i had an issue with a bad transfer case on a 2013 328i. I had complained of a noise in that car for a year or so but it was never formally documented in service log. Finally it was found that it was the transfer case.. 4K part. my extended warranty was over. I was very upset. however, i want to thank Tim Stone, Service manager and John the deal GM for going out of their way to look at this matter and at the end fix it with no charge. I really appreciated their efforts! They were sensitive to a customers predicament and did the right thing. Thank you! However, my experience with BMW North America Customer Service was horrible. Those folks know absolutely nothing about cars. Why do they work at BMW? Not a good front for BMW to have folks that do not know literally nothing about BMW or mechanics answering phones and talking to clients. She also told me that i could not speak to anyone above her as her manager was HR and did not know cars. Hmmm, i hope someone at BMW headquarters is reading this.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

This is the best car I have ever owned. Very reliable and easy to repair. Mechanics will alsways take advantage because there are no many Suzuki around. Fiat didn't market the 500 correctly. I had a 500 Sport manual that I bought new. It is amazingly fun to drive, incredibly fuel efficient (37+ mpg at a minimum) and a ton of room when you fold the seats down. I went from a Porsche 911 turbo as my daily driver to the cinquecento (500 in Italian). The Fiat was more fun to drive basically because you could floor it everywhere and when I'd look at the speedometer I'd be going 52 mph! In the Porsche I'd be going 130. I drove it multiple times over a thousand miles in a day. Seats were comfortable, sat radio, and Beats sound system rocked. I sold it and bought an i3. Never had a problem with the Fiat. Inexpensive to maintain and the Fiat dealer was great for service. Fun to drive, utilitarian, and great gas mileage. I wish I still had it. If I had a giant garage, I would have kept it.

My first Subaru. This is the RS model in Desert Oasis Blue. It’s a dream to drive. Fully equipped and the pick up speed is amazing. I feel incredibly safe in this car. It’s so comfortable and the air conditioning keeps me comfortable inside.

One of the best daily drivers for the money in my opinion. VW got the 2.0 TSI engine down pat for this generation, very reliable and tunable. The interior is quite comfortable, even the backseat. I’m 6’ 1” and can sit behind myself decently, the same can’t be said about many SUVs and sedans.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

Mary (the numbers gal) is great at crunching those numbers for getting you the best deal. Even taking a few days working with 3 or four banks to get the right payment to fit that budget. That's why I love this dealership so much and why me and my family has purchase 4 vehicles from them over the past few years. Even with interest rates and cars prices going up and up. I upgraded to the 2017 S7 Prestige from driving a 2005 Audi A6 for 11 years. I gave the A6 to my son with 138,000 miles, it still runs great. This S version does not disappoint. A head turner, fast, and reliable. I have every option except the Sport Package and Alcantara headliner. Loaded with features not even listed like a 9GB hard drive to load CD's or DVD's if you choose. WiFi hot spot rocks especially with my Escort. Comfortable ride, love the adjustable settings. Cooled and heated seats, night vision, Bang and Olufsen stereo, heated steering, what is not to love. Audi is ditching the Google Earth feature for us in December 2020, and many fuel door actuators (dumb design Audi) are my only complaints. A7, S7, RS7, buy it, you won't be disappointed.
