This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

got the car mid 2023 as a gift. it’s my first car and honestly, it’s amazing. doesn’t have anything too flashy, but gets me from point a to b. she’s super spacious, though my heated seats sometimes don’t work. the ac does break sometimes, but i love how fast the take off speed is :)

I just bought a 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 53 AMG from Chicago Auto Place. I'm out of state but deal was great. Took about 5 days to get delivered. Longer than i wanted but they delivered. Kept communications the entire time. Ricky was great. In the process i got worried and started researching. There are some people years ago that didn't review well. I really don't thinknthe deserve those reviews. After i got the car i asked the owner about them. He said they changed their business modelnto higher end cars with lower miles. And it has worked for them. I am 100% happy and have a stellar car. Inwould recommended whole-heartedly. They are in Chicago and i amnin Texas. Stressful buying online but they delivered on all cylinders.

I have had the 2020 Hyundai Ioniq Plugin for 3 weeks now and just filled up yesterday. I drove 720 miles on first tank of gas and the car only holds 11 gallons. I'm impressed, and the mpg will only get better as I learn the tricks to better mpg. The car still has get up and go in sport mode when needed, but that's not what you buy the car for. I'm a real estate appraiser and do a lot of stop and go driving, so it's the perfect car for me. I have the limited trim package and the interior is comfortable and stylish. The new infotainment system is easy to use and comes with Android Auto and Apple Car Play. (Toyota Prius Prime please take note). The car comes with a $4,500 federal tax credit for Plugin Electric, and because I was patient and waited to buy the 2020 model in early 2021 I received about $7,000 off MSRP as well from Marik Hyundia in the Boston area. I had to buy the car out of state because they do not sale the plugin version in GA. I did have to pay a transport fee, but the overall savings more than made up for the transport cost. Over all I'm super satisfied with my purchase.

(1) excellent gas mileage with or without battery--45-65 miles per gallon!; (2) better styling than Prius; (3) Super reliable--; (4) Kia Access is outstanding--can remotely unlock or lock car, start car--keeps me up to date on maintenance intervals. Would certainly buy the car again

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

I have purchased a 2024 Acura Integra ASPEC Tech Package. I originally was going to get a base, but after researching every person who bought anything under the ASPEC Tech was disappointed. The price difference over the course of my loan was not enough to justify getting anything lower. Now here’s the thing, you have to come into this not expecting a top of the line Lexus for Acura money. You get what you pay for. This may not have every bell and whistle, but check back in 10 years and I bet this will still be on the road compared to the BMWs and Audis out there. I honestly love the interior, I searched through all brands throughout the last twenty years. I was looking for a vehicle under 40,000 that is reliable, good gas mileage, and unique. I didn’t want to drive an accord like everyone else. I wanted something that was sleek and aggressive. The Integra filed every box for me. I was driving a 1995 Honda del Sol. So everything is an upgrade for me! I think a lot of these folks are spoiled with new technology. I dont care for what the vehicle is “missing” like power folding mirrors and other things. I mean if it bothers you that bad get out and fold them in! I never used it when I had my last few vehicles. I enjoy the seats and the interior. It is quick! It’s not a hellcat challenger but it’s not trying to be that. Integra is one of the few vehicles I’ve seen that stay true to its heritage. It is an upgraded civic and it’s not ashamed of it. That is what Integra was and is. I think a lot of folks overhyped this cars for themselves. Then when they bought one they were disappointed. I am so continent with this vehicle and I love it. I don’t ever plan to sell it.

GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.

Don't stop till you get to Nick Fisher. Everywhere else is second rate. Honest and easy, that's what buying a car is supposed to be like.

Thoroughly reliable diesel automobile. Steady fwy driving will get you 45 mpg. Nice not to have to change spark plugs. Likely not a great choice in subzero weather.

Love my Honda Fit. The back seats have 4 positions for different needs. Front is comfortable, all gadgets easy to use, love my big screen stereo, and many other features. The back hatch I have the shield which hides belongings while shopping (sold separately)

I bought this car brand new with less than 10 miles on it; few years later it’s got 50,000 miles and I haven’t had a single issue with it. I feel like most cars I’ve had don’t ever feel the same as they did brand new after you break it in. That is not the case with the Impreza, it feels the same as it did when I first drove it off the lot. This is hands down the best car I’ve ever owned and I have owned over half a dozen new and used cars.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. This is by far my favorite Prius. This my fourth Prius as well. Best looking and handling. I love the color . The interior and all the latest technology is great.
