Monday, November 17, 2025, I was looking for a vehicle on the Greensboro Honda website. You know when you do that, someone will reach out to you. I responded to someone named Alex. I informed them that I was coming in around 6PM, once I got off from work. A confirmation text was sent to me and I responded. Once I got to Greensboro Honda, NO Alex. How are you (Alex) going to confirm something with someone and not be there. Bad experience.... that later turned into a great experience, a sales rep that was GREAT from the first hello how can I help you, to the end with is there anything else I can do for you!!! The first person that greeted me had a customer, then he introduced me to a young lady, she had a customer too. Then I meet the GREAT sales rep....Mr. Braxton Shoffner, his smile welcomed me first. I explained to Braxton what I was looking for, my credit and what car note I could afford, but yet, wanted to pay. Braxton had patience with me and most importantly, he listened to what I wanted. So, the signing over my life began. I had a 2021 Kia K5 for trade, I was looking for a vehicle (Honda) 2021-2023. My husband and I have been with Honda for several years, I left and I am glad that I am back now! My husband showed up to Greensboro Honda shortly after I did. Mr. Preston (finance manager), worked with me. I told Braxton, when he came back to his desk, if it was good news to "smile" and he did, every time. I got more than what I prayed for. I got a 2026 Honda Civic Sport (I was looking for a vehicle 2021-2023). My car note was $80 more than what I was paying for the Kia (look at GOD)! I know the sales rep go through a training process, but Braxton and Preston went way beyond a process. When someone is willing to go beyond training, it was all worth the bad experience I had in the beginning. Thank you, Braxton and Preston, for the great experience at Greensboro Honda. I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

Greensboro Acura has been my dealer since 2005. I am currently in my 7th Accra, 2021 RDX, Since 2005, my salesperson has been Denise Hadley. Because of her attention to detail and willingness to find the right car, I have recommended at least 10 people who all have purchased cars, I live in Raleigh, NC but lived in Greensboro for 25 years. The service department has been more than wonderful and courteous to me. I had Derek for many years and now I go to Destiny, Yes, I drive to Greensboro to get my car serviced. The one is Raleigh is 15min from me. Denise had always followed up on any car I have leased or purchased. I feel she knows what like and takes the time to find what I need. The service department, keeps very good records of all the services done on my cars. 2 years ago, I had an accident in my 2015 RDX, in Atlanta . It was a nightmare! Due to the poor repairs done in Atlanta from who my insurance sent me, a car that should have been fixed ended up a total, It was not until 6 weeks of back and forth to Atlanta, I finally got it to Greensboro Acura and one look under the hood the problem was found. Because Greensboro was the only one doing maintenance on my car, they knew my car. I am extremely pleased with the services I receive from Ms Hadley and the service department at Greensboro Acura.

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

Would highly recommend purchasing a Toyota at Greensboro Toyota because of the sales person - Sam LaFrance. She is a great person - Highly Recommend.

It's a shame more people were not familiar with this car before Chevrolet stopped producing them. I drive on EV mode almost all the time, except when going on long trips. There is no range anxiety with the Volt. My car is averaging 181,000 MPG lifetime.

Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

The car has a lot more pep than I though it would. Even though it doesn't have ALL the bells and whistles, it has a lot more than I'm accustomed to! I like the amount of cargo space the car has, and the different configurations available to take advantage of that space. It rides smooth. It's comfortable. It's nice car; a real nice car!

Honestly minor repairs. Had the vehicle for 5 years and manage to put 120K miles and no major issues. Reliable compared to other luxury cars.

Purchased new in August 2018. Great performance and handling. Excellent braking and great aesthetics. Now at 95,000 miles. Needed rear brake rotors at 30,000 miles and rear third light at 3,000 miles. both covered under warranty. No other repairs needed. Extremely fun to drive. I average 28-29 mpg combined. I tend to accelerate quickly. Never an issue with the 6 speed. Comfortable on cross country trips.

We walked in looking for a daily. The salesman was not pushy like others. He took the time to hear what we were looking for. He let us test drive the cars that caught our eye. They were highly professional and attentive. I would recommend my family and friends to stop here first. Being a small dealership, they have a great service. I’m 46 and I have had many different cars but this one in particular is the best of the best, it is 2024 I live in Chicago and this car is so strong, no rust, transmission works perfect, engine is amazing and I put 300k plus miles on it DO YOU BELIEVE IT!!?? You better!!! and after all this miles a learn so much about that you need to pay attention to make their life longer. I totally recommend to have one of this.

Overall, my experience wasn't bad. The office I went to which was actually the collision part of the store can be missed if you're not sure where you're going. I worked with Kobe and he was patient with me since I had brought my wife and kids along with their carseats to test out the Subaru and how the carseats would do. Could have haggled more for a better price, but I had financing already taken care of before coming to the dealership and they ultimately got me in the SUV I had my eyes on. It was good doing business with Kobe and Andrew!

Purchased a former Enterprise rental Carolla with 60K on the odometer. Overall it meets all the buzz about Toyota reliability. Other than a Battery and oil changes it's been good to me. Occasionally drive it as an Uber and it gives good service.. you actually earn money instead of putting all your earnings back into the tank. The only issues I hate is the low front end that occasionally scrapes the asphalt coming in and out of steep driveways and dips in Oklahoma roads.. and the main console is finiky connecting with my phone in Android auto.

They have not given up on helping me find the right car for me in my budget. I'm confident I will find what I'm looking for through them. Also very responsive and I love that about them.

We love the prius after owning a 2007 model. The 2015 is a step up and we got it at a good price for low mileage to hold us until plug-in mile range improves.
