The gentleman in the office assured me that Modern Auto Detailing center would do their best to clean up the mess. It was 3 weeks later when I was finally able yo get it done. The team at the detail center went above and beyond to clean my car. They were professional and polite. They explained and showed me the areas of the car they weren't able to clean . It's a fantastic vehicle, both inside and out. I get about 30-50 electric miles depending on whether I do freeway or side-street driving, what the outdoor temperature is, if I have AC on, etc. I get 50-60 mpg when the engine turns on. It gets to freeway speeds really fast in sport mode, but I normally stay on eco/normal mode - normal mode has more than enough power for my needs. Interior features lack the extra toys from the XSE and Premium trims, but I can live without them. Trunk space is adequate with the folding cover attached and only slightly better without it due to the sloped rear exterior. But I've never had a problem with trunk space since folding down the seats grants more than enough room for my needs. Cabin space is decent. No one in my family and friend group is over 182 cm tall so all of them can fit with ample head and leg room. I have no complaints with the handling, even at higher speeds. It's smooth, but outside noise does get a bit loud especially when the engine turns on. Charging is a tad over nine hours if using a standard 110v/120v L1 charger, and half that with a 220v/240v L2 charger. The Prius Prime is not built to handle DC charging, so don't bother with that. EV mode is good for up to 55 mph or so, and HV mode is good for speeds beyond that. The sweet spot speed for HV mode seems to be around 65-72 mph. Beyond that and efficiency takes a nosedive. The Prius Prime, or any plug-in hybrid (PHEV), isn't for everyone. It's the best of both worlds, but it's also the worst of both worlds. During EV mode, a PHEV is a less efficient battery electric vehicle (BEV) since it's carrying a heavy internal combustion engine (ICE) that isn't being used, along with all the other ICE components. It also has all the maintenance requirements of the standard HEV variant, unlike a true BEV. When the battery is depleted, a PHEV is a worse hybrid since it's carrying a big battery that isn't being used. Despite a PHEV's versatility between gasoline and electric usage, it isn't for everyone. It can run on gasoline only without ever charging the battery, but then you lose all the benefits of EV driving. You paid extra for the EV experience, so you might as well charge the battery. Final thoughts: the Prius Prime is a very good car, but only If you can charge at home. If not, then get the standard Prius since that one is an even more efficient hybrid.

I had my Toyota Highlander in for an oil/filter change along with tire rotation and I asked for my transmission fluid to be changed out. All work done and done correctly. I an honest and knowledgeable service advisor named Denise. She is awesome. She does only the work that I ask to be done. If I get a call from Denise for anything extra then I know it is a job that needs to be done. Good work done by all.

Quick, fun, economical. Still learning all the tech and experimenting with all the energy and performance options. Getting around 40 miles per charge with AC. Gets lots of positive looks. Front door head clearance could be a lot better. Driver display not the problem of some reviews, more like a large heads up display. A keeper!

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

The plug-in is what I really wanted. An outstand car, the battery is way to small. A full electric car is not the best choise for driving in Colo and Wy. The Prius is the best of both worlds

It's a shame more people were not familiar with this car before Chevrolet stopped producing them. I drive on EV mode almost all the time, except when going on long trips. There is no range anxiety with the Volt. My car is averaging 181,000 MPG lifetime.

Was looking for a basic hatchback with good gas mileage that wasn't stupid expensive. Commute to work and so far combined I get 42mpg. Rides as good as any car I have owned (with one exception). Performance wise have no idea how old the reviewers are or even if they actually drove the car as it has no problem on the highway or in town driving, rarely do I exceed 4,000rpm to keep up with or ahead of traffic. It's like people don't remember how cars were in the past before the horsepower race to cram 250-350hp engines into everything. In town it's 0-30 that matters but even the 0-60 of 10.4 sec is equal to or better than most small cars from the 70's-90's. Only car I owned that was faster was my '73 Jaguar XJ12. Almost identical 0-60 were my CRX, Opel GT, 200sx. My Triumph Spitfire was way slower. But they were all fun cars to drive.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

Two weeks ago we found a Jeep Rubicon on their lot that we liked, low-mileage with lots of pricey off-roading upgrades that made the price seem reasonable. My husband was thrilled. We decided to make the two hour drive from Southern Vermont, and were greeted warmly on arrival. We had easy rapport with Ted, and excellent conversation during the long financial process with Zach (okay, if I’m honest it was only long because we couldn’t stop talking). Three days later we returned to pick up the Jeep, which needed an O2 sensor. A couple days later my husband noticed the Jeep didn’t have a muffler - someone had taken it out and their mechanic apparently missed it - the sound hadn’t changed from our first visit and test drive. Fortunately, a quick phone call sorted it all out. All in all we’re very satisfied with our experience despite being a little surprised such an obvious piece, needed for inspections throughout New England, would be missing from the vehicle. However, their assurance that they must sell an inspection-ready vehicle, and quick action to right the issue saved their review, and our overall impression. Thanks, guys! We can’t wait to get out on the class 4s!

This car has a lot of bells and whistles, some of which I don't need. The radio is a disappointment. It can't pick up a radio station 35 miles away.
