Purchased new in August 2018. Great performance and handling. Excellent braking and great aesthetics. Now at 95,000 miles. Needed rear brake rotors at 30,000 miles and rear third light at 3,000 miles. both covered under warranty. No other repairs needed. Extremely fun to drive. I average 28-29 mpg combined. I tend to accelerate quickly. Never an issue with the 6 speed. Comfortable on cross country trips.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

Reaching out and expressing interest in purchasing a new car, they were very accommodating and provided clear communication, to include instant quotes. Once I purchased my car, it seemed as if the communication has lapsed unfortunately.

I've had EVs since 2012. First was a Nissan Leaf, then a VW eGolf, then an Audi A3 etron. Those were all outstanding cars, but compared to all of those the i4 eDrive40 is in a different class. It's very responsive and quick. It feels extremely high-tech and plays Hans Zimmer iconic sounds. When we've gone on longer trips, consistently gets 280-300mi / 100% charge. Unless we're on a trip, I only charge it to 80% and it gets about 220-240mi on a charge. It's amazingly smooth and solid, and the interior is top notch. The M-Sport Pro package with custom color and leather made it at the top of the price range, so from a value perspective it seems excessive.

Just bought a pre-owned 2014 VW Golf and I couldn’t be happier! This thing is FUN to drive - I never understood when people said a car “hugged the road” or felt “sporty” - well now I do! This little thing feels solid, has excellent acceleration, and ia getting great gas mileage. So glad I ditched my expensive SUV. My “downgrade” feels like an “upgrade.”

We purchased a vehicle from Auto Connections last night, very clean Toyota Sienna, vehicle was priced right, condition was excellent and customer service was great, thanks to the whole team.

Bought brand new in October, 2012 and have 110,500 miles on it. Other than tire rotations and oil and filter changes, practically a maintenance-free car. Only maintenance has been replacing the starter battery (less than $300) after nine years and I have replaced either the front or rear shocks, can’t remember which. Brakes have never been touched and are still 50% and 60% good. Yeah, I get the new car itch occasionally but I remind myself that I likely wouldn’t be as fortunate with the next vehicle. Since I purchased it, I have averaged 43.3 mpg. Phenomenal given that I live in Los Angeles. Since I retired five years ago, each July I drive from CA to MI, and have driven as many as 1,200 miles a day (17 1/2 hours in the road) and found the seats to be very comfortable.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I left the service department feeling cared for and not violated. I know dealer repairs are more expensive than "Joe's" auto repair, but given the level of speed, customer service, convenience, and the superior team it is often worth a few extra bucks. As long as Hybrid is employed at Glendale Honda, you have this customer as well!

I have the M50 version of the iV. I love the independence and drive of the electric car. It has super power, sometimes surprising do. It accelerates instantly and with tons of power. I also love the hatch back; lots of room in the trunk space. My issue with the car is primarily the fact that it really is a sorts car: quite low to the ground, which isn't the easiest at my age (71) to get into. Because of the demand for the car when I bought it, I had to make a decision without really test driving it. The i5 wasn't yet available, and I wanted electric but not the huge iX, so the iV was my only option for an electric at the time. The tires on the car are mounted on 19" rims, so the tire face is thin. This means that the tires puncture or tear quite easily, like just gently scraping a curb. I just bought a set of snow tires with 17" rims but all-season tires are not yet available (hope they will be soon!). This had added a significant unforeseen cost to the annual maintenance if the car. Good car if you aren't troubled by these issues but maybe pass on the iV of you are and head to the i5 or another manufacturers EV.

We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

First EV and first BMW. Fun to drive and well made. Getting approximately 235 "mpg". The 250HP on e35 is plenty with instant torque and response. Rated comfort from front seats.

I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. This is a fuel efficient and modest car. It achieves 98hp has a 9 gallon tank and an automatic transmission. The LS has crank windows and old fashioned key-lock doors. You can haul a reasonable load in the back seat and hatch or even three other people, though it might be somewhat cramped. It appears to be designed for urban commuters, but I've driven it some decent distances and in all seasons now and it seems to up the challenge of all weather and (paved) terrains. The onboard technology (radio, backup camera, and internet connectivity--with Apple Play and Android Auto) is surprisingly good. Its small size makes it fit easily into small spaces. It was discontinued in 2022, so there should be parts for awhile and prices are coming down. If you need a second car, give this one some consideration.
