After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

When I went to SERPENTINI CHEVROLET to purchase a used 2012 SRX. I had really excellent credit. I made a big GIGANTIC mistake. On 4 APRIL of this year I purchased a used 2012 SRX with 145,000 miles on it. Going in to the deal, I did not realize how hard it was going to be to get someone to finance a vehicle with that many miles on it, and at 12 years old in car years. This SRX is considered to be an OLD, over the HILL motor vehicle on LIFE SUPPORT. In other words this 2012 SRX needs a MAJOR HEART TRANSPLANT. I am still getting loan TURNED DOWN NOTICES in the mail. It has been over ONE MONTH since I drove it off the lot. I am currently making the TURNED down NOTICES that keep coming in the mail into a big GIGANTIC roll of toilet paper.

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Took our '23 Audi in for its first AudiCare servicing. We had made an appointment and arrived on time, was greeted by our Service Advisor Ed Costa, who explained what would be done during our visit (oil change and complete examination of the vehicle. We were offered the use of a no-cost loaner car but decided we'd rather wait if possible. The Advisor ensured a technician was available to start on the car and after approximately an hour later, the car was ready to go. The waiting area had a large screen TV to watch, there were magazines available to read -- current issues of a variety of good publications, not like most waiting rooms! There was also fresh coffee, hot chocolate, tea available, and the restrooms are clean. When the car was ready, the Advisor went over the list of things that were done and checked. He and all the other employees we interfaced with were friendly, cordial and professional, something we really appreciate. We look forward to having all our service work done at Audi Middleburg Heights!

I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. This is a great car! I love the features, esp the sport function, which gives you a boost if you need to jump on it. Obviously, some people don't use this feature or don't know what it does. When getting on the freeway, I always use it, then simply turn it off when necessary. I usually get about 34-36 mpg on long trips and around town about 28-32mpg. The one and only complaint I have is that it is too low to the ground and sometimes it's very difficult to get in. If I move the driver's seat back, it makes it easier. I am the original owner of a 2017. The other features i like are the backup camera, electric side view mirrors, speak feature to make calls, the interior is gorgeous, the hatchback. I just really love this car. I have never had a problem with it. If you're looking for a reliable car, this is it!

Only negative was the woman who I scheduled service with didn’t have my appt listed when I confirmed the day before - but ended up being able to have my car serviced as intended

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

I am impressed with the Chevy Volt (2015) and have had no maintenance issues in 42000 miles mostly electric miles. I usually get about 45 miles electric range per charge which is adequate for my commute. The driving experience feels very solid and sporty with lots of power at any speed. The positive - money saved on gas. The negative - the back seat is a bit cramped but rarely used.

I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

Honest and straightforward with this nicest sales staff I’ve ever met. Management has to be great with a sales team like this. Service department is huge and clean, and they have the best selection of new and used cars in the county.

First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.
