Great overall little commuter hatchback. We got ours a few years old with low mileage due to the options we wanted. The other reviews are kind of silly on here, complaining about a car due to lack of options selected by the buyer. Yes it wont have heated seats if you dont get the heated seat models lol. Our model is the EX, it has a sunroof, blind mirror indicator, heated seats, and a manual 6 speed transmission. Basically all features any high end model could use, I dont like leather seats due to the degradation long term. Just make sure you avoid the CVT transmission. Our area would not offer manual 6 speed on the high end trim so we had to travel out of state to get ours. Few mods added to the car to make it even better: - bi-led projector retrofit on headlights - led bulbs all around, plates, interior. - auto dim rear view mirror (easy wire in) - front facing dash cam - sirius satellite radio - winter aluminum rims (instead of steelies), summer has factory 17" aluminum black/silver combo - towing hitch (bike carrier) -- vehicle rated at 2000 lbs Overall its been very reliable, super practical with the folding seats. It gets excellent fuel efficiency and fits everywhere. Power wise, its very snappy given with a manual transmission you can control it a lot better than the sloppy CVT. The manual does 0-60mph in 8 seconds or less, which is very fast for a little car. Its not a tesla or a GTR with 130hp but its plenty for its 36-40 mpg. One issue ours had was the starter went out really early, but it was an easy change out, its a known issue. The seats are not very comfortable for long trips but thats because they are so small and its a commuter car. The cam gear also can get noisy on these at start up, so they will rattle but has no impact to performance. We have just over 100k miles on ours and its a very strong little car, will be getting another one of the final production year as this one gets higher in mileage. Again get the manual 6, you will not regret it, honda manual cars are semi automatic, the clutch is like a feather vs. a subaru for example. Totally worth it.

I was able to negotiate the price for my trade in comparison to other dealers and websites. Edgar, the manager made the process very easy and less than two hours I was out of there. I wanted a sporty sedan car that was fun to drive, but wasn't over the top flashy, or masculine, and had plenty of room in the trunk to tote my kid's sports stuff. This car is perfect for a spoiled lady like myself. It's luxurious, sporty, safe and practical. The safety features are amazing and are understated on every review I've read online. I was in a really bad car wreck earlier this year and my A7 saved my life - literally. I had a 2016 Audi A7 and I'm currently on the market shopping for a later model of the same car. I love it, I love everything about it. And after test driving alternate options, I'm buying another Audi A7.

The S7 may be the most perfect car ever made...once you get it used. At a whopping 100K price tag new, just wait 3 years and they hit the 40K mark quite quickly. Then, you have the smoothest, slickest, near supercar out there with minimal investment or risk. Best Audi I've ever had and I've had 14!

Just purchased a used vehicle and had a trade-in. The process was seamless from end to end for both the purchase and sale of my previous car. Fantastic experience in all regards. No surprises. As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

Had the C-Max Hybrid for about a month, and overall it's been a joy to drive. A real all-purpose vehicle that routinely achieves 35-40 mpg in the city, the primary reason we sought it out was it's amazing visibility. Our 6'-5" teenager has not problem getting comfortable behind the wheel, and I've never driven a vehicle that has such great viewing angles - you almost feel too exposed while driving! The regenerative brakes are typically more sensitive than regular brakes, but overall I have only praise for this very versatile little car!

Good customer service and nice waiting area. I've had my car serviced there several times. It's a tad on the expensive side, but I always get an appointment when I need it. They are convenient and they also have a shuttle so you don't have to wait at the dealership while your car is being worked on.

A few years back I had a Suburban and hated coming upon hybrids. When the time came for a new car I first was thinking Corolla since it was my first new car decades ago. Then I figured why not a Prius? I have the XLE model that has most anything you could want in a new car. I usually only go 5mph over speed limits but I'm always passing all the cars when going uphill. I get looks from other drivers I pass wondering why I'm passing them in a Prius. Great handling too and so far I've taken it up to 114mph. I could've kept going but there was traffic ahead so it'll wait for another stretch of road. If I ever buy a Ferrari, I'll get a license plate frame that says, "My other car is a Prius"!

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

The dealer determined the car needed expensive work so they took the vehicle to auction. There was no other car I was interested in. The dealership stayed in consistent contact with me to keep me up to date.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and found Ourisman Honda of Laurel very easy to work with over email/text unlike other dealerships. They were able to provide me with a written detailed cost of our final agreed upon price which saved me time once I got to the dealership to complete the purchase. Some other dealerships were not willing to put anything in writing or weren't very timely in their responses. I also had the best sales rep, Chuka! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and I did not feel rushed or pressured during my test drive. On the day of my purchase he was there to greet me and help me through the process. He even so kindly asked if he could help move the process along by moving my belongings from my old vehicle to the new vehicle which he very meticulously put in the same place. That was a big help and saved me time while I finished up the paperwork. He has also been very responsive in answering follow up questions I had after the vehicle purchase. This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

My husband & I, both in our mid-seventies, recently purchased a 2025 Mini Cooper. Its technology systems are far, far more sophisticated than what was available on the 2016 Mini we traded in. When we saw that a software update was available we tried to figure out how to go about accomplishing that update, but found outselves stuck. We knew that if we headed to Mini of Montgomery we’d get some help with the update. We were lucky enough to be graciously & skillfully assisted by Jay Duck. With incredible patience, Jay walked us through how to accomplish the software update, pausing patiently while I jotted down notes so we’d know how to handle the next update. Jay also took the time to help us explore & understand other aspects of the new Mini’s impressive technology. We felt far more confident in our ability to use & enjoy our new car thanks to Jay’s thorough, thoughtful approach.
