Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

Purchased this car used in 2023. Right from the start had issues with the A/C compressor. It went out and I had it replaced with a used one to save a bit and it immediately went out again after a week. Mistakenly, I had an another used compressor put in and it proceeded to essentially blow up and damage my battery and belts. I guess there is an issue with the part for this model year. Otherwise I have not had any crazy issues other than regular maintenance costs. I absolutely love this car for its storage ability. It's small enough to handle city driving and small parking spots, but large enough to fit everything you need to carry. I fit all of my furniture and belongings in this car when moving. As for comfort, the heated seats are a great feature, however, I do find the seats gets quite uncomfortable after driving for more than a few hours. I drive this car back and forth to work daily and have no problem with its performance. Gets pretty good gas mileage for mostly city trips (24mpg). You can feel each and every bump that this car goes over, but it's not anything unbearable.

The teams is very friendly, customer caring, knowledgeable and professional. I enjoy visiting their service department for maintenance.

Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

Thoroughly reliable diesel automobile. Steady fwy driving will get you 45 mpg. Nice not to have to change spark plugs. Likely not a great choice in subzero weather.

It has been about a month since I purchased my low mileage crv from Precision Auto. I bought it sight unseen and had it delivered to my house. I absolutely love my 2013 WRX Hatchback. I got mine used at 80,000 miles and I've already put 13,000 miles on in less than 9 months. I RELIGIOUSLY let mine warm up before driving, I change oil every 3,500-4,000 miles, I CLEAN THE MAF SENSOR often (extremely easy), and I do not have any engine modifications done... This motor has been reliable through and through if you truly take care of it, just like any car... [I also suggest a good throttle-body cleaning, and I'm about to do my spark plugs soon too!] The cloth seat gets slightly uncomfortable if you're really moving your body around roughly, but 2.5 hour road trips don't bother me at all. The space on the hatchback model is legendary, it's ALMOST as good as my old 2009 Scion xB... Less headroom/height, but it is just as wide, and deep! The sound system is also mid-tier but that's easily fixable... Especially if you have a cat-back exhaust like me, then you'll never turn the radio on anyway LOL! My pops has a 930-WHP 6-speed Challenger Hellcat... So I can't necessarily call this car fast; But it is very quick for what it is regarding the price... It corners faster than the average person could ever handle, and off-road it is just as awesome as you would dream. [Coil-overs are a great upgrade for this car (or any car), in an effort to improve handling.] Of course, during some latter model years, all WRX's and STI's come with the wide-body... so the car just looks extremely beautiful in my opinion. I also put aftermarket LED headlights and taillights on mine to really seal off the look of the car! This was also my first manual car, which I really, really, REALLY love to drive... The shifter itself is a little 'clunky', but a Cobb aftermarket Short-Shifter+Bushings could easily fix that. The clutch has always felt perfect to me; Not too light, not too heavy... This car is great, and I hope you buy one to fall in love with too!

It was pure coincidence that while being in NY/CT/NJ for a month that I happened across Acura of Ramsey and a car I was interested in. I sent an inquiry on a Saturday and Elbio D’Onofrio replied (called me) shortly thereafter. After exchanging some pleasantries, I then asked to speak with the amiable General Sales Manager Justin Agamie. Justin promptly called me and we set up an appointment to meet the following Monday. A handshake and one hour later…BAM…I bought the car I was interested in. Yes, it’s that easy when dealing with professional, proficient and personable people like this!

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

I rented the polestar 2 for about a month while my car was getting fix wow mind blowing of all the furures and also visted the dealer as well and did some test driving and learning of thr car and pricing of the 2023 I will purchase one very soon. Only flaw is the electricity of the amount of money spent yes I did ran it hard a few times its a classic in a class by itself love it honestly.💯

Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.

I’ve only owned my ‘22 Polestar 2 for a couple of days but I’m totally impressed with the quality and performance. I have the Performance and Plus packages. It's hard to find cars with the Pilot package right now. The adjustable Ohlins dampers and 20” forged wheels make the ride a bit stiff, but the handling is stellar. I had the dealer dial them back to a moderate comfort setting and the ride and handling are sublime. I drove ALL competitors. On paper, this car is less efficient and has less real world range. It does have more than enough for my daily commute, which is the way I’ll be using it. I find it way more engaging to drive than the competition. Acceleration is scary fast--it leaves my Boxster S in the dust! The build quality and finish, especially with the optional leather and wood trim I selected, really make the car feel luxurious. For many it will come down to how well the Polestar 2 fits YOU, because it's fairly snug inside for a C class CUV/Sedan. It’s really a four place car. Rearward visibility isn’t the best in class. I was looking something with this size, form and function since I rarely drive with more than one front passenger and I don’t want a tall SUV or crossover. I DO need the excellent and accessible storage, though. The main appeal to me is how “normal” the car is to drive. You don't have to learn to wade though screen after screen to control commonly used features, as in the Tesla. The Android Automotive suite is the first of its type and is responsive and intuitive in daily use. The Polestar 2 is so easy to use that I felt at home almost immediately. This car has the best and most fluid one-pedal regenerative driving of all EV's I test-drove. With just a few minutes of practice I was able to drive without touching the brake pedal about 95% of the time. The accelerator pedal is like a rheostat, and you can gently modulate it to get just the right amount of regen to come to a smooth stop right where you want to. The bonus is having huge brake discs and 4 piston Brembo brakes if I ever need them. Regen braking puts energy back into the battery pack and is fun and easy to use...and SO smooth once you quickly get used to it. The Polestar 2 wasn’t designed to be super-efficient electric “appliance”. That’s more the point of cars like the Hyundai Ioniq 5 (and no offense-it’s nice.) The 2 was clearly designed for people who love to drive and want the dynamics and form of a sports sedan along with the practicality of a CUV with power rear liftgate, in a package that feels just right for longtime sports sedan drivers. For people driving electric for the first time, the transition requires almost no learning curve. I guess I am their target buyer! There are a lot of great options out there and really, none of them are bad. But for my money the Polestar 2 is superbly made without a squeak or rattle to be heard and fit and finish would embarrass just about anything in the $50-$60K range. Reliability should be good since it's basically an electric Volvo. I think Polestar is an incredible value, especially when leased. Unlike Kia and Hyundai dealer I visited, there were no “dealer markups”! Right now, hugely subvented 61% residuals and .0006 (1.44%) money factors make it a no-brainer. You get a much better finished Tesla 3 Performance competitor for 33% less monthly payment. If you buy, the $7500 tax credit still applies and in Texas there is a new $2500 credit if you lease OR buy. With rapidly changing EV tech, I feel a 36 month lease is the way to go on most EVs right now. Technology is moving quickly, so I’ll enjoy this Polestar 2 and move on to the next great advance in 3 years! Overall, I love this car! If you're in the market for an EV, you should test drive one for sure.

Bought Model S Plaid from Duane. Exceptional level of communication. I picked my Brand new Model Y few months back at TESLA and this Car literally looks way better than my new Y. The aesthetic appearance, the cleaning, exterior and interior minor detailing, the shine is absolutely phenomenal. Guy puts his heart & soul into cars collection. I travelled from NY to Connecticut to pick up and all cars in showroom were pristine. Its definitely not Mercedes or BMW level showroom experience (who cares an Air Conditioned office or a snack). Torquey, pretty, handles like a dream. Can carry a decent amount of cargo, especially once you figure out how to fold the rear bench all the way, fully down. The front seats are very bolstered and are a hit with some people but rather uncomfortable for others. Clutch is forgiving enough to learn on, but grippy enough to handle your parking lot, tire spinning shenanigans. 9/10, would buy again.
