My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

Tarrytown Honda Dealership accomodated repairs. Reverse all negative reviews. If you are not a Mechanic I would recommend that you bring one to review any Pre-owned purchases.

I sure tire of the "free energy" postings. You honestly think your utility company comps you for the extra kilowatt usage? These are great little cars, even took mine on a Minnesota to Texas and back road trip with decent comfort at full highway speeds and no, it didn't look as if I was lead car in a funeral procession either. You can honestly cruise all day at 80 should you wish to do so. Reliability? If this Prius is like my 2008 then I can expect to get a trouble free 218,000+ miles out of it and then see its current owner still tooling about the area. Take a look and see where these are made. In a country that still values quality of performance and strives for perfection.

I recently purchased certified Honda civic form white plains Honda and its was a great buying experience. My sales man Diaz is very friendly and addressed all my questions. I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

i had an issue with a bad transfer case on a 2013 328i. I had complained of a noise in that car for a year or so but it was never formally documented in service log. Finally it was found that it was the transfer case.. 4K part. my extended warranty was over. I was very upset. however, i want to thank Tim Stone, Service manager and John the deal GM for going out of their way to look at this matter and at the end fix it with no charge. I really appreciated their efforts! They were sensitive to a customers predicament and did the right thing. Thank you! However, my experience with BMW North America Customer Service was horrible. Those folks know absolutely nothing about cars. Why do they work at BMW? Not a good front for BMW to have folks that do not know literally nothing about BMW or mechanics answering phones and talking to clients. She also told me that i could not speak to anyone above her as her manager was HR and did not know cars. Hmmm, i hope someone at BMW headquarters is reading this.

Yesterday I went to pick up my 2024 X4 BMW at Morristown Dealership. My salesman was Rick Fanfan whom I think was amazing with his delivery. Getting me to feel comfortable and safe in my knew car and its remarkable features. As a sales man went back to ask for every thing that I was expecting. This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

It’s what was best of the 17-21 then add more refinement. The +r mode can pogo sometimes but not a big deal since can program all the +r features with the comfort or sport suspension under individual. Sound system is fantastic, interior ergonomics are fantastic, spacious, 320 miles per tank which is good for a performance hatchback, track performance in stock form is fantastic, can hang with cars it’s not got business hanging with.

I love the car. Bought it new. 104K miles. Super reliable. Only downside is a/c can be troublesome and mileage is subpar for being so small. I only get 23/23 mpg in normal commuting. Very fun to drive. Tons of space. Very nimble.

Great service...seamless! Salesperson (Linda Pesantez) was very professional, attentive and forthcoming/transparent while tending to our needs. It helped too that my fiancé and I knew exactly what we wanted as far as choice of vehicle. We should note here that there seems to be a "homey" feel to the ambiance. We didn't feel pressured in the least and the entire purchase process lasted approximately 2 hours or a tad over. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Mahwah Honda for your next vehicle purchase. I got the raven performance model s and have not regretted it. I commute to LA from San Diego at least 3 times a week and the auto pilot has really made my life significantly easier. The fact that it drives itself on the freeways takes the edge off of traffic. Also the new suspension is incredible, also helps that I can make it there and back going 80 easily with plenty of battery remaining. The interior is simple and I truly enjoy the vegan leather. The performance of this car is unparalleled and the quickest car I had ever been in. It is hard for me to imagine driving any other car!

I purchased My vehicle back in November, I did Everything virtually and had the pleasure of working with Nick & JamieLee.. their customer service combined is enough to make you want to come here. After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I cannot say enough about the great service and care I receive from salesman extraordinaire Giannis Metekidis and the people at Freeport BMW. I live less than half of a mile away from another BMW dealership, yet I travel 15 miles to get to Freeport BMW and it is worth it. I’ve bought 4 cars from Giannis and referred 4 family members and friends, and we’ve all had the same experience. Giannis cares about my satisfaction with my choices in cars and has guided me through the process of choosing a car with all of the options that are good for me. Giannis is a great communicator, and once I ordered my car, he updated me through the various stages of it being built. I really appreciated that, and when my car arrived, it made the delivery process even more exciting. Many times, once a car is purchased, there’s no more contact with the salesman or the dealership. Not with Giannis. He called me several times after I left the dealership to make sure I didn’t have any questions. Finally, for me service and caring is the most important part of the experience in buying a car, but competitive pricing at Freeport BMW makes it even more enticing to remain a loyal client.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.
