A few weeks ago my son and I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata at CarMax of Southlake on Mt. Zion Road in Stockbridge GA. Our sales agent was an older gentleman named Jim Lowe. What a nice guy. Low key. Not pushy. So very patient. He was very knowledgeable about the various cars my son wanted to look at and understood what features he needed on the car. He never rushed us to get on to the next customer and was always willing to answer all our questions. (And he even knew the answers and didn’t have to go ask someone.) These are attributes that you don’t always find with used car salesmen. But Jim was different. CarMax is different. Such a large selection of cars that we found and with low or mid or high mileage. The financial process was painless as well. We went outside to go get his car and found it all washed and cleaned inside. It even had a full tank of gas and a HUGE yellow bow across the hood. Such a nice way to send off the customer. I highly recommend CarMax for your next car buying experience. Also, ask for Jim.

I purchased my Spark new, June 2019. I love this car! It is now, one month before 6 yrs of owning my Spark. It has less than 10,900 miles on it. This car has great maneuverability, gets great gas mileage, and I love the Hot Red body color. The only thing I've had to replace, in almost 6 yrs, is the battery. And that was just a few months ago during freezing weather. It gets regular oil changes and maintenance checks. The 2019 Chevy Spark is one great little car for the money.

I don't like buying a vehicle due normally to the overall experience, but today I bought a BMW X5 from Audi Atlanta. From start to finish my sales person Antonio was awesome. My husband was with me, but due to health reasons he was only able to do the test drive and then sit in our car until I completed the buying process. Antonio told Lee who handled my finance and contract what was going on with my husband and he handled the entire process so I could get in and out quickly. This is a great car! I love the features, esp the sport function, which gives you a boost if you need to jump on it. Obviously, some people don't use this feature or don't know what it does. When getting on the freeway, I always use it, then simply turn it off when necessary. I usually get about 34-36 mpg on long trips and around town about 28-32mpg. The one and only complaint I have is that it is too low to the ground and sometimes it's very difficult to get in. If I move the driver's seat back, it makes it easier. I am the original owner of a 2017. The other features i like are the backup camera, electric side view mirrors, speak feature to make calls, the interior is gorgeous, the hatchback. I just really love this car. I have never had a problem with it. If you're looking for a reliable car, this is it!

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

I bought my 2015 Nissan Versa Note in 2017 Certified Pre Owned with 35,000 miles on it. Now it has 80,000 trouble free miles on it. Aside from routine maintenance all I needed was sway bar links at 70,000 mi. Roomy, economical and comfortable. It may I interest everyone to know the transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles. It's $240 to have it done by the dealer. Small price to pay for reliability.

Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.
