The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Replace broken key on 06 Accord. Shawn in parts department was very helpful and made this a very good experience. He took the extra step to spend time explaining everything to me and what needed to be done. Great example of customer service.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

I wanted to share my experience at Frer Beans VW in Devon, Pa. I was exploring a certified preowned VW. with a sales consultant named Andrew S. I am reasearcher by nature..very detailed..Andrew was very attentive and listened carefully to my detailed questions His product knowledge was first rate and he was able to respond definitively and also clarified any issues that I had. It was a pleasure to work with him and he made it a very easy and comfortable experience. Athough I did not move forward with a purchase at this time , I will return to consider another VW car and would work with Andrew again.

We went in there after we saw a van online. We left there the first time with nothing. Got a call back from them with a better price. Went it and purchased the van. Super friendly and honest!

Volkswagen did a great job refining the MK8 GTI. Key points -One of the best handling FWD cars mainly due to the LSD, XDS and suspension refinement. -Very smooth power deliver almost 0 turbo lag. - 40th anniversary has to be the best value purchase as it comes standard with DCC and IQ lightings which are only available on the highest trim. The negatives include: -The infotainment can be improved wireless android and apple car play need to be standard. Can't set your phone properly on the wireless charger when the phone is attached to the wire. - Compared to the MK7 the coin holder and the sliding storage below the driver sear is missing. -Unable to disable auto start and stop feature permanently as restores to default on every time you start the vehicle.

This is our second Kia but my first time doing business with Scott Kia. We loved our Kia Soul but traded up as soon as the AWD Seltos was available. After all too many dealership nightmares I actually started getting service at Pep Boys. There were some recalls I had held off on because of those nightmares, but I decided to fight the traffic congestion and give Scott a try. I'm glad I did! Everything was straight forward and honest, at a reasonable price. Very professional from start to finish. Examples of other dealer encounters were petty things like being charged $3 every time for windshield washer fluid even when the reservoir was filled to the top when I took it in, not rotating tires (confirmed because I had marked each wheel before service), needing a front end alignment on my second service and getting it back with the steering wheel off center without any documentation of before and after measurements, plus more. I found Scott Kia to be a pleasant surprise and will continue my service with them as long as I own a Kia. I do wish they were a little larger and had more inventory. But as far as service goes, I will recommend this business to anyone, Professional, honest, and fairly priced.

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

Purchased a low mileage Tiguan from VW SC. The staff was great. I hate spending hours in a dealership completing a car purchase. I called ahead about the vehicle I was interested in, spoke with Tara who coordinated with Joe in finance and we were able to work out a deal remotely. Tara was always available via text and phone. Joe kept me informed every step of the way. When I arrived the Tiguan was ready for purchase and condition was just as advertised. I was on my way home in less than an hour. Looking forward to doing more business in the future.

My first interaction was with Anthony Jordan in Vehicle Maintenance, who went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot an issue with my sunroof, during some of the rainiest days of the month, no less. He not only worked to find a solution but also gave me honest advice about considering a trade-in and exploring a lease option. I also want to recognize Lauren Eakin from the Lead Generation team for her clear and consistent communication leading up to my visit. But by far, the best part of my experience was working with Steve Hill, my Dealer Representative. Steve was transparent, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel like I was being "sold" on anything. I came in very hesitant (I haven’t had a car payment in over five years) but Steve made me feel great about my decision and genuinely excited about this next step with Kia. John Agavino, the Finance Manager, was a class act. He made the entire process seamless and even helped me arrange for a copy of my trade-in vehicle’s title, allowing me to take the new leased car home the same day. He was personable, patient, and incredibly helpful. Paul Sargent and Steve LaMonaca, from Management, were also excellent and checked in throughout the process to make sure everything was going smoothly. I originally came in just to browse and ended up leaving with a new car! This isn’t my first time at Scott Kia. I purchased my 2015 Optima there brand new with 0 miles, had it serviced there even after the warranty expired, and finally traded it in at 84k miles. The staff has always been friendly, honest, and helpful. They turned something I typically dread, buying or leasing a car, into a genuinely enjoyable experience. After driving my GF's 2020 Soul Xline and her mother's 2020 Ex round trip from Arizona to Wisconsin I decided to buy a 2023 Soul Ex for myself and my GF's also purchased a new one. I'm 6'3" and am comfortable driving cross country, the car is smooth and doesn't have the horrible road noise associated with smaller FWD vehicles. The soul is a fun to drive great value vehicle. After 10 months and 10K miles I've had zero Issues and am extremely happy with my soul.

Without exception, every service advisor throughout the 5 years of my ownership of this 2016 Subary Legacy has been very thorough in answering my questions about the scheduled service details and in explaining the work performed after each service. They have been professional and courteous at each visit for now 48K miles. But I also appreciate the work of the technicians whose work has kept my car performing great, and folks who deliver my car spotlessly clean after each service. I can't ask for more.

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

Not sure my review went through so writing it again. Wonderful service experience. Was on a trip in our Camper Van from MA to FL when a CV joint failed. Justin took us in first thing the next morning, confirmed the problem, and had us on the road by noon. I could be more impressed by how well we were treated.
