After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

If I could give more stars than 5, I definitely would! Lila Bubier, Mark Deal, trade checker and Kia Finance went above and beyond to get me out of my negative equity from my Hyundai Ioniq 5. I am so grateful to have a new 2025 Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid. I had originally went in February, but did not come away with a deal. Lila has consistently reached out to me asking if I was interested and provided many different options to get me at the price point that I wanted. It was not easy, but we made it to the end goal. This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

I have a 2013 Prius. It has 129k on it. This is by far the most reliable & efficient vehicle. I had only had to change the oil & that is it. It regularly gets approximately 55/60 MPG. I absolutely love this vehicle & would not hesitate to get another Prius.

We were delighted that Joanne Panzo was able to locate the specific Honda Civic we were interested in leasing. We had a concern about our windsheild wipers and the service department examined the wipers and then explained the design of the wipers that impacted how the windshield was cleaned. We are not fans of this feature. We are excited to learn that Honda now has a hybrid Civic available.

I would buy it again. Great value. It is nimble. Turns on a dime. Very good braking system. It is a gem. What more can you say about a little car that could.

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

Great little car. I’ve always loved little hatchbacks. This one has the biggest trunk space out of any hatchback I’ve owned. Gas mileage is great; the exterior and interior are both very attractive.

Beth Hicks service dept was amazing very sweet and helpful she is the best if you need service go see her. I traded in my honda for a Rav 4 Philip Hicks. What a. Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️
