I was in the market for a used rubicon wrangler, Sherman dodge had the vehicle I wanted. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Jesse W and from the time I arrived to the time I left in my new vehicle he was very attentive to my every need! I felt like I left with an amazing deal!

The car has been nothing short of amazing for me, great mpg, no issues with reliability has been a good city commuter and I'll most likely consider a new one when I'm in need of a new car.

I thought the service experience was excellent; however, I was not happy when I bought the vehicle the sales team put a sticker on my car indicating that there was no timeframe for me to get an oil change. It simply said 7500 miles. Furthermore, when I called the service department months ago, I was told that an oil change is due either at 7500 miles or at the one year mark which is what I did as I had 4200 miles… I was given bad information on both sides.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. I am 73.. " GO Granny GO. That is how I feel while driving my KIA.." Only wish it was a Brand New one Black , beigh interia..

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

I've had a 17 Ford Fiesta Se car since 2017. Bought it brand new off the lot. Got ripped a new one due to the price I paid, however it was worth it. She's got a bit over 200,000 miles and the only major problems were the timing belt was walking off, and the original belt snapped put of the blue once. Cars a/C is still perfect, lacks horsepower but a very economical and spunky car. Time for maintenance on the sus as of now, but I still love driving it. Bluetooth took a crap, and it still drives great. I live in the mountains so it's taken a beating, but she keeps going!

Quick and East to get my car in for the recall issue. The time it took was a lot less than what they thought it would be, plus they washed my car. Nice Job!!!

Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

An overall great service experience when ever my out of warranty Lexus needs service. The car meets a perfect speed standard for specific drivers, if you want power when you need to pass somebody or just got a nice long road you want to open it up on, you can do it, very well if I must say, the 2.0t is a amazing motor overall, so many different things you can do with it power wise, just overall a great balance car, butttt your back seat is not the best in a 2 door, which is what I have lol, oh well

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

This car has all of the bells and whistles, burlwood trim, logo embossed seats - true luxury on the inside.. you would never know it is a 2010. Drives and handles like a sports car, but with space for the kids ( or adults !) in the back seat.
