Went to Andy Mohr Toyota for a straight forward oil change and inspection. Greeted promptly with a smile and checked in. Very organized and customer friendly. Inspection and service work was performed in short order and on my way. Just the way I like it.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

That car was probably the best investment I've ever made. Extremely economic and fun to drive. I owned it for 5 years, bought 1 set of tires, had it aligned, and replaced the battery once. Great car!

I'd been trying to place an order with my authorized MB dealer for over a year but not for this car; rather, it was for an E53 Cabriolet in the same colors and premium interior. Due to the chip shortage and the transition to electric cars there simply were few allocations available for the E53 Cabriolet so when my dealer received a special order model - Rubellite Red Special Edition - they offered it to me and one look and I was smitten. It's a far cry from a convertible but more than makes up for it by virtues of its own. I've owned the predecessor to the AMG GT 4-door (the CLS63S) but was surprised at the nimble and surefooted handling of this big and heavy car! While this new model is a hybrid with less HP than my old CLS63S, it is plenty powerful and fast enough for the kind of driving I do around town. The car I traded in was a 2018 C63S Cabriolet and even though that car was smaller, lighter and more powerful, I find the GT53 to handle better and accelerate almost as well so whatever difference there is in the weight/power ratio is negligible. The GT53 is more refined than the C63S so the exhaust is more muted and I'd prefer a little more of that sound making it into the cockpit but on the other hand, the GT53 makes for a smoother and quieter ride than the C63S which more than makes up for not getting all the pops and bangs from the exhaust during spirited driving and downshifting. My only gripe is that despite the plush look of the diamond-quilted seats, they are quite firm and I wish there were more cushion in the seat bottom. There is a lot to learn about the infotainment system but using "Hey Mercedes" certainly is helpful. I've only had the car a short while so I can't comment further just yet but so far, the honeymoon phase is in full swing.

My wife has the 2011 Versa S hatchback. She had had it since 2012, it is now 2024 and she has 135,000 miles on it. It has been very solid overall with basically the regular type maintenance things: brakes, oil changes, tires. It does however go through mufflers every 3 years about. And they did one engine mount that was worn out. She does have the check engine light on currently but its probably due for spark plugs. Now the engine is a bit slower to respond to hills or when trying to pass thanbit was 12 years ago, but overall it still has enough zip. Being the S it has The auto door locks on the key fob and there is auto windows inside. Fold down the rear seats and it easliy can hold whatever we pick up from the hardware store. It has a smooth ride and most of the bumps in the road are absorbed by the suspension. Some of the paint has been peeling around the trunk and the passenger sun visor broke off, but these are minor trivialities. I have confidence she can get to 150,000 miles and at least another 3 years our of it.

This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

We love Dreyer & Reinbold! We can say they have always made buying a new car fun! who says that???!! Our new 2025 Countryman Electric is our 5th Mini from them. Presley Stewart kept me updated throughout the ordering process, at pick up taught us all kinds of crazy new features. There is so much to learn that we have a follow-up date. I can say I have a new friend. and BTW our new Mini's name is Fritz... names after the Cincy hippo :)

Torquey, pretty, handles like a dream. Can carry a decent amount of cargo, especially once you figure out how to fold the rear bench all the way, fully down. The front seats are very bolstered and are a hit with some people but rather uncomfortable for others. Clutch is forgiving enough to learn on, but grippy enough to handle your parking lot, tire spinning shenanigans. 9/10, would buy again.

Purchased a 2023 4-door Mini Cooper S today. Super experience, very helpful staff, particularly Virginia, who was patient while I inspected the vehicle and test drove it, and then walked us thru the whole transaction, including working with my preferred lender. Top notch operation.

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

My son and I was on a car buying mission on Saturday February 22nd 2025. We started our journey at Indy Luxary Autos on Pendelton Pike to be let down. So we went on to our original plan and headed for Indy Auto Center on Michigan Rd., originally my son was after a 2013 Baby Blue Chrysler 200 that he seen roughly about a week prior on the internet and absolutely wanted it. I called on our way to the dealership to make sure it was still available and told Sami that we would be there in 30 minutes not knowing it would take all of that 30 minutes to get there from Pendleton Pike to his location on Michigan Rd. When we arrived there was a bit of a snafu. Well long story short version a set of lady's came in 10 minutes after we had talked on the phone (Sami thought it was us) and they took the car we was after out on a test drive with it being first come first serve and we understood that. Now in the mean time of them only supposed to be on 15 minute test (the ladys where gone for at least 45 minutes) drive they took us to another 200 that was a year older a bit nore in price by like $900.00 and it really caught my son's eye to the point they pulled it out and got it all situated for him to take it out. Now the other car was still on a test drive when the other one we was offered was ready to be taken out. We eneded taking them both out and my son fell in love with 2nd car that Sami showed us and his family even gave us HUGE discount for all trouble that we went through. I was very pleased with the outcome and so was my son. Now I'm not going to lie I was worried that something might go wrong because you just never know with used cars but it hasn't and he has drove it everywhere. I'm very greatful for Smai and his team they where kind courteous and very helpful. I was originally going to post the review the day we bought the car but I wanted to make sure it was solid and that his crew and dealership was worthy of a very amazing review and I couldn't be happier with our choice of car or dealership. We had a fantastic experience with Dreyer & Reinbold Mini in July 2025! The car is terrific - obviously. But we were also extremely pleased with the people. Presley Stewart did a fantastic job taking care of us as EV newbies and answering all our questions. And when there was additional follow-up paperwork, Todd Bourff went above and beyond to get the tedious work finished. We're very satisfied! Oh, they also graciously offered me a very face-saving value for my trade-in, which probably was only worth the gas in its tank.

This car is easy to drive, beautiful color, good on gas, handles well on cornering. Nice price and great tires too. This is my 3rd mini, so I love them!

My wife and I were in the market for a minivan, so we made our visit to Andy Mohr Kia in Avon. We were greeted at the front door by Alex, he helped us through all the options while putting us on the right track for what we were looking for. He helped ease the tension of what can be a stressful event by making light hearted jokes and asking us about ourselves. We appreciated this very much. On the test ride he encouraged up to really test out the limits of the vehicles brakes and acceleration, that was different than I’ve seen before. When it came to the cars information (carfax) he provided us with all of this without even being prompted first, which helped us get to know the history of the vehicle. Overall he was a very big help for us on our visit! If you’re thinking of shopping here I’d recommend it, ask for Alex!

We drove our 2019 SEL from CA to OH and back in July 2021. It was a perfect ride. Our cat even got to like it. The Ionic performed better than any advertisement we saw. The sticker indicates mpg @ 57. At best we got 57.6! We didn’t get 57 the whole trip, but our 5100 mile averaged was 54. I stopped leasing after 3 cars to buy this one. Best car I’ve bought in 40 years.

I will start with, if you live in Indianapolis, Indiana area, and want a Mini, you have to stop in and buy one from Presley. She was one of the best sales people I have worked with. Strong handshake and a big smile. And she knows the cars very well and will work with you to find what you like and will ask you questions that will make you think of thing you did not realize you wanted in a car. I came in two days ago after leasing a car from another place that was a very very bad experience. I spoke to her about the car I was looking at and said I needed to wait until the end of November when my lease of the other car was complete. She said ok and let me test drive the Mini Countryman. Great Car by the way and super lux inside to me. After she asked me more about what was going on and after the conversation she said ok here is my card and give me a call when you are ready. I went home and by the time I got home she sent me a text and said that she was working out a deal for me to get out of my bad situation and in the car I wanted. So she worked it out where they made me a deal that I could not refuse. It was a great deal and today, after thinking it over for one day, I was like I am going to buy a Mini. She made it where I was able to get the car I wanted and get out of the other car and did not do the car salesperson trick where you think you are getting a deal and is not. I actually got the deal she stated I would get. I do not have that feeling I normally get after buying a car. That feeling of (what did I just do???). And the paperwork process was quick. Asked me some information and sent a link to a secure site to start the credit application and stuff before getting there. I have to say that I was very pleased overall with the process of getting the car. This would be the only time that I have purchased a car and did not leave with a headache.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.
