I wanted to share my experience at Frer Beans VW in Devon, Pa. I was exploring a certified preowned VW. with a sales consultant named Andrew S. I am reasearcher by nature..very detailed..Andrew was very attentive and listened carefully to my detailed questions His product knowledge was first rate and he was able to respond definitively and also clarified any issues that I had. It was a pleasure to work with him and he made it a very easy and comfortable experience. Athough I did not move forward with a purchase at this time , I will return to consider another VW car and would work with Andrew again.

My wife and I recently purchased a Pre-Owned MDX from Piazza Acura of West Chester and we couldn't have been happier with the way we were treated. This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

Bought it new. Hard to tell that it's almost 8yrs old. Third Mini, first automatic. Very nimble and good acceleration. Love the heads up display and love love the power folding mirrors and side driver visor. Seats are very comfortable and have an extension for longer legs available. Haven't been able to figure out how to delete older phones from the bluetooth or unwanted addresses from the nav system tho. Biggest drawback for me is that the nearest dealer is 1.5 hrs away. But they do offer a valet service to pick up the car if scheduled in advance. It's not the most inexpensive to repair but what vehicle is nowadays.

All good and the interior cargo capacity is great. The big issue is that the seatbelts get stuck at any given point, locking the passenger into position and not allowing you to readjust the belt. You have to release the belt lock and rewind it or it won’t let you move. This seems incredibly dangerous. Why hasn’t the model (Fit 2013) been recalled for this issue?

Replace broken key on 06 Accord. Shawn in parts department was very helpful and made this a very good experience. He took the extra step to spend time explaining everything to me and what needed to be done. Great example of customer service.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I bought my golf new at the end of 2016 and would have kept it much longer if it had not been totaled in an accident. The few little issues I had were covered under the initial warranty (coolant leak, trunk leak). Nothing else other than normal maintenance things like brakes and tires up to 81,000 - that's as far as I can speak to. I took good care of it, did the VW service things for the most part and I have no doubt it would have lasted to 200K or beyond. It looked cool and was fun to drive. I had the S manual. I enjoy driving and had a tiny regret about not getting the Wolfsburg edition (faster engine, slightly better options like heated seats and sun/moon roof).

Volkswagen did a great job refining the MK8 GTI. Key points -One of the best handling FWD cars mainly due to the LSD, XDS and suspension refinement. -Very smooth power deliver almost 0 turbo lag. - 40th anniversary has to be the best value purchase as it comes standard with DCC and IQ lightings which are only available on the highest trim. The negatives include: -The infotainment can be improved wireless android and apple car play need to be standard. Can't set your phone properly on the wireless charger when the phone is attached to the wire. - Compared to the MK7 the coin holder and the sliding storage below the driver sear is missing. -Unable to disable auto start and stop feature permanently as restores to default on every time you start the vehicle.

They really guided us through and h they were on top of everything that we needed to sign and they were courteous and very pleasant to deal with. Ryan was the gentleman that took an hour with us in the car, explaining all the nuts and bolts of how the Audi performs. He was wonderful. He was comical, but he was exact. This is our second Kia but my first time doing business with Scott Kia. We loved our Kia Soul but traded up as soon as the AWD Seltos was available. After all too many dealership nightmares I actually started getting service at Pep Boys. There were some recalls I had held off on because of those nightmares, but I decided to fight the traffic congestion and give Scott a try. I'm glad I did! Everything was straight forward and honest, at a reasonable price. Very professional from start to finish. Examples of other dealer encounters were petty things like being charged $3 every time for windshield washer fluid even when the reservoir was filled to the top when I took it in, not rotating tires (confirmed because I had marked each wheel before service), needing a front end alignment on my second service and getting it back with the steering wheel off center without any documentation of before and after measurements, plus more. I found Scott Kia to be a pleasant surprise and will continue my service with them as long as I own a Kia. I do wish they were a little larger and had more inventory. But as far as service goes, I will recommend this business to anyone, Professional, honest, and fairly priced.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I've owned this vehicle 2019-2023 (and counting). I'm 70yrs old and can say this is the best car I've ever owned. Performance, comfort and styling are 5.0. Most in my age group don't understand the Golf R until they get to drive it.

Gas mileage 50 mpg. So easy to drive especially at night. Bright lights could be brighter though. Excellent speakers. Hard to see screen when sun is shining on it. But perfect at night.

Just traded in my Fiat 500x pop for this little beauty. The Pop was my first Fiat and I really enjoyed driving that car. As long as you keep up basic maintenance, you can't go wrong with a Fiat. I've always wanted an L car. Extra room, automatic transmission (I didn't mind the manual stick shift of the Pop), love the side windows for better viewing. Fiat is a fun little car to drive! Maneuvers very well, wonderful turning radius for a "wagon", great gas mileage with an excellent Bluetooth & A/C systems. I am a very happy and satisfied with Fiat cars. You just can't go wrong them.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service is fast and efficient. Love the waiting room!

The plug-in is what I really wanted. An outstand car, the battery is way to small. A full electric car is not the best choise for driving in Colo and Wy. The Prius is the best of both worlds

Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

Excellent experience from start to finish! We've always been a Honda family. Daughter purchased a CR-V as a 1st responder during the pandemic and loved Nancy Juhasz, salesperson. I was looking to purchase a Passport and called Nancy. She knew the car inside and out, answered all our questions and worked efficiently to get us what we were looking for. Bought the car right off the showroom floor! Beautiful facility, friendly staff and could not ask for more! TY Piazza Honda AND Nancy!
