I have wonderful experience especially as a first time buyer. I first reached out late on a Friday evening. The first car I was interested in was not in inventory. Fausto and Aaron communicated me regularly throughout the week to let me know they were trying to locate the car I was interested in. By wed it became apparent they were not able to. I reached out to other Honda dealerships in Phoenix and had a hit. I communicated with this dealership in Phoenix for a couple of days. On the following Friday evening I reached back out to Aaron to see if he had a different model in inventory. Turned he did and offered me a better deal than the dealership in Phoenix.I decided to go back to Fausto and Aaron the next day on Saturday 15th of November. It was a pleasant, friendly and accommodation experience from the start. Aaron understood my situation and along with the dealership, worked with me to make the numbers work to get in a beautiful Honda Civic Sport Hybrid in sand dune. They were straightforward and seemed truly motivated to help me. I was able to test drive the two cars to help me make my decision. The process was smooth and fast. Meeting with the fiance rep Vincent was also very professional, transparent and enjoyable. Vincent understand how much this car meant to my life and really did a great job in closing down the deal and making things happen. This car is life changing for me. It allows me to get to my job, take car of my family and life. Vincent, Aaron and Fasuto did a fabulous job from first contact to driving out the lot. AutoNation Honda and these group of employees were the only dealer in Tucson/Phoenix that truly wanted to help me take my life to that next level. I even had a brief panic attack a couple of hours after purchase and Aaron, Fasuto and Vincent showed compassion and understanding which went a long way in making me feel better. If there is some sort of AutoNation.Honda company/employee recognition, all three of these gentleman deserved to be recognition for going above and beyond in delivering outstanding service, professionalism and community caring. I will continue to use AutoNation Honda for my service. I am going to recommend AutoNation Honda and Fasuto, Aaron & Vincent to everyone I speak with in conversation. No pressure. Nice people. Elena Echevarria was particularly helpful, especially helping with synching my I-phone and Bluetooth. Not my usual experience with car dealer, so appreciated not having to play the game.

My car has decent gas mileage— about 40 mpg with a bit less when driving predominantly in town. It fits my petite frame very well but my husband, who is larger, says he is comfortable driving it as well and actually owns his own fit. The car has good visibility and is responsive on the road. It takes curves well, and the acceleration is more than sufficient for entering the freeway and it responds well when a quick maneuver is needed. I love this car more than any other car I have had.
