I recently bought a BMW X5 from this dealership. Greg is a nice and personable salesman. After test driving the vehicle I noticed an oil leak underneath, I pointed it out to Greg, he asked me to bring it back when the service mngr would be there and they’d fix it. Turned out to be a leaking seal per the service mngr he explained to me his finding and after 18 hours of work my leak is bone dry. The vehicle has high mileage so some things are to be expected. I’ve seen several bad reviews but my experience has been good so far.

This car would start up on the equator or in the Arctic. It doesn't matter to be hotter cold. The motor will run no matter what the cars fall apart around. The motor literally my actual rusted off. It doesn't have a frame. I welded the stuff back on and I still am driving the car. It drives like brand new still with 230000 miles on it.

Great car drive and also great to haul just about anything Small to mid sized since the back seats fold all the way down. And it gets good Gas MPG as well.

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

Overall a great experience!!! The buying process was simple enough. They always provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend friends and family to check out the inventory.

By far my favorite BMW I’ve owed. The M Package gives it the sporty look and that fun drive . I just love this vehicle .

I've owned this vehicle 2019-2023 (and counting). I'm 70yrs old and can say this is the best car I've ever owned. Performance, comfort and styling are 5.0. Most in my age group don't understand the Golf R until they get to drive it.

Recently purchased a SUV for daughter Baker and Keanen delivered the vehicle and completed all of the paperwork. The delivery was smooth and their dedication to us and the sales was commendable. I do highly recommend.

Poor and deceitful. Gave me an impression of a car in good condition but later found out that what they said was not true. Vehicle had taillight issues, engine oil at 50% brake pads and rotos messed up transmission fluid was not changed either. Car vibrates during stops. I was told something could be worked out if any issues but that is not true. No one answers the phone nor reply to text messages. Both the finance manager and the salespersons lied to me and that's not good for a business. Now i am stock with an issue that could have been avoided in the first place had they told me the truth.

I had this car for the 4 months now. The acceleration is amazing on Sport Mode. It becomes a sports car, not a Prius. I caught up easily to a Tesla Model 3 on the freeway. The gas engine and the electric engine team up and creates a lot of torque when you are full throttle. The overall design of the 2015 Lexus CT200h is truly a timeless design. Very aerodynamic, aggressive and yet a classy design. Today's Hyundai and Kia car designs looks like they are trying too hard, and it comes across cheap and doesn't look good. The Lexus team did a great job for the 2015 Lexus CT 200h- "CT" stands for Creative Touring. Sporty and Luxury!

The help we received in trading my 2013 MINI for a 2015 MINI was exceptional. Travis and Reid went far and beyond and stayed much later than closing time to accommodate us. I have been wanting to purchase a CRZ when they 1st hit the market in 2010 but due to a large family I could not. Fast forward to the year 2023 and I was walking the lot at a Honda dealer looking to replace my daily commuter car when I saw a 2012 CRZ base 6 speed manual for sale for well under market value. The best part was the car had a clean carfax, only 1 owner and all service was completed at a Honda dealer every 7,000 miles. The car only had 79,000 miles and it looked new. So I bought it and had it delivered to my home. I was shocked to see how low the roofline was. The car is so small and very fun to drive. It took me a few minutes to get used to a 6 speed manual transmission but it didn't take me long due to the fact my 1st car was a Civic 4 speed manual transmission. The CRZ is VERY easy to park. Now backing up is a bit hard due to the very limited view but after many years working in a work truck with NO rear view it was no big deal. The MPG is better then any other car I have ever owned. I love the fact it only takes less than 8 gallons when I fill up the tank. Yes people stare at me standing next to their huge pickup truck putting gas in at the gas station and I pull up in this tiny CRZ and I just smile. Now the bad news. The EV battery will eventually have to be replaced and I am not sure when that will be but I doubt I will get the battery to last the next 7 years when I am due to retire. The replacement battery today is $2,300 but I will be ok with that due to the fact a tesla battery is well over $16,000 to replace. Overall I love the CRZ, it looks sporty, it drives great, great on gas, easy to park and very low to the ground. May I add I do not need a step stool to wash the roof of the car and that's a bonus. Great car and rumor has it Honda will be making a comeback with another CRZ in the near future (they just trademarked the CRZ name). History: They only made about 34,000 CRZ'z from 2010 - 2016 so these cars, some day may be worth some money.

Was searching for a Porsche Boxster, and while there were none in my area that met my criteria, I found a very clean 2002 Boxster S in Duluth. After researching the vehicle thoroughly, and determing they still had it on the lot, we drove the over 200 miles to look it over, with intentions of driving it home if all was wel. I driove well, was very clean, and had no damage. The folks at CARMA were very pleasant, and accommodating, and even wnt so far as to meet our counter offer. Such a joy to drive... always loved getting in it and going. Never had a serious issue with it in the 11 years I drove it, especially considering the potentially spotty reliability of a turbo VW. Hope to own another GTI one day.

i love this car, mine is the tornado red and i have put machined gold rims on it with a slightly wider tire for more road grip. i definitely recommend wider tires on this as the stockies just do not hold the road like a wider thick tire (and it looks awesome so). i have had to replace the heater blower motor resistor, easy fix took about 30 mins and the piece is 20 bucks. i also had a kick in the gut with the notoriously bad water pumps on these cars. it took a few hours, some special tools, a lot of patience, and $400 for the pump. if you buy this car beware you will have to replace the water pump at around 100k they just were not quality stock so they get broken seals and what not. you can still drive it with a bad water pump, i don't recommend, but be prepared to put coolant in it like gas as it will just keep leaking out. enough with the bad, i gave this car a high review for a reason, smoothest ride i have ever had, steers like a boss--i mean seriously no car holds curves like this one, the interior is unmatched it is so beautiful and the plain seats are unique and give great back support. i hate that the center console lacks so much storage but it has a decent sized dash to make up for it. overall this car has insane performance, holds value, and has a unique and unmatched overall look on the inside and outside. do not hesitate to buy this, the only downside is the water pump.

BMW i4 eDrive40 M Sport, with All Options. Best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Almost 5,000 miles within first 3 months and it has been AWESOME! Averaging 270 miles (and this is in Sport Mode most of the time). The DAPP is awesome on the highway and in traffic. The Adaptive Suspension makes driving through curvy country roads a blast! The ventilated seats during these record high temp days have been super useful. No need for the M50, plenty of power with the eDrive40 (I am hitting 0-60 within 5 seconds); also, range is a whole lot more important when you have an EV. Free charging via Electrify America has been a breeze. Charges on my 240-Volt Outlet at home FAST. Well worth every Penny.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.
