Price on the car was market value, no haggling which is fine with me. They offered a very good amount on my trade-in vehicle which was nice. The salesmen Sebastian and Mike were both very nice and helpful. I wish they would have charged the car before selling it (bought an EV) since I didn’t have enough battery to get home, but public DC fast chargers are pretty good these days, so it wasn’t a huge deal.

He took the time to do a couple of videos for me. Sparky went above and beyond by putting the car on a lift to show me the undercarriage. He was able to answer all my questions and kept me in the loop with the buying process. His videos helped me to decide to buy! Then I met Scott the finance guy. I have to say it. Another great guy! They truly didn't have to do anything, however, the paid for the issue, and as well, threw in an extra that was big and totally unexpected. I cannot say enough - I think everyone knows how tough buying a car is, especially pre-owned and how the follow-up afterwards can be so challenging. Satellite feature of radio disappeared following change of battery. Mercedes-Benz of Bonita did and reset of the radio restoring full function. Repair performed on schedule and under cost.
