I would like to say this was my first car experience and it could not have been any better. Sade was awesome to work with. She knew what she was doing, she knew what I was looking for and worked to get that vehicle for me. I would recommend her. She is very motivated and you can tell she loves her job.

I bought my golf new at the end of 2016 and would have kept it much longer if it had not been totaled in an accident. The few little issues I had were covered under the initial warranty (coolant leak, trunk leak). Nothing else other than normal maintenance things like brakes and tires up to 81,000 - that's as far as I can speak to. I took good care of it, did the VW service things for the most part and I have no doubt it would have lasted to 200K or beyond. It looked cool and was fun to drive. I had the S manual. I enjoy driving and had a tiny regret about not getting the Wolfsburg edition (faster engine, slightly better options like heated seats and sun/moon roof).

The finance lady is awesome, especially in our case as a cash buyer. She made my partner feel very comfortable about purchase process . My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

I want to start up by saying, I am not a "car person". I do know, is a 5'2 female, this car feels like it was made for me. It gets amazing gas mileage, and you can park in a sidewalk square if needed. Yes, it does not have a lot of bells and whistles to it at all, but it does have the Android auto / Apple Auto feature which I love, at the same time as having roll up Windows. It is perfect for in town and highway driving. I drove it all the way to Georgia from Illinois with no problem. And my 6'5 son fits comfortably in the passenger seat as well, as well as plenty of room in the backseat and trunk for groceries or luggage.

Friendly people and owner calls me and came out to talk to me when I came in and made it very nice atmosphere to talk and buy a car from his place.I would let everyone know who is looking for a Ford to come to this Ford dealership in Leesburg Va.

Bought a used 2021 as I was getting bored of driving a Toyota minivan for work after a lot of research. I got the SE with auto. It’s small fun and surprisingly comfortable. I needed a compromise between comfort reliability efficiency and performance and this was it. Not the fastest to 60 but power available with no hesitation. 10 air bags and safety features are welcome as well.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

Its been more reliable than anything I’ve owned so far . Not very comfortable at times ! the steering wheels a little cold in the winter but its not the luxury model . The manual transmisions smooth shifting is perfect 5 speed to get you down the road!

I would have rated Sport Honda a 10 if I could have. I attribute this to Honda’s owner Gibbs Fogarty. He is hands-on and very customer-oriented. He listens to and cares about his customers, treating us as valued and respected Sports Family. On May 16, I bought a 2025 Honda Civic Sport. The entire process was seamless, so unlike the usual, dreaded car buying process. This fear was evident by my old 18-year-old car. My initial welcoming was with Sales Manager Joshua Pesantez. I had talked to him prior to my coming in, in order to advise him of which model I had in mind. When I arrived, he had my desired car waiting for me. After greeting me, he introduced me to Senior Sales Consultant Michael Canter. Mike was awesome! He patiently familiarized me with the numerous functions of my car before, during, and after the test drive. He had extreme knowledge of my car and ensured that I was comfortable handling it. Then, he introduced me to Business Manager Josue Canas-Benavides. Josue handled the financing. In addition to handling my financing, he also guided me through the necessary warranty and beneficial protection plans. I felt as if he acted in my best interest, particularly answering all of my questions. After we wrapped up the financing, I returned to Mike who would “see me off” in my new car. The next day, Mike followed up, thanking me for being a loyal “Sport Fan” and also provided a link to watch videos that would familiarize me with my new car. I also received emails from: 1) Corporate Headquarters welcoming me and ensuring my satisfaction and 2) Service Manager Jeanne Dugan thanking me for my purchase, welcoming me to the Service Department, and advising me of the services and benefits of her Department. The plug-in is what I really wanted. An outstand car, the battery is way to small. A full electric car is not the best choise for driving in Colo and Wy. The Prius is the best of both worlds

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience and Herson’s KIA. We even had our 2 year old with us and they were very patient and kind with him as well. Particularly we worked with Josh and we were very pleased. We could tell he was doing everything in his power to get us the best deal and he stuck to his word in every way. He also was very helpful when we found a slight exterior issue with our emblem and help to get it corrected in the easiest way. He guided me exactly to where I needed to go to make sure the job was done efficiently, again considering that I had my two year old with me. The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I have a Panamera 4 and it is the best car I have ever owned. After 5 years it has never let me down- not even once- and besides the recall notices that were always handled during regularly scheduled visits nothing has needed attention. The fit and finish and styling are still totally on point after all this time. The car looks and drives exactly like it did when new despite 30,000 miles. Also, I have 21’ wheels and thought I would have to replace the tires by now. However, they are chunky and full of tread. I drove 1000 miles in one day last week averaging 77mph and 29.5mpg. Great performance and a long drive in one day. It was so nice on the road and my body despite the longest drive of my life! Fit and finish, quality of the components, and tech that is totally up to date after 5 years. Wow. Loved it! I also own a cayenne and a 2015 Mercedes S class. The Mercedes is not close to the quality unfortunately.

I bought this car used with about 50,000 miles on it from a car rental company. I needed an economical car with great fuel economy, too. I didn’t plan to keep it very long but, it’s now been seven years and it has 140,000 miles on it… We are still going strong! All I have replaced is a couple of belts, which was recommended by the mechanic, but had not broken yet and the front struts, because I got a pothole so big it bent the rim of my wheel. This car is a wallet friendly trooper!

I have always driven large cars and trucks. This car has been so much fun for what it is. It is the most comfortable economy car I have ever driven. I am nervous about the cvt. I had the dealer (against their recommendation) flush the fluid and filter at 45K. We’re at 90k now so I’m going to have it done again. Considering it’s an economy car, it’s very good in every aspect except the 0-5mph acceleration. It just doesn’t want to get moving—but you get used to it, and it’s fine once it gets rolling. Fingers crossed that its reliability continues beyond 100k.

Was looking for a basic hatchback with good gas mileage that wasn't stupid expensive. Commute to work and so far combined I get 42mpg. Rides as good as any car I have owned (with one exception). Performance wise have no idea how old the reviewers are or even if they actually drove the car as it has no problem on the highway or in town driving, rarely do I exceed 4,000rpm to keep up with or ahead of traffic. It's like people don't remember how cars were in the past before the horsepower race to cram 250-350hp engines into everything. In town it's 0-30 that matters but even the 0-60 of 10.4 sec is equal to or better than most small cars from the 70's-90's. Only car I owned that was faster was my '73 Jaguar XJ12. Almost identical 0-60 were my CRX, Opel GT, 200sx. My Triumph Spitfire was way slower. But they were all fun cars to drive.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

The Prius is the last cat you will have to buy. The reason being is that this vehicle is extremely reliable. It gets over 50 MPG & it doesn’t have any issues or problems whatsoever. I was skeptical upon purchasing this vehicle, being 6 ft. 1 & 235 lbs, but it actually is quite comfortable inside. Overall this is a rock solid vehicle, it will not disappoint you in any way. Highly recommended!
