I was so scared and stressed and I believe they knew it . I wanted one car we were doing the paperwork and boom that car just sold right under my nose. I was so upset - Dan said hold on i will be right back . He came back with the most incredible news he told me I have a surprise for you . Not only the same model and color but a yr newer and matched the price . I literally started crying, yes this girl bought her very first brand new car . To top it off my dream car . I've been going there for five years after I bought my first Subaru crosstrek from another dealer that did me so wrong . They have always been extremely helpful and honest with me . I would never go anywhere else to buy a car from ever . The staff is top notch , even if they weren't working with you they were there to help out . I highly recommend Subaru of Sarasota to anyone . It’s so much nicer when you show up for your appointment and they actually have the part you need available to install. That way the service advisor doesn’t get into a shouting match with you because you’re pissed off that you drove all that way and they didn’t have the part and tell you that you can take your business elsewhere.
