After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

JJ is a open and honest person who cares about you and what you are looking for in the vehicle. He listened to me and was totally no pressure. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle and let me spend as much time checking it out. I decided to purchase the 2005 Jeep Liberty and he worked with me on the price. We looked over the vehicle and he told me he would re-detail the front seats which was nice because he has such high standards. I purchased an extended warranty on it (it has high miles on it) and he explained everything going through the purchase process. I plan on having him service the vehicle. He even mentioned I could take it to other places but I prefer to bring it to him. Overall an excellent experience.

Bought new in 2012 with 2.0L 5 speed manual. This car has been exceptional in every way. Never quits! Never stalled! 272,000 miles, 4 spark plugs, original clutch, just normal Maintenance using FOMOCO recommended oil & filters every 5,000 miles (synthetic-blend). It still gets 35-36 commuting and 38-39 Hwy. Incredible little car! Sad I can’t buy a new one!

Carson is the most genuine salespeople I have ever had the privilege of meeting and working with. I could not have asked for a better experience at this dealership and Carson was the biggest part of it being such a great experience. After being in a car accident where my beloved car got totaled, I was not super thrilled to be car shopping in the first place and especially wasn’t looking forward to the typical pushy salesperson and feeling pressured into a big purchase. Carson is the exact opposite of that. He is dedicated to finding a car that serves you. He does diligent research, not to use his knowledge to convince you of a purchase, but instead he researches to be able to better serve you and ensure that he finds what you are looking for. He test drove the car I was interested in prior to me arriving so he could familiarize himself with the vehicle, inside and out to make sure he was able to answer any questions I may have. He is friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. He didn’t pressure me to make a decision that day and made sure to help me explore other options I was interested in to make sure I made an informed decision that I felt good about. His genuine nature and dedication completely changed my outlook what car shopping can be and I absolutely LOVE my new car. I will recommend this dealership and Carson in particular to anyone who is in the market for a car. Phil also was amazing and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with all the finances. This car is great for a first car! I’ve gotten this car as 16 year old brand new in 2015. Since then I had many oil changes and tire rotations. I use this car for transportation of friends and family, going to work and school. As of today I have over 200,000+ miles on this and it is still going strong. With me getting around 39-45mpg every day. (Back when gas was under a dollar I only paid $7 for a fill up. Now it’s $20 so definitely worth it instead of paying $40-$80 per fill up.) The only issue I have with it is the check engine light is on and doing diagnostics it has emissions issues with a small leak. The inside you get a basic radio I suggest getting a Bluetooth audio receiver so you can listen to your own music on your phone. Driving at night is one of the worst things in this car. You get blinded every time you go past a car in the opposite lanes. Also the cloth seats are amazing your xxx is never frozen compared to a leather seat.

Our salesperson, Elijah, did a great job. When picking up our purchase, he spent as much time with us on a used Jeep GC as a new one. Demonstrating the vehicle features and connecting our phones to uConnect. Patiently and without being overbearing, I was impressed and would recommend him and the dealership.

I got a 2013 Abarth as my first car at 18 years old. I drove it for 8 years until it was finally killed by a deer with over 223,000 miles on it and it was still going strong. It was always reliable and so much fun to drive. I drove it like any 18 year old kid would and it had no complaints. It made long commutes tolerable. It is also shockingly good in the snow. I only ever did routine maintenance to it and that’s all it needed. There were couple small things that started to go bad on it, such as the passenger window regulator, but nothing major ever broke. I would highly recommend this car to anyone who’s considering getting one. I would happily buy another one.

We have an MDX, bought at another dealership out of state. Brookfield Acura has always treated us great. Very little has gone wrong with our MDX, great product! We did have an extended service warranty. Gary flagged us with a possible problem, watched it for several months then recommended fixing the problem before it got severe and the warranty ran out. Best service and recommend them highly!!

I wanted to thank the Acura of Brookfield service department, namely Gary, for troubleshooting my 2001 Integra GSR. Yes, the car is getting long in the tooth and the parts hard to find. In response to a misfire code, my local car shop had started down the list. Because replacing the spark plugs and wires did not do the trick, they moved on to the distributor cap (another fail) and then the rest of the distributor as the next targets. Except they gave up on looking for the distributor after the one they ordered did not fit. I did hunt down an original dizzy for a good penny from Japan for them to install, yet the misfire code kept coming back. Next stop, the engine computer? Actually no, my next stop was where I should have gone to start with, Acura of Brookfield. Gary’s crew checked out the car, diagnosed those brand new spark plugs as not fitting the engine right, and had me on my way in a much zippier Integra without the misfire and with a fuel additive recommendation, for way less than replacing the perfectly good engine computer with all the reprogramming headaches would have cost me. Many thanks to you, Gary, I know what to do next time! (And my Scottie is looking forward to meeting Adam again.)

I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

My wife and I were looking to upgrade to a comfortable reliable sedan, we narrowed our focus to a MAZDA6. Did a search on car gurus and found a listing for Mazda6 with this dealer. Jay and John were both very nice and helpful. Visits are by appointment only, so we gave Jay a call, set up an appointment to look at the car and hopefully purchase it same day, my wife and I live 2 hrs away from the dealer so I asked some detailed questions about the car over the phone, Jay provided an accurate verbal description of the car so there would be no surprises once we got there. Jay informed me of some minor cosmetic interior/exterior blemishes and that the tires were getting to be well worn. Once we arrived, we met John who had the car ready for us to test drive. John was very friendly and relaxed and also provided helpful information about the car when asked. In person the car matched the description Jay gave over the phone which was reassuring. My wife and I took it for a test drive by ourselves and everything was as we had hoped so we decided to purchase it. 10/10 experience (excluding the 2 hour drive)

We purchased a 2005 Mazda3 Hatchback in December. It just had a new transmission and tires. It was well maintained. I love it. We put a Thornton Tuner 3 in it. It gave it considerably more HP and even better gas mileage. This is a great computer car.

Because of our trust in Lorenzo, when it came time to buy a car 10 years ago, it was on his advice that we chose the type of car we were seeking. Once we knew what we wanted Filipo and Joe went out and found us exactly what we wanted as it wasn't on the lot at the time. I am happy to say that car is still on the road, being driven daily, and serving us well. We have since purchased 2 more cars, including one just yesterday, and couldn't be happier with the service and attention to detail the whole team there gives us everytime we walk through the door.

I'm 6'8". Its hard to find cars I fit in period. That being said. I have a taste for small rockets. And the (GQ) fiat 500 sport I have fits the bill. Basically an abarth motor. But not the handling or cool badges/interior. None the less. My big butt fits in it. Got to crank the seat way back. But it's just me in there most of the time. Its a fun little car that rips corners and stupid fun turbo pulls in 2nd and 3rd gear. Watch that esc light flash. Good fun. And the price for a used one ain't bad. Digging the 500

They seem like a reputable dealership, nice sales people, but, I couldn't get a definite answer why they could not offer the exact price on the car that you had it offered for. It was about $1200 more than your online ad.

Never had a single problem with my car in the 6 years I have had it! Extremely reliable every month of the year. Great car.

After a horrible experience at another nearby dealer, we had the opposite experience at Acura of Brookfield. Denver Bramel was our sales consultant. He was wonderful! Very patient and NO PRESSURE. At no time did some sales manager come and try to “talk us into” buying a car, nor play any games like other dealers do. We ended up purchasing our car here and are so glad we did.

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

I have purchased a 2024 Acura Integra ASPEC Tech Package. I originally was going to get a base, but after researching every person who bought anything under the ASPEC Tech was disappointed. The price difference over the course of my loan was not enough to justify getting anything lower. Now here’s the thing, you have to come into this not expecting a top of the line Lexus for Acura money. You get what you pay for. This may not have every bell and whistle, but check back in 10 years and I bet this will still be on the road compared to the BMWs and Audis out there. I honestly love the interior, I searched through all brands throughout the last twenty years. I was looking for a vehicle under 40,000 that is reliable, good gas mileage, and unique. I didn’t want to drive an accord like everyone else. I wanted something that was sleek and aggressive. The Integra filed every box for me. I was driving a 1995 Honda del Sol. So everything is an upgrade for me! I think a lot of these folks are spoiled with new technology. I dont care for what the vehicle is “missing” like power folding mirrors and other things. I mean if it bothers you that bad get out and fold them in! I never used it when I had my last few vehicles. I enjoy the seats and the interior. It is quick! It’s not a hellcat challenger but it’s not trying to be that. Integra is one of the few vehicles I’ve seen that stay true to its heritage. It is an upgraded civic and it’s not ashamed of it. That is what Integra was and is. I think a lot of folks overhyped this cars for themselves. Then when they bought one they were disappointed. I am so continent with this vehicle and I love it. I don’t ever plan to sell it.

Schlossman’s service has been great since 2011. Have now bought 2 Honda’s there. They make the process easy. My 2020 Civic Sport was flooded with 20” of dirty water. Schlossman’s provided my Insurance with a timely damage assessment and my car was totaled. My papers were boxed for moving and I stressed out over not having support for buying a new Civic Sport. But they worked magic and I drove home in a 2026 Civic Sport in an awesome color I hadn’t seen online but there it was in the lot. Schlossman’s turned a nightmare into a dream car! Awesome people make an awesome dealership!

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.
