purchased used with 2,200 miles. At first, I hated it, I've never had an all-electric car and the batter was dead. Luckily they sent someone to jump it. I was still thinking it was a mistake, until I actually drove it and got to know it and learn it. Drives totally different than my corvette. Now I like the Tesla better than my 650hp corvette. It hugs the road like nothing, takes off like a bat out of xxxx. I felt safe and comfortable hitting the pedal to the floor and feeling the rush of this thing taking off and just hanging on to that jet style steering wheel.

I spoke with Syed on the phone about a car he had in his inventory, Syed was very professional and helpful in answering my questions before I drove 3 hours to look at a car on his lot. I missed a turn and Atlanta traffic is a nightmare so I was late getting there, Syed had even called to check on me to make sure I was still coming. That's above and beyond. When I arrived I have to say they were very busy and they have a lot of very nice cars on their lot. There were customers everywhere so this is a high volume dealership. Syed was up front and greeted me with out having to wait. Again above and beyond. Although the car I came to see was not the one for me, I didn't care for the interior color, it was a very nice car. I had read a lot of bad reviews from other customers and I felt the need to share my experience. Again this is a high volume/very busy dealership, there will be some unhappy customers. Don't let that deter you from visiting this lot. There are a lot of nice vehicles there.

Purchased 6 months ago with 144,000. Got it dirt cheap and did a few repairs like a new front axle, new water pump and thermostat,new brakes all the way around, abs sensors brake pad sensors etc etc. Not perfect but drives like a dream. Something funky about the ABS system getting triggered into the ABS light coming on along with traction control if you accelerate quickly. Accelerate slowly up to 10 mph and it never comes on no matter how fast you drive or how much you accelerate on the freeway. In town I don't care if I trigger the ABS or not because I don't have to use Cruise control. If I'm taking a long trip I take care not to accelerate too quickly until I get to the freeway. Power moonroof doesn't work and I'm not going to mess with it don't want to have any trouble . Small price to pay...kind of annoying sometimes but very reliable vehicle. Engine doesn't use any oil.. I get between 25 and 30 Mi to a gallon depending on how I drive on the open Highway. Super comfortable Ice Cold Air Conditioning. Super fast even in Comfort mode.

I purchased my 2018 Prius Prime Advanced back in March of 2018 and have never had a problem with the vehicle. I work only 7 miles from my home and usually go 3 months on a tank of gas and average 165-175 mpg. I will say I use non ethanol gas in the vehicle since it sits in the tank for an extend period of time. I did change the tires after 50K only because of the tire noise but other than that I do the oil changes every 10k since the gas engine doesn't come on that often. People say what about your electric bill ? I charge on off peak times and can't tell a difference in our power bill.

Hennessy Cadillac is by far the best experience I have had ever in buying a vehicle. This is actually my second Cadillac I have purchased from them and I have nothing but great things to say! From the sales department to service it has been nothing short of amazing. I am not easily impressed but everyone I ever encounter at this dealership handles me with care and respect. Entering a dealership as a single woman could be intimidating but not here! Terrance and management went above and beyond to make sure I leave happy every time. I pay attention to how others are treated and I will say I haven’t seen anyone actually upset even in the service department. The concierge level service of greeting me opening doors all things I expect from Cadillac are given every single time. It is always neat and clean on the premises. And most importantly my deals are fair and respectful. Desmond is usually my service guy and he is absolutely always honest and makes sure I am kept up to date with any thing my truck needs without feeling pressured to buy or upsale anything to me. Even once sending someone to pick up a key for my truck when the other one didn’t work. I went to another dealer recently and found a truck I really liked and test drove that I could have purchased but didn’t because honestly I didn’t get the same concierge service from that Lexus dealership. Hennessy and Terrance made sure all my experiences were top tier. I have owned a lot of cars in my life and have had good and bad experiences on every level but Hennessy has not disappointed me one time. I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! Service reps are always cordial and friendly! They go out their way to make sure customers are pleased and comfortable. The manager, Aaron, along with Josh and others are always pleasant and caring. Mr. Niko, the driver who takes customers to various destinations, is always smiling and making sure you are satisfied with service, etc. Always excellent service in any category!

Ordered model s 2021 long range. Upon delivery immediate attraction and had been growing ever since. Just smile when I look at model s and when people admire and comment on style and model the smile comes from the inside out. Midnight gray with dark 19 inch wheels. Black interior. Took a while to adjust to electric. Driving is a breeze. Have the full package. Still in process of practicing with the FSD capabilities and use the auto pilot on the interstates. Always cautious around a lot of traffic. Not all cars are teslas and not all drivers are attentive. I enjoy every ride. Tesla just glides down the road. Comfort, safety and a pleasure to drive. Have taken Tesla on road trip from Florida to Colorado and back. Charging stations a plenty. Comfort even on long run days. Switched from FSD to me driving during the trip. I enjoy driving so it was not an issue to drive just a pleasure. Several updates since road trip and some minor issues were addressed. I am a retired truck driver so I do like distance between me and other vehicles. Tesla performed well with cars, cars with trailers but not enough distance between Tesla and big trucks. Passing a truck was an issue for me. I have talked to others they don’t see the problem. Have to get too close to rear of truck to pass and wants to cut in too quick in front a a big truck. Haven’t tried this since last update. Need the space and distance on interstate to test. Too much traffic for me to test it out. Do not have the Tesla charger at home but use a ccs adapter for 40 amp. Charges in about 2 hour time. Charge up to 80 percent on road trip charged. 100 percent and charged at between 30 and 40 percent. Long range average about 250-300 miles between charge. Ran speed limit. I am a little disappointed in other Tesla drivers not sure why but when I look at them and their Tesla they just stick up their nose and look straight ahead. Not that way. Love to share my Tesla have taken my neighbors for rides. Kinda selfish though don’t allow anyone else to drive just ride. Big smile on my face right now. Just talking about my Tesla makes me smile. Can look out my window there Tesla sits. I need a smile all I do is look outside.

I bought this car used with about 50,000 miles on it from a car rental company. I needed an economical car with great fuel economy, too. I didn’t plan to keep it very long but, it’s now been seven years and it has 140,000 miles on it… We are still going strong! All I have replaced is a couple of belts, which was recommended by the mechanic, but had not broken yet and the front struts, because I got a pothole so big it bent the rim of my wheel. This car is a wallet friendly trooper!

My experience with this car has been very positive over the 7+ years that I have owned it. Great reliability, to the point that it feels like an old friend that will not let you down. I do have it dealer serviced every year and the service is expensive, but for this kind of powerful car, it seems like a fair value. At 40000 miles Car needed brake pads and discs - do a lot of short trip stop/go driving. One headlight bulb failed after 6 years and the replacement cost was $350. Seems like a lot for one bulb. Other than those things, no other problems.

I was in the market for a new car for over a year now. It is nerve wrecking and overwhelming. Decide to buy a new or used. I researched, test drive, and contacted over 20 dealers for information. Until I finally found the perfect car for me at the perfect price, while on the CarMax website in Norcross, GA. A 2023 Nissan Pathfinder SV 4WD with 16,500 miles. Practically brand new and at least under $2,000 and the lowest miles from similar vehicles in my area. One great thing about CarMax is that I was able to scheduled the test drive 7 days in advance. They reserved the car for me, no worries about being sold before my test drive. Another great thing about CarMax is the price advertised is the price you pay. Other than tax, title and registration, no other “bogus” fees are added to the price. I only wish they offered special incentives/discounts like military, first responders, student, etc. But, I am extremely happy with my purchase!!! Shout out to salesman Young!!! He is the first person I spoke to; he got the car for my test drive, and in less than 1-2hrs I was on my way home with a new car!!! In other words, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!

Bought 2017 Mazda3 Touring 6 Speed Manual new. It now has 180k miles. Fun to drive, great on fuel, great handling (Way better than Toyota Corolla), more than enough technology including Android Auto & Apple Car Play, easy on maintenance, very reliable (More reliable than Toyota in my opinion)
