2025. I walked into the office and Laura and Robbie were both so helping and nice. The office was beautiful and clean. It smelt so good. They made me feel like I was a part of the family. They offered me water and coffee. They allowed me to look at every single car I was interested in and go for test drives. This is a fuel efficient and modest car. It achieves 98hp has a 9 gallon tank and an automatic transmission. The LS has crank windows and old fashioned key-lock doors. You can haul a reasonable load in the back seat and hatch or even three other people, though it might be somewhat cramped. It appears to be designed for urban commuters, but I've driven it some decent distances and in all seasons now and it seems to up the challenge of all weather and (paved) terrains. The onboard technology (radio, backup camera, and internet connectivity--with Apple Play and Android Auto) is surprisingly good. Its small size makes it fit easily into small spaces. It was discontinued in 2022, so there should be parts for awhile and prices are coming down. If you need a second car, give this one some consideration.

We first leased a 2024 Polestar 2 and really enjoyed it. Then we were in a significant crash where the vehicle at fault was much larger. We walked away unscathed and the Polestar did an incredible job keeping us safe. It's built on a Volvo frame, and the car felt absolutely solid during the crash. The other car had significantly more damage and fortunately the drivers were ok. We ended up purchasing a used Polestar after the crash and are really happy with it. Smooth ride, feels very tight and handles well. Yes, the interior shows dirt a bit but love that Polestar is incorporating recycled materials in the interiors. It's really a joy to drive and is a steal, given that it's cheaper than a Volvo, while sharing many Volvo components and frame. No mechanical issues for either the first or second Polestar.

I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

We are on our fourth outback and continue to be impressed with this dealership. We have purchased our second Forester from this dealership. Their SM Alex was always fair with price. Their service center is very efficient and friendly. One negative is their bundling of service contracts is costly. Otherwise I give it a 4 1/2 stars Vince from Mahwah

Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.

Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.
